第一课:如何听课

也许有的学生会想,每个人都有一双耳朵,听课谁不会呀。其实不然,听课也有不少学问。

一、课前准备

课前预习是为了在课堂能更好地吸收了解讲课内容做的知识铺垫,一个学生对知识的掌握主要还是看课堂效果。

为了能听好课,课前的准备工作也不要忽视。

1、物质上的准备

课前物质上的准备直接影响听课质量,在同学中,经常出现这样的问题:上课才发现自己的笔没墨水了,或者书还没拿出来,虽然可以随时找到,但老师已经开始讲课了,你这一留神,老师讲的这些知识也许会影响到你整个课堂所学习的知识点。再比如,上节课老师留了让你查一下作者的生平简历,而由于你的一时疏忽没完成老师的作业,而老师恰好整节都以作者为中心展开讲述,那么这节课你也是不会听好的。如果是实验课,让带的平面镜你没带,这些细小环节都会影响你的听课质量。

2、课前知识准备

课前知识准备包括学生在课堂学习之前所做地认识上的准备和相关知识上的准备。课前认识上准备,包括收集文字和图片资料,观察一些生活和自然现象,比如学习物理的“蒸发”、“沸腾”,学生可以在日常生活中观察有关现象,衣服的晒干,烧水的变化;学习“鱼”,收集有关鱼的文字和图片,了解鱼的一些知识;学习“保护大自然”一课,可以事先到生活的周围看一看,了解有关的知识。

3、课前思想准备

课前准备过程也是激发学生学习欲望和积极性的过程,比如,上物理课的时候,学生需要准备各种各样的温度计,在准备的过程中就会向家长和周围人了解有关温

度计的一些常识:温度计有哪几种?温度计是谁发明的?根据什么发明的?温度计里面的液体为什么有红色颜色,还有银白色的?学生对要研究的对象迫切兴趣迫不及待的从课前准备就开始了。这样学生就会从课前到课中、课后,始终处于积极的学习状态中。

充分做好课前准备工作,更有利于提高学生听课时的效率。

二、听课过程

带着问题听课,在听课中寻求答案是听课的基本环节,学会听课堂重点、难点,不断发现新的疑问点是课堂听课的关键所在,以理解为主、紧跟老师的讲课思路是激发自己听课积极性和潜能必不可少的过程和途径。 学生听课一般要达到三个效果:第一是要完成对于预习内容的再认识,从而达到加深印象的效果,重新理解和增强记忆;第二是完成对所预习中不明白地方的解释,从而达到提高认识,消除疑惑的效果;第三是完成对所学知识的把握贯通,从而达到感悟、自得的效果。孔子说:“不愤不启”,孟子说:“困于心,恒于虑,而后作”,都是在讲人对接触思维障碍的迫切心理。在听课的时候带着问题听课,既包括学生自身解释疑惑的需要,也包括教师在教学过程中巧妙设疑,调动学生的积极思维,这两种因素在教学过程中交替发挥作用,就会在进行思维训练的过程中提高听课的效率。

1、会听课,学会在课堂放松自己

上课时认真听课当然是必须的,任何人也无法集中精力一节课,就是说,连续四十多分钟集中精神不走神,是不太可能的,所以上课期间也有一个时间分配的问题,老师讲的有些很熟悉的东西时,可以适当地放松一下。

2、怎么听课

○1跟老师:

思路跟住,自己不能另搞一类,学习其他科目或看小说。孩子越大,自己越有主意,当他们对某一学科没学习兴趣的时候,很容易在课堂不跟老师学。往往有老师讲数学,他感觉自己会了,或不感兴趣,去看外语,当老师讲外语,他去搞语文,或者经常溜号,搞小动作,形成听课的恶性循环。

小川是个上小学五年级的孩子,他遵守校规按时上学,从不迟到早退,作业也能按时完成,可每次考试成绩却总是不理想,爸爸妈妈都为此着急。问题究竟出在哪了呢?

为了进一步了解儿子小川的学习状况和成绩不好的原因,小川妈妈专门到学校想和老师谈一谈。路过小川的教室时,恰巧遇到他们班在上数学课,于是妈妈通过教室后门的玻璃,观察了一会儿小川的听课状况:课堂上,同学们都在认真听课。可是小川妈妈发现,小川手里不知道字摆弄着什么,还不时偷偷地笑,过了一会儿又悄悄地捅了捅同桌让他也看。可能老师发现了小川的情况,突然点名让他回答问题,小川慢慢悠悠地站起来,吱吱呜呜地回答不上来,老师提醒他要注意听讲,小川爽快的答应坐下了。坐下来后,小川的眼睛虽然看着黑板,可却心不在焉,一会儿瞟瞟窗外,一会儿又看看手表。快要下课了,老师留下来当堂作业,其他同学都低头“唰唰”地做起来,唯有小川摆弄着手里的铅笔半天没写几个字。下课铃声响了,一节课就这么快过去了。

看到儿子在课上的表现,妈妈终于找到了儿子成绩总是提不上去的原因,那就是上课听课不专心、不认真。

一个学生上课,听课不专心、不认真当然学不好。要跟老师积极思维,但是过犹未及,比如:一个老师讲到一个问题,他觉得很好,就不跟老师听了,顺着这个思路,无限的往下想,结果老师已经讲到别的地方了,他还在那个地方长期出不来,最后那个问题没想出来,老师讲的问题也没听进去,损失很大。所以听课的时候,听着感兴趣的东西,抓紧把它记下来,然后及时跟着老师的思路走。

还有的同学,在课堂上只要有了跟老师不同的思路,就不让老师继续讲下去,老师你得停下来,你得跟我讨论,这个问题必须论个水落石出,结果全班同学在那等着,这样对全班同学是不公平的。

认真、专注听课是提高学习效率的前提。荀子在他的《劝学》中说:“蚓无爪牙之利,筋骨之强,上食埃土,下饮黄泉,用心一也。蟹六跪而二螯,非蛇鳝之穴,无可寄托者,用心躁也。”

湖南省湘潭一中高中一年级学生郭震,15岁考入中国科技大学少年班。在少年班学习了四年,又提前考取了中国科学院物理研究所的研究生。他的体会是:听

课要学会追老师,让自己的思路追着老师的话转。

郭震同学听课总是全神贯注,他的思维就像一架“电子跟踪器”,一刻也不离开老师的讲话或板书。老师讲到哪里,他就想到哪里。遇到听不懂的地方,随手记下来,以便课后再去问老师。

他说:“珠子穿成串才好看,学知识也是这样。课堂上,老师讲课是一环扣一环的。有一环不注意,没听懂,就影响下一环,那么课后花双倍的时间也难以补上。所以,在课堂上思想要高度集中,让自己的思路跟着老师的话转。如果上课时不好好听课,而把加倍的时间和精力用在课后复习、做作业上,使学习处于穷于应付的被动局面,那是直路不走走弯路,自找苦吃。”

正因为郭震善于听课,他的学习效率就很高。他提前两年从高中毕业跨进了大学校门,又提前一年大学毕业考上了研究生。这真是效率出时间,会听课、听好课,为郭震节省了三年的时间。

○2抓重点:

在学习中,最重要的不是知识的数量,而是知识的质量。有些人知道的东西很多,但却不知道最有用的东西。

我们都懂得这样的道理:能够摄取必要营养的人,要比吃得多的人健康。真正能够学到很多知识的人,往往不是读了很多书,做了很多题,而是学到了最有用的知识。

什么是最重要的知识呢?对于学生来讲:自己在预习里没搞懂的问题是重要的知识点;老师上课反复强调的问题是重要的知识点;老师在课堂里推导的公式、定理过程是重要的知识点;老师分析例题的思路是重要的知识点;老师对课本补充的内容是重要的知识点。

爱因斯坦说:“在学习中要找出可以把自己引向深入的东西,而把其它的一切统统抛掉,就是抛掉使自己头脑负担过重和会把自己诱离要点的一切。”也就是说,在学习中,要做到擒贼先擒王,而这个“王”就是重点,即要获得的精华。

一节课只有短短的45分钟,其中老师讲的精华只集中在20多分钟,如果不分主次,眉毛胡子一把抓,效果当然不会好,所以听课要学会抓重点,那么什么是重点呢?

从属性看,一个是自己在预习时没看懂知识断点,二是老师讲课内容的重点。 从形式上看,一是老师讲课反复强调的地方,二是老师例举有例题的地方。 预习时发现的自己个性化重点是我们重点消化的地方,老师积累了多年的教学经验,非常了解学生在学习过程中可能在什么地方出错和如何避免这类差错。所有这些,都是教科书所没有的内容,只有全神贯注地听老师的讲解才会领悟和掌握其中的奥妙。

但是有些学生上课不用心听讲,结果形成了“课上没学会,回家请家教,业余进补校”的恶性循环。课堂教学的作用是任何家教和补习学校所取代不了的。一个小时的用心听课,两个小时的家教也补不过来。

○3当堂懂

课堂效果,不预习的学生能掌握课堂内容的50%——60%就不错了,做预习的学生可以掌握课堂内容的80%——90%,这里就看出来,预习和听课是环环相扣的关系,一个学习成绩优秀的学生,要重视学习中的每个过程,把握好每个学习环节,才会有不错的成绩。

我们还经常有这样的现象,一听就懂,一看就会,一做就错。

其实没真会,似是而非,缺乏实践操作,没熟练。

在听懂和会做之间,它是一个台阶,这个台阶,便是基础知识。基础知识不过关,光能听懂,做题就不会了。

有些家长说,我孩子会做,但抬笔就错,特别马虎。这就是判断,把会做的题目做错,这不叫马虎,这叫基本技能不过关,基本技能是需要训练的,光看书能看出来吗,光想能想出来吗?

就像游泳教练教同学游泳,先在陆地上教给他学员一些动作,从理论上加以支持,但必须要有个实践过程。从会到做对,它需要有基本技能做保证,从做对到做好,还有一个基本方法问题。

你说这个题目会做了,本来方法要对路,三两分钟就能搞定,结果你搞了个很变态的方法,把自己累得死去活来,头昏脑胀,花了10多分钟,甚至20多分钟,同样是做对,由于没有掌握方法,所以还不能说做好。 所以这里分三个层次,第一是能做,但不见的做会、作对;第二是作对,作对

“商务交际英语(1)”是中央广播电视大学“开放教

育”专科第5学期的“限选课程”,72学时,4学分。

本课程的教学目的,是通过学习有关商务活动的实用材

料,使同学们熟悉并掌握主要的商务语言,以及这些商

五大基本功的能力,帮助大家能够在一般的商务活动

中,基本做到正确地使用英语,掌握当代商务活动中的

基本交际技能,进行成功的商务英语交流。

崔 “商务交际英语(1)”课程的主要教学材料是从美国

原版引进之后,再经过我们的改造和编写,由中央广播

电视大学出版社出版发行的。

文字教材有两本:

一是《商务交际英语(上册)》主教材;

二是《商务交际英语(上册)》练习册。

配套的教学媒体有一盘VCD,它是与练习册包装在一

起发行的。

杨 《商务交际英语》全套教材分上、下两册,在两个学期

开设。

根据一般的学习经验,我们在拿到一套新教材的时候,

首先应该了解这套教材的主要特点,然后再根据其特点

进行有针对性的学习。

下面,我们先来讲一讲我们这套教材的主要特点:

第一个特点是教学内容易于阅读。

我们这套教材的教学内容,是用贴近生活的语言写成

的,句子结构简单,同时,这套教材也充分体现了商务英语写作的基本要

求,完全可以作为我们平时学习用英语写作的范本。

比如:教材中的行文,使用的大多是简单句,一个句子

中很少有超过20个词的长句子;每个段落长时大多不

超过6、7个句子,短时仅有2、3个句子,短的段落有

时起强调作用。这样的长长短短的句子和段落结构,能

使读者在轻松的节奏中阅读;使我们的学习变得有趣而

快乐。

崔 第二个特点是,基本上涉及到了常用的商务交际的基本

技能。

比如在上册中:备忘录和电子邮件的写作;给顾客和客

户的信件的写作,以及商务报告的写作等。教材中开篇

所使用的案例,也有助于培养同学们的批判性思维能

力。

杨 我们这套教材的第三个特点,是结构比较合理。

这套教材所采用的编写体例很统一,很适合自学。教材

将各章分成若干小节,这非常有利于大家对学习内容的

消化和吸收。

而且,在每章的结尾处,还有该章的学习内容小结,对

教材的重点教学内容进行了必要的重复和强调,有利于

加深和巩固所学的知识。

崔 第四、教材采用的标识色彩丰富。

这就为同学们理解在交际中将遇到的各种问题做出了

杨 本教材的第六个特点是,提供了丰富的学习案例。

我们这套教材的每一章课文,都是从一个“反面案例”

开始的。他们做错了吗?他们都错在哪里了?他们为什

么错了?这些问题,都是我们需要思考的问题。因此,

这个思考的过程,实际上,也就是我们进行批判性思维

的过程,或者说,是培训我们进行批判性思维的过程。

而大家所思考的内容,也就是我们在那一节课中需要学

习的内容和解决的问题。

为了帮助大家巩固所学的知识,我们在每小节的后边,

前段时间,和上海一个做英语培训的朋友谈定价问题

他之前做低价的培训,招生火爆,但累个半死,结果收入极低

后来做高价培训,招生不多,非常轻松,结果收入远超想象

他说了一个现象,之前他们英语发音集训营,一期100元,招100人,才1万,除去老师,场地,教

材等成本费用,基本没赚什么钱

更可悲的是需要满足100人的要求,这太难了,无论老师教的多好,核心还是自身基础和自制力。

大多人基础不好,懒惰,无论教的多么用心,依然很多人不满意,口碑也就难以起来

后来搞高价的,参加的人少,如果一期1000,而1万,也就需要10个人,只需要服务这10个人。

只需要选出条件好的10个人,就非常厉害了。

有时候,多并不代表好

必须找出核心的用户群体,而这些才是我们的根基和真正关心的对象。

就像自己写了2年多日志,比较散,这次疯言疯语的策划,表面看就是自愿打赏,但实质选出了

一批懂付出和认真积极的人。

之后,好的工作, 好项目 会私下分享给自己选择出的人

就像明年的一个大项目,需要3-5人,仅通知了8人,1天内人就满了。

其他人基本都不知道,这就是圈子的力量。

内部资源,人脉,机会,会不断的分享内部价值。

谈到价值

非常欣赏一位大一的学生,给她一次选择机会:做兼职还是和我交流一次,她的结果,让我吃惊的是,对大一学生而言,基本都会选择直

接赚钱的,但只有有眼光的和自信的,才回选择交流

因为他们明白,面对面交流,就认识了,就有机会成为朋友,之后何止是兼职,各种机会,资源,不都是你的了。

可惜的是大多人看到的是眼前的兼职。

而看不到比兼职更重要的资源,人脉和持久的兼职机会,以及承载这些机会,平台的人!

也许,这就是人与人的差别,能力与能力的差别!

越成熟,越发现,人是一切的核心!

现在交际能力越来越重要

很多人说难以接近层次比自己高的人

其实,只是,没找到切入点

比如:成为对方客户,合作,建议,采访等方式切入进去

就拿成为对方客户为例吧,因为这个是威力最大的。

前段时间,我需要一个软件技术,没自己去学,而是查到了几个技术高手,然后购买了他们一套软文技术,而且多给钱,之后对他们说,

软件效果好,这个时候之前给的钱,就会起作用,让对方意识到是付出和懂感恩的人,当然是真心的

这个时候,大多人,会把你当他们产品的案例去传播,而这个传播的收益,远超购买软件钱

最后算算,自己不但没赔钱,反而收入高了,也认识很多朋友和人脉

但前提呢?

先付出!

所有擅长交际的人,都最擅长这一点

接触一个人,最好的切入点就是去找个理由付出,最厉害的付出就是直接成为对方客户!

一旦对方接受了你的付出

就会数倍的回报你

怕的是,你付出,别人不领情

为什么?

目的性太强!

就像有些陌生人给我发红包,我是不要的,确切说我不敢要

因为我明白

红包后就是一些列问题

我没时间和精力去满足对方的期望值

说自私点

我不想为赚100元,给自己惹来120元的麻烦和负担!
