大学生除了学习书本知识，还需要参加社会实践。因为很多的大学生都清醒得知道 “两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”的人不是现代社会需要的人才。大学生要在社会实践中培养独立思考、独立工作和独立解决问题能力。通过参加一些实践性活动巩固所学的理论，增长一些书本上学不到的知识和技能。因为知识要转化成真正的能力要依靠实践的经验和锻炼。面对日益严峻的就业形势和日新月异的社会，我觉得大学生应该转变观念，不要简单地把暑期打工作为挣钱或者是积累社会经验的手段，更重要的是借机培养自己的创业和社会实践能力。

现在的招聘单位越来越看重大学生的实践和动手能力以及与他人的交际能力。作为一名大学生，只要是自己所能承受的，就应该把握所有的机会，正确衡量自己，充分发挥所长，以便进入社会后可以尽快走上轨道。

这次的认识时间是一个开始，也是一个起点，我相信这个起点将会促使我逐步走向社会，慢慢走向成熟。

今年暑假，我很高兴，在朋友和自己努力下的帮助下，我找到了一份在南京扬子石化—巴斯夫有限责任公司的工作。

第一天，在经理的带领下，我们首先参观了石化厂最重要的设备之一：常减压装置。为了可以让我们更加清楚的了解此套装置的生产工作情况，王经理先带我们走进了常减压装置的控制中心，在说明了来意后，我们受到了其他工作人员的热烈欢迎，并热情的向我们讲解了常减压装置的工作流程和原理。我们了解到，整个常减压装置的流程由电脱盐系统，初蒸馏塔，常压炉，常压塔，减压炉，减压塔和减粘系统组成，原油首先进入常减压装置进行初步加工，可以得到部分轻质油，例如汽油等产品，残留下来的重油将进入重油催化裂化装置进行进一步的深加工。接着，在常减压工作室的一位工程师的带领下，我们来到了庞大的常减压装置系统，师傅向我们详细的介绍装置的各个部分，并让我们结合刚在控制室看到的图纸加深理解，复杂盘绕的管道和各类阀门令我们目不暇接。我们一方面虚心的挺工人师傅的讲授，另一方面，我们积极的做好笔记，以便我们能够更好的理解石化厂的生产工艺和流程。

第二天，我们在工人师傅的带领下，参观了石化厂的另一个重要设备：重油催化裂化装置。

从常减压装置出来的重油，在经过重油催化裂化装置后，将生产出油浆，汽油，柴油，液化气等成品油，这就是催化裂化装置在整个炼油流程中所扮演的重要角色。

在我们对扬子石化——巴斯夫有限责任公司的二期工程有了初步的了解之后，我们开始对每个流程进行认真的分析，以便我们在后期的装表过程中拿图纸找到每一个位点。

从第三天开始，我们投入到真正的工作之中了啊，作为一个简单的仪表工。

仪表工，对于我来说是一个陌生的职业。但当我进入仪表组之后，我却感觉它很亲切。

我是这个公司的一名新员工，对于我来说，工作环境是新的，工作内容是新的，同事是新的，一切都要从新开始。这时，我的心里就有些着急，毕竟是从新开始。想一想，其实我们也是幸福的，我们的前辈，我们的师傅，在他们进厂工作时，一切也都是新的，并且根本就没有师傅带领一起学习，全靠自己的努力自学的。现在的我们，还有师傅指导学习，并有相关的工作经验介绍给我们。这些都是我们学习的捷径。这时，这些师傅们、前辈们让我感觉到仪表工并不陌生，并且让我更快的融入了仪表组及仪表组的工作中，让我感受到同事间的亲切感和无私感。彼此之间很快成为了“老”朋友。在此,感谢公司给了我一个学习的机会，感谢同事们给予我的极大帮助。

仪表工，并不是说哪个地方仪表松动、损坏，我们给紧一紧或是换一个仪表就完事的。我们要掌握相关的生产工艺，掌握相关设备及仪表的连锁设定等。只有我们对相关工艺及测控点了如指掌了，才能在设备出现故障时及时解决问题，回复生产，或者说是防患于未然，把点检工作做好，力争不出故障。这就要我们平时不但要学习仪表专业知识，也要了解设备测控点等，最好是自己亲自到现场去接触这些“知识”，这更有助于我们对它们的理解和记忆。这也就是只有勤奋才能好学它，才能更好的掌握它。

经过近一个月的学习，我对仪表的工作几乎可以说有了全面的认识了啊。

第二个月，在王经理的安排下，我和我的几个同学开始从事工厂中流程图的简单模仿，争取把每个流程都给用电脑画出来，从而使得我们对CAD画图有了较为深入的了解了啊!

在人际交往方面，南京扬巴可谓是鱼目混杂啊，来自各个地方的人都有，不仅有来自中国各个省市的，还有来自美国，日本，新加坡，印度等国家的外国人。他们都是通过英语和别人交流，我也试着用英语和他们说话。可惜呀！我只会简单的交流，当他们一问我深入的问题，我就用英语无法交流了啊！因此，要想成为社会上有用的一份子，我们必须认真学习外语，以便为社会奉献。

在工作之外，我也认识了很多。

一．在社会上要善于与别人沟通。经过一段时间的工作让我认识更多的人。如何与别人沟通好，这门技术是需要长期的练习。以前工

作的机会不多，使我与别人对话时不会应变，会使谈话时有冷场，这是很尴尬的。与同事的沟通也同等重要。人在社会中都会融入社会这个团体中，人与人之间合力去做事，使其做事的过程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。别人给你的意见，你要听取、耐心、虚心地接受。

二．在社会中要有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸，而是对自己的能力做出肯定。在多次的接触顾客中，我明白了自信的重要性。你没有社会工作经验没有关系。重要的是你的能力不比别人差。社会工作经验也是积累出来的，没有第一次又何来第二、第三次呢？有自信使你更有活力更有精神。

三．在社会中要克服自己胆怯的心态。开始放假的时候，知道要打假期工时，自己就害怕了。自己觉得困难挺多的，自己的社会经验缺乏等种种原因使自己觉得很渺小，自己懦弱就这样表露出来。几次的尝试就是为克服自己内心的恐惧。如哥哥所说的“在社会中你要学会厚脸皮，不怕别人的态度如何的恶劣，也要轻松应付，大胆与人对话，工作时间长了你自然就不怕了。”其实有谁一生下来就什么都会的，小时候天不怕地不怕，尝试过吃了亏就害怕，当你克服心理的障碍，那一切都变得容易解决了。战胜自我，只有征服自己才能征服世界。有勇气面对是关键，如某个名人所说：“勇气通往天堂，怯懦通往地狱。”
