The story goes that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

话说两个好朋友正在穿越一个沙漠。途中他们忽然争吵了起来,其中一个一巴掌扇在另外一个人的脸上。

The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, he wrote in the sand: "Today my best friend slapped me in the face."

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him.

The Everyone has periods in their lives when everything seems very hard, when there’s nobody to talk to and the mood is just getting worse and worse. But why sit and think howpathetic you are? There are some things that may help you lift up your mood. If it fails you, at least while doing these things you won

’t have time to think of your problems. You win anyway!

The first thing you should try is socializing and thinking positively. It

’s very hard, because usually when we feel depressed we lock ourselves at home and try to think about all the bad character issues we have. But if you’ ll try to force yourself and call a friend for a cup of coffee, the chances

for changing your mood into better are very good. Just try to avoid bad

thoughts. Instead, try to think only about the bright side of your life. Don’

t forget: We are what we think we are.

selfish. This could be something you wanted for a long time: maybe a short

have to be extravagant nor costly. The point of all this is being good to

yourself.

to your poor neighbor’s child. Making another person feel happy will make you feel good in your heart and mind.

problems off the conversation. The idea here is to get out of your shell and

have some interaction. Get involved with someone else and your mind will take a turn as well.

Most bad moods and mental attitudes are the result of something that had

Try to concentrate on the present and future to make your life better in every

possible way.

篇五:石头和沙子

活动准备:小精灵儿童

知道准备:

1、平时散步、参观、春游及秋游活动时,引导幼儿观察用沙、石做的各种建筑,看石人、石马、石子路,看工人用水泥、沙子造房子,帮助幼儿积累经验。

2、游戏中让幼儿玩沙,科学桌上放置幼儿捡的各种石头。

物质准备:每人一块石头,每组一个盆,放上水,供给幼儿的各种形状、大小不一的石头,黄沙(粗的和细的),玩沙工具若干,有关石头建筑的图片,沙盘两个(分别装干沙和湿沙

活动过程:

一、出示石头和一盘沙,引起幼儿的探索兴趣。

二、教师引导进行探索活动,师生共同讨论,形成初步概念。

1、探索活动:沙、石的由来。

⑴提出问题,让幼儿讨论,“是先有石,还是先有沙?”

⑵做沙、石的实验。

将一团捏在一起的湿沙,用吹风机吹,观察其变化。

教师小结:小球上的沙,由于湿度的变化和挤压,可变成岩石,而在岩石经过风吹、日晒或水浪的冲击可变成大石头。大石头可在变成小石头,小石头可变成粗沙。粗沙进一步又可变成细沙。所以,可以说沙是石头变的,石头也是由沙变的。

⑶让幼儿再次做上述沙、石实验,验证是否正确。

2、探索活动:认识石头。

⑴让幼儿自己玩自己的石头(每人一块,颜色、大小、形状不一),

⑵启发提问:

① 石头是什么样的?(硬硬的)

② 摸上去有什么感觉?(粗糙、光滑)

③ 你手里的石头是什么颜色的,什么形状的?

④ 把石头放在水里看看有什么变化?

⑶教师帮助幼儿整理,形成认识:

“你听了其他小朋友的发言,你发现什么?”(引导幼儿说出:石头是多种多样的,颜色有……,形状有……)

教师小结石头的特征。

⑷讨论:石头有什么用?

铺路、铺地、筑防洪堤、做假山、石桥和石凳、石栏杆(教师出示一些图片让幼儿看),还可用来做工艺品。

教师小结得出结论:人们的生活离不开石头。

3、探索活动;认识沙。

⑴请幼儿到大沙盘了玩沙。

教师提问:这是什么?它与石头有什么不同?

⑵让幼儿玩干沙和湿沙。

教师提问:感觉有什么不一样?你发现了什么?(干沙捏不拢)

⑶给幼儿看各种不同的沙子。

让幼儿触摸粗沙、细沙,问他们有什么不同感觉。

⑷讨论:

① 在什么地方看到过沙子?(土地上、海边、电视上的大沙漠里……)

② 沙子有什么用?能为人们做些什么?(造房子、给小朋友玩建筑游戏……)

幼儿创造性活动请幼儿集体用沙子和石头来建筑美丽的公园(分成小组进行)

活动结束:

小朋友一起探讨。

活动目的:

1、通过幼儿自身的探索活动,初步认识沙子和石头的特征,知道沙子和石头是多种多样的。

2、通过观察、讨论等活动,发现沙、石的用途以及它们和人们生活的关系。

3、学习用沙、石来表现各种造型,培养幼儿的创造性。

4、发展幼儿的观察力和语言表达能力,培养幼儿对周围环境的探索兴趣。

设计意图:

我们幼儿园有个大型的玩沙池,孩子们在平时的聊天中对于玩过沙子的事,总是津津乐道,说明孩子对沙有着浓厚的兴趣,于是我便抓住这一幼儿感兴趣的课题,生成了此次探索活动。意在让幼儿在玩沙的过程中了解沙的特性,通过幼儿自己主动探索,发现沙的许多有趣的现象和变化,同时享受到成功的快乐、合作的温馨,并且获得丰富的生活经验。

一、活动目标:

1、运用各种感官感知沙子的特性。

2、感受玩沙的快乐,体验同伴合作、分享的快乐。

3、正确认识沙子的作用与危害,初步树立正确的环保观。

二、活动准备:

1. 一次性桌布、湿巾、玩沙大盆、筛子若干;

2.玩沙的工具:小铲、小桶、装水的瓶子等;各种小玩具。

3.实验用品:透明玻璃杯、污水、沙子等。不同直径的管子。

4.制作沙画的材料:绘有环保图案的底板、胶水、彩色沙子等。

5、PPT课件。

三、活动过程:

1、播放沙雕影片,引出沙子,激发幼儿的兴趣。

看沙雕影片,帮助孩子回忆自己对沙子的了解。

2、分5组操作,提升孩子对沙子特性的了解:

1、感知沙子“细小”特性:用筛子分离芝麻和细沙。

2、感知干沙“轻”的特性:用吸管吹一吹干沙与湿沙,体验干沙轻的特点。

3、感知沙子“不溶于水”的特性:把细沙倒入透明杯中,搅拌体验沙不溶于水的特点。

4、感受干沙松软的特点:通过用手在干沙和湿沙中扒开沙子找玩具,用对比的方法让孩子充分感受干沙的松软。

5、感知沙子“会流动”的特性:让孩子在管子中塞沙子。

3、、通过录像进一步提升与了解沙子的特性

把孩子们现场的操作进行实地拍摄,孩子操作结束后根据孩子的讲述,老师把每组操作的录像进行播放,把本组孩子没发现的变化与特性,大家进行补充讲述。教师进行补充提问,如:1、干沙被打入水后颜色有什么变化?

2、在水中搅拌,水的颜色有什么变化?水中能看到什么?说明了什么?

4、孩子们再次操作(互相流动与交换),进一步证实与感知沙子的各种特性。互相交流并用湿巾擦手。

5、了解沙子的作用:
