我看到这则新闻时，心中很气愤，能在帕劳这样的生僻地方度假的人，应该不是第一次出国，如果还随地扔东西，就太说不过去了。另外，在国内?中华?烟的价格也不菲，抽得起?中华?烟的，大多都是有钱人。但是像这样有钱人的素质实在让人大跌眼镜，怪不得国外人称中国人是?暴发户?

我认为这种事情十分的没素质，如果这个烟盒被外国人捡到他们会怎么想，?中国人素质低下，在别人的地方乱扔东西。?这件事让许多人都很气愤，纷纷指责仍烟盒的这名旅客，有网友说：?咱现在是富了点可富得是腰包，什么时候素质也能跟上，那才是真的富了。?没错，钱只是一个替代了真实的世界的东西。比如说乞丐，他们虽然穷，但是他们的素质未必比那些上层社会的人要差，他们既不偷，也不抢，会把垃圾扔在垃圾桶里，他们并不比我们差。

就在这件事过后的三个月，网上有曝光一则新闻：?中国游客马尔代夫潜水捞珊瑚，潜水教练谴责?这则新闻和上一则类似，一名中

国游客在马尔代夫潜水时捞珊瑚并发到了微信朋友圈，被一位中国潜水教练看到之后劝这位游客将珊瑚放回海中，并说道：?这位女士，难道没人告诉你不能乱碰海里的东西吗？你还真的收获不小啊，一捞就捞上来这么大块珊瑚，你知道一块珊瑚的长成要多久吗？马尔代夫的珊瑚本来就不多，这么被你一捞就更少了，以后让你的子孙后代来看什么呀？?即使这样，也有许多网友指责这位游客。我认为这种野生生物是非常珍贵的，不应该再去捕捞他们，并且这种珊瑚也是经过了许多年才得以成这样的，如果就这样被一位游客随意带走未免有些过分。

外国人经常借此类事情来辱骂中国人，我认为这种用事情不应该再多的发生了，中国现在是发展中国家，如此大的领土，人也多，但是整体素质却如此，这不仅让对中国怀恨在心的国家有了嘲笑的借口，也让我们丢尽颜面。不仅不能在国外如此，在国内更应遵守规矩，毕竟是在我们自己的领土上，不能让外国人看我们的笑话。

虽然我们做不到让全中国人民都遵守规矩，但我们可以从自身做起，在去国际性经典游玩时要遵守规矩，参观古物时不大声喧哗，不触碰禁止触碰的物品，不再经典乱扔垃圾。在风景极好的地区游玩时，我们更应该注意自己的言行，不嬉戏打闹，垃圾不带走那里的任何珍贵物品，仅让这美好的图片存在自己的脑海里，照片中，不做?暴发户?，我们不仅要富的是我们资产，更要富的，是我们的整体素质，不让外国人看我们的笑话，维护中华民族的尊严，从我们身边做起。
