Many students consider looking for a good job after graduated is very important, but it is hard for a new graduate to find a job that fulfills him. The following are three factors that I think we should consider when looking for a job.

Firstly, I think we should have an awareness of ourselves, our personal interests in particular. For example, if we don’t have any interest in the job, we are sure to be bored by it even if it is a highly paid one. Generally speaking, interest supplies our motivations and energies for work.

Secondly, work-life balance is also very important. Be honest with ourselves in deciding how far and how much time we are willing to devote to our daily commutes. Consider people important to us in making our decisions, because home stress can make us less effective at work. The last but the basic one is we should have knowledge of the job itself. The job we are looking for should neither be beyond our reach nor should it be too easy. Instead, it should bring our abilities into full play.

Few people are exactly alike when determining what makes them happy at work, but so long as you consider the three factors, you are surely to find a good job.

While I must admit I am a member of these young men. So salary is my most important consideration when I am looking for a job.

Once I have watched a video on the internet about job selection. Several experts were invited on that TV program. One of the experts said something about his daughter or his son. It will not matter. The expert?s daughter graduated from a famous university. After graduating from university, his daughter did not look for a job immediately, while his daughter chose to be a volunteer with no salary. Then one the audiences who is a girl who has just graduated from a university said “I must look for a job for my family need money”. That girl comes from a rural family with no stable income. I also come from a rural family. My parents are farmers. We have no stable income. We need money. My father and my mother are 58 years old. They have been working hard for their whole life to make that little money to breed my brother, my sister and me. You may say you have a brother and a sister, they can make money. That is true, but they do not have a good job to make enough money. There is no doubt that people want to do the job they are interested in.

While salary is the most important consideration for me, it is not the only one. Ii will also take other factors into account including my interest, my major, the prospect of a company, the location, the working environment and so on.

So when looking for a job, I will make a comprehensive consideration.
