Generally speaking, Team spirit refers to the ability of working with others, and it is part of organization culture.It is easy to understand that without the spirit of utter devotion of everybody, there will no team spirit in a team.

Team spirit is important, it strengthens the sense of cohesion so as to make everyone pull together to work toward to the same direction to realize the ultimate aim. And in the process, the members become more excellent because of the friendly competition among them.

To encourage team spirit,I have some advice here. First,we should have a clear and definite goal, which can unite us all to encourage us to fight for it.And at the same time,a good system is required.Without an efficiency system, you cannot build a disciplinary team.Beside,a good communicate environment should be created to resolve the contradiction between the members.And in a team, respect to each one is precondition to mobilize the enthusiasm. When one is respected, he will feel at home in the group, and the talent will be highly inspired.We can also lead the every member to take part in the management,so they can contribute their wisdom, and they will also be more responsible.

Team spirit becomes more and more important in modern society, I hope that all of you can contribute to your team.

1. We are living in a global world and the cross－cultural communications are increasing nowadays． we have never been so closely connected with each other in the human histories． If we want to have a bright future， we need more cooperation for the development． Therefore， team spirit is very important．

2 .Team spirit is a group of people in order to achieve a common goal , which mutual trust, cooperation, and support, not afraid of difficulties to strive.

Team spirit is an ability that people can understand each other and cooperate with each other for the successful completion of some important tasks．team spirit offers us a platform where we can operate our collective talent to work out the best．

Team spirit means the willingness of people to work together and help each other as part of a team. With this spirit, people try hard to make their team the best of all.

3. The Chinese football team always loses simply because the players lack a teamwork spirit, I think this is the main reason. Chinese football system itself is a problem. Football Association does not really leading Chinese football, General Administration of Sport interfere too much, whether right or wrong must execute down. In many people's eyes, football is crazy, rude, however it has too much limits for the player in China.

Besides, some players put an indifferent attitude on the outcome of the game. Can be selected for the national football team, some players lack a basic sense of honor. Moreover Chinese team players always take a separate action and don’t have too much communication with each other. In the game, players seem not to be integrity. The most important is lack a team leader who stands up and takes responsibility or encouraged others on a critical moment.

4. In my opinion，team spirit is an important ability and skill in nowadays because we are all faced with the globalization and the question of how to live better． Therefore， we must learn to work well in the team and let the team spirit guide us to success．

As a philosopher has pointed out, nobody is an isolated island. We are living in a high-globalized world and all have been so closely connected with each other in the human histories. Therefore, now people in increasing numbers are coming to recognize the importance of team spirit. The followings are the main reasons that we need such kind of spirit in particular during the globalization.

Some work cannot be finished by an single person’s ability. As the saying goes, the two heads are better than one. Generally speaking, our ability is limited to some extend. No matter what we do, as long as we are cooperative, , the achievements will be much greater than one person has made. Taking the summer practice of our university for example, the success of the practice, I think, owes to the team spirit of all group members. Based on the advantages of different members, all of them are asked to do distinct project, then combine their work together to finish the whole task. And usually the final mark is embodiment that has witnessed our brilliant team work.

A competitive society cannot be separated from cooperation, namely, the team spirit. Since social competition is becoming more and more furious, the close relationship between competition and comparison is increasingly recognized. If being eager to make ourselves and our team more competitive, we cannot afford to deny the importance of cooperation. For instance, while our team is competing with another team, the competition, in its essence, is the comparison between the team spirit of one team and that of another. Hence, in

most cases, we can’t go on competing without cooperation.

Last week we had a play competition. Because of some reasons, we had not decided the play two days before the competition. Our monitor called the actors and actresses who had been decided together. Then they think about every plot together. To my surprise, it seemed that everybody had his or her good idea. They gave up their weekend to practice the play. Finally our team won good marks and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.
