In the past several decades,owing to the fantastic development of society,many traditional views are changed.And nowadays the following correct for one to expect a reward when doing a good deed,while others hold the opposite view.

It is pointed out by a great many people that one should not expect any reward when doing a deed.They believe that good deeds belong to voluntary service,purely out of willingness,which has nothing to do with expectation of rewards.In other words,people do good things is not because intending to obtain money or returns from others,but because wishing to do so and feeling honored,respected and needed.As a result,doing good deeds will be an essential source of one's happiness,pleasure and even pride.

However,others who agree a fresh view claim that people should be rewarded for doing good deed,because those warm-hearted and nice people perhaps will sacrifice their own benefits.Suppose those people cannot obtain any praise and reward,will they still manage to do good deeds?The answer will not be optimistic.Logically,they emphasize that proper and proportionate rewards will definitely encourage people in ever increasing number to help those who are in trouble.

Weighting the pros and cons of the two sides.I believe every view has its own reasons.Nevertheless,I cherish a belief that rewards,although many people do good deeds not to gain any reward will gradually and eventually increase the number of people who expect to help others.

There was a time when people,due to various reasons,only value physical health.Yet, recently, owing to the amazing rise of living standard,they begin to focus more emphasis upon psychological health, which carries more weight in the development of students' personality and character.

Apparently,it is absolutely necessary for universities to implement effective and efficient measures to improve students' psychological health. Psychological courses and activities should be offered to enhance students' awareness of psyhchological health and to serve as an outlet of their negative pressure.Moreover,it is highly suggested for universities to establish psychological consult centers where students can gain help easily from expects with rich knowledge in this field.

The number of E-books is constantly on the rise as a result of the rapid development of information technology. It is thought by some people that E-books might replace traditional books in some time because of various advantages of E-books over paper ones.

Along with the fantastic advancement and development of information technology,there is sharp increase in the number of e-books and people in ever growing numbers begin to read e-books by laptops,PDAS,and so forth.Yet,a multitude of people in contemporary society are now confused with a question: will E-books replace traditional books?

People who hold the opinion that e-books will replace traditional books have their reasons.In the first place,thanks to the increasing popularity of personal computers and other electronic accessories,it is most easy and convenient for people to have access to e-books.In the second place,people,if they manage to search a question,can save a lot of time with the help of searching sofeware and e-books.Moreover,the wide use of e-books can even benefit the environment,for e-books can reduce the paper consumption.

Others,on the contrary,insist that the popularity of traditional books will not be replaced by e-books,since still a multitude of people prefer traditional books.Firstly,heavy exposure to e-books equipments can exert negative effects to people’s eye-sight.Secondly,the pleasure and enjoyment brought by traditional books cannot be exceeded by e-books.

Can Money Buy Happiness？

Can money buy happiness？The answer varies among people. Some believe that money is the source of happiness, because money provides food for the hungry, medicine for the sick, and clothes for the needy. While others hold that money is the root of evils, because it is the devil of money that drives a person to lie, cheat, steal and worst of all, to murder.

In my opinion, money is essential to being well-off, but not necessarily to well-being. Happiness is a state of mind, not something that can be bought.

My Favorite TV Program

The News Broadcast is my favorite TV program. This has become a part of my life because almost every day I turn on the TV at 7 pm, watching CCTV 9 news program.

Watching the daily news brings me the following benefits. Firstly, it develops my good language skills, proper pronunciation and greater knowledge and understanding of news around the world. Secondly, watching TV news as a family opens a stage for discussion between family members on a wide variety of topics. My Opinion on Cell Phones

Cell phones do play an important role in people’s daily life, but every coin has its two sides.

To start with, as a wireless mobile phone, it’s convenient for the user at any time to contact others. Secondly, it’s helpful companion. With a multifunctional cell phone in hand, one can easily surf the net, downloading what he needs.

However, the cell phone has many disadvantages. For one thing, the machine itself is very expensive and its local service is very costly, not to mention its global service. For another, the radiation from the mobile phones might do harm to the user’s heath.

In my opinion, with its expenses being reduced sharply after China’s entry into the WTO, its development will have a brighter future. Therefore its advantages will far outweigh its disadvantages.

Bad Manners in Public

Although we consider ourselves as highly advanced being living in a civilized society, bad manners can still be found here and there. For example, some cyclists run the red traffic lights, many passengers litter waste papers and plastic bags in public places, and some tourists scrabble in tourists’ attractions, let alone spit on the street. In the cinema, some audiences talk loudly on cell phones in front of others.

I’m strongly against talking loudly in the cinema, for this behavior shows no respect at all to others; what’s worse, it upsets the audience who are in the mood of having fun.

While we are enjoying the rich fruits of modern industrialization, we are losing something precious on this planet. Fresh water, among others, is dwindling down day by day, owing to the large-scale industrialization everywhere in the world. Just as sunshine is a necessity to life, so is fresh water. Without fresh water, our human society would come to a stop.

As fresh water is such an important resource to the human society, we need to treasure it as we treasure our life, but how?

First, our government should have a good plan for the use of fresh water and develop industries that consume less water. Second, waste water must be recycled. Finally，everyone of us should do his bit to save water.

Sports

Just as lots of teenagers take to pop music, I love basketball. It’s part of my life. I began to play basketball in my childhood. I still remember the good old days when I played with my classmates after school. 这道题目解读：其实林肯的这句话用中文的俗语来说就是：“工欲善其事，必先利其器”。也就是说准备工作对于成功的重要性，也是一个现象型的题目。只是在做题之前需要有一个interpretation的过程。

2. 六级的写作黄金五法则

由于六级先按百分制的15分评卷（五档2 5 8 11 14），又按阅卷时间不足30秒，阅卷人大体以印象给分。其实写作好坏的确看若干句即现端倪。

黄金法则包括：

1. 题目提纲要点 → 大致意思写成英文 → 各段中心句

注：便于阅卷人了解每段的Topic Sentence；

2. 惊艳 → 学会制造亮点（尤其第一段）

注：往往阅卷第一印象甚为重要，即体现考生水平；

3. 清晰 → 学会使用标志词（尤其是主体段）

注：中间段落结构清楚，助于评卷人了解思想；

说天龙八部，只是卖个噱头，目的是告诉给位，开头不好写，模板（template）是没有任何作用的。请一定要学习模板句，而不要用所谓的模板段，不信你给我找个万能能套所有开头段的试试？

英汉差异2：汉语多短句，英语多长句

中文讲意境，所以当出现小桥流水人家，中国人都懂这个场景，但是外国人句式不加动词，这三个词语是无意义的。一般可以翻译成：

英语中的长短句可以连起来：
