Nowadays credibility is facing great challenges. In recent years, a growing number of people are incredible. This phenomenon has aroused. In the tide of commodity economy today, many people believe that money is more important than credibility. As students, credibility is especially important for us at present. Credibility is an essential attribute that is built on the elements of integrity, veracity and commitment. What can we do with credibility at present? For example, first, we should finish our homework independently. Second, we should return books punctually. Third, we should participate in the examination with credibility. Nowadays many students tend to cheat, when they participate in the examination. I maintain that it is a serious problem. Although you can get higher marks, and be praised by others, you should clearly realize that it is harmful for others and even yourself to cheat in exam. Credibility is an essential condition for businessmen to manage their companies. In commercial competition, consumers could not easily believe what the merchant has guaranteed. These incredible merchants earn a lot of money by selling fake products to consumer. Manufacturers make inferior or fake products to earn great profits. Taking the case of fake milk powder of company, the company of milk powder was a well-known company in China in the past. However, in 2002, the milk powder from this company was found melamine, which badly affected bodies’ health. To our great relief, the company was accused and got punished in the end, but this relief can not console people physical and psychological harm. Companies without credibility would inevitably suffer penalty. So management of companies needs to have credibility. If the merchants are credible, consumers will not be afraid of being overcharged, and merchants also can win over more consumers.

Credibility is a good virtue for every nation to set up all over the world. Every nation should put the credibility as a basic principle. Credibility can make every country more stable. A case in point is that Singapore, a society featuring credibility; Singaporean has a comparatively low incredible rate each other. China is an exception as well not. China has a history of 5000 years. From of old, credibility is our traditional virtue. As china, we also should put the credibility as a basic principle of our life. If our country has not credibility, it will be harmful for economy, politics and culture to develop. In other words, if our country is credible, they will get a rapid development. If our country gets along with others countries with credibility, it will be easier to cooperate with others countries. Our country will become prosperous, rich and powerful.

In short, many problems come from incredibility. For example, problem of food security, commercial fraud, cheat, and so on. These problems seriously influenced the healthy development of society. In order to build harmonious society, we should do everything with credibility. Our social civilization calls for the credibility of individuals, enterprises and countries to ensure the healthy development of economy

as well as the enhancement of people moral sense. On the one hand, government should perfect legal framework ceaselessly to build a monitoring environment for credibility. Each year, Americans throw away millions of tons of electronic devices. That means business is good for a small electronics recycler in Chantilly, Virginia.

Company President Jeremy Faber established PC Recycler. He spoke to us from the floor of his company's processing center. Workers were busy taking apart televisions, cell phones and computers -- anything electronic.

Jeremy Faber says the flow of discarded electronics is only increasing.

JEREMY FABER: "Electronics recycling is the fastest growing waste stream in the United States right now."

Recycling electronic waste is not a single job. Newer devices can be rebuilt and resold. Breaking down electronics into small parts for refiners to melt and purify is another part. Operations Manager Andrew Portare says computer circuit boards are rich resources.

ANDREW PORTARE: "Boards have the highest scrap value in them so you can actually see on the back you're looking at different types of metals. This one is a really good example. Some of the older ones are mainly all gold."

Gold now sells for more than one thousand three hundred dollars an ounce. Twenty-five percent of PC Recycler's sales come from selling parts to refiners.

Refining companies pay more than ten dollars a kilogram for computer boards. PC Recycler can also lift profits by holding metal-rich parts until prices rise.

ANDREW PORTARE: "If copper's up one day, we can ship all of our copper extract and capitalize on the market."

Computers also hold private or secret information. And securing that data is the fastest

growing part of the recycling business. Completely removing data from a computer hard drive is not easy. PC Recycler can remove data magnetically or completely destroy and recycle the drives.

Discarding waste in a way that meets government environmental protection rules is also important. Old TVs can contain over a kilogram of lead as well as cadmium -- both highly poisonous.

PC Recycler supports the Basel Action Network, which seeks to limit harmful waste and

technology. The company says it does not export electronics to China, India or Africa where environmental rules are weak.

Jeremy Faber says PC Recycler has been in business since two thousand three, expanding from waste management to other, more technical services.

JEREMY FABER: "There really isn't a lot of industries out there that are like this. There's either the scrap industry where they're shredding cars and shredding tires and there's the refurbished PC market and we're sort of sit right in between both of those."
