篇一：做出美味的蛋糕
材料：鸡蛋、面粉、发酵粉、牛奶、糖、盐、食油；
用微波炉做蛋糕的方法：
先准备三个容器，一个装蛋黄，一个装蛋清，一个装面粉。注意：所有容器都必须是干的，不能沾一滴水。
1、先是打鸡蛋，我用了三个鸡蛋，用汤匙把蛋黄和蛋清分离，分装两个容器。
2、用打蛋器打蛋清，没有打蛋器用筷子也一样，不过要费劲些。在蛋清里放一勺糖一点盐。
3、打没多久就变成这样了，起白泡。
4、别以为打鸡蛋是件容易的事，要把蛋清打成奶油状真不容易，往同一个方向不停地打连续打了有半小时才见成效，打到我手软。
5、蛋清完全打成奶油状才算好。接着打蛋黄，在蛋黄里放一勺糖，可根据个人口味适当放多点。
6、打好蛋黄准备加面粉，我用了满满的三汤匙面粉。加入发酵粉和面粉拌匀。发酵粉和面粉的比例大概是1：
20.
7、给打好的蛋黄里加面粉，不要一次加完，否则不容易搅拌，可分两三次加。加一次面粉倒一汤匙的牛奶。
8、然后用勺子上下搅拌，不是左右，从碗底舀起再倒下，这样才会使面团有筋度。
9、用勺子搅拌的好处是不会沾到手上那么脏，如果有面粉团可用勺子压碎。和好后加另一半面粉再加一勺牛奶。
10、蛋糊和好后加刚才打好的蛋清，先加一半，发现碗底有没打好的蛋清继续打成奶油状。
11、同样也用上下搅拌的方法把蛋清和面糊和在一起。
12、全部和好后装入微波炉容器。一定要擦干，不能有水，在容器壁上抹上食油，为的是不让蛋糕沾在容器上。

14、在面糊上撒上一些切碎的花生仁、杏仁、葡萄干。
15、接着放进微波炉用中高火蒸了三分钟，出来就是这个样子；
16、接着我还在蛋糕上面浇了点溶化的巧克力。
PS：用下面的一种或者几种方法结合，对面粉进行过筛处理。
a，摇晃震荡。轻轻摇晃震荡放有面粉的大碗，让空气进入面粉里面，使得面粉蓬松起来。
b，用汤匙。用汤匙轻轻将面粉舀起来，然后再倒入碗里，不断翻动。这样也可以让面粉结构蓬松，有气感。
c，叉子和滤网。先用叉子将面粉拌松，然后用普通的滤网来过筛。 d，打蛋器。用打蛋器对面粉进行不停搅拌，也能让空气进入面粉中。
