又到端午节了，祝朋友们节日快乐哦。家里还有前几天包紫薯粽子剩下的粽叶，就用西米包了一款水晶蜜枣粽，晶莹剔透的，没想到非常好吃，出乎我的意料，比想像中的要更好吃得多。，超 Q弹牙，有吃QQ糖的感觉。本来是用紫苋菜汁拌西米，西米拌好后是嫩嫩的粉红色，非常喜欢人哦，想煮好后的粽子也应该是粉红的颜色，可是煮好后一看怎么没了粉红的颜色了，可能是煮的时候溶解到水里了吧。

膳食食疗：

棕子做法大全

配料： 圆糯酌量、五花猪肉300公克、盐1/3匙、粽叶及水草绳适量、酱油1/3碗、米酒、味精各少量

做法： 猪肉切成5公分条，用酱油、米酒、味精浸泡一夜；糯米用浸过肉的酱汁加盐拌匀，停置10分钟后再拌到均匀为止；粽叶2张背背相对，由叶蒂1/4处折成一直角匙状，取约2匙米铺在叶匙内，肉条直放其中，再铺2匙米盖满肉条，托叶匙的手要保持开头，配合另一手的动作；将粽叶剩余部分由米末处折盖上去在折处把两边的角折好。粽身由托叶的手全部握住，中一手将盖叶部分捏合折下；用草绳将折叶处绕紧扎好，再绕扎整个粽身；粽子全部包好后放在大锅中，放入冷水用大火煮滚后改用中小火续煮4小时，熄火焖1小时。

绿豆鸭蛋粽 （这个好吃）

糯米、绿豆各750克，花生米25克，熟咸鸭蛋黄5个。将蛋黄切碎与糯米、绿豆、花生拌匀即成馅。取泡过的粽壳叶折成斗状，填入适量馅料，包好后入锅加冷水浸没粽子，煮沸1小时后，改文火煮1小时即可。

咸香鸡肉粽

用料：糯米600克、鸡肉800克、薯仔400克、虾米80克、蒜蓉1汤匙、生抽半汤匙、葱、盐、鸡精、生粉若干、粽叶适量、粽绳适量。

做法：1、将鸡肉、薯仔和大葱头剁碎，加入盐、蒜、鸡精、生粉等调料拌匀。

2、洗净糯米，浸水半小时。烧热锅，用葱姜蒜爆香，加入糯米和生抽，炒均。

3、用粽叶2张，折叠成漏状，放入炒香的糯米1汤匙，加入做法1中扮匀的馅料，再加入1汤匙的糯米在上面。

4、将粽绳把粽子扎好，放入高压煲中煮30分钟，即可趁热食。如果是普通煲须煮2小时左右。

正宗金牌广式裹蒸粽

用料：1、糯米500克、干香菇1朵、莲子4粒、虾米10克、绿豆仁50克、栗子2粒、干荷叶1张、干竹叶6片、干碱草2条。

2.咸蛋黄1粒、胡椒粉少许、芋头30克、排骨、肥肉约100克；五香粉、葱油、味精盐少许。

做法：1.将用料1中的材料泡水至发起为止，其中尖糯米至少泡2个半小时以上，然后用胡椒粉、葱油、味精、盐来腌味。芋头切块炸过，备用。

2.将肥肉切块用五香粉腌味约30分钟。排骨切块用黑醋、酱油、盐、味精、面粉腌过备用。

3、将荷叶对撕，粗面朝下，铺上3片竹叶，放一半的糯米。然后放入香菇、莲子、虾米、栗子、咸蛋黄、肥肉、排骨、芋头、绿豆仁。再放上另一半糯米，将另外3片竹叶盖上。

4、将荷叶左右两侧对摺抓紧，再前后对摺抓紧包成四角形，用碱草包紧打结即可。5、用水煮粽子四小时即可上桌。
