第一章 投标邀请书

梁山水浒文化广场接待中心装饰工程已具备施工条件，现对该装饰工程项目的施工进行招标。

本项目共分4个标段（第四标段暂不招标）

第一标段：1层公共部分及客房，包括北大堂2层共享部分，地下室办公区域及卫生间、淋浴间。不含四季大厅及回廊。约6000平方米。

第二标段：2层所有客房及公共部分（不含北大堂共享部分），4个楼梯间整体（B1-4F）。约5000平方米。

第三标段：3-4层所有房间及公共部分。约6000平方米。

第四标段：四个外门厅，四季大厅1层回廊、2层平台、3层内阳台及所有内墙面，酒店北门口庭院。（暂不招标）

3.1 投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的装饰装修工程施工壹级资质。

3.2 投标人须具备2011年1月1日至本项目开标之日止，合同价款在500万元以上或面积8000平方米以上星级宾馆、酒店室内装饰工程业绩，以合同原件为准。
