学炒青菜

星期六下午，妈妈正要去炒青菜。这时，我突然想起今天老师布置的回家作业就是要做一件家务活，然后写一篇作文。钱想到这里，就马上跑到厨房对妈妈说：“妈妈，今天的青菜就让我来炒。请你在旁边指导一下，好吗?”妈妈同意了。于是，我在他*的指点下学习炒青菜了。

开始，我先把青菜洗干净。然后，我拿起菜刀把青菜切碎。接着，我把煤气灶开着，放上铁锅。往锅子里放了一些菜油。这时，妈妈在边上对我说：“等一会儿倒菜时，要放低一些，动作要快一些，不然油溅起来会烫到手上的。”我点头说：“知道了。”这时，妈妈看了看我切的青菜，说：“青菜不能够切得太大，大了会烧不熟的。”说着妈妈拿起菜刀，拣出一些比较大的青菜块来再切切小。听着他*的唠叨，我不耐烦了，说：“知道了，知道了!”

等油冒烟时，妈妈叫我把菜放进锅子里去。我怕油溅起来烫了手，心想可以戴手套嘛。于是，我就戴上了手套，拿起了盛菜的篮子，往锅子里倒菜。“唰”地一声，菜油爆了起来。幸亏我手脚麻利，戴上了手套，否则……

接着，我拿起铁铲炒了几下。然后，妈妈帮我放了一些盐、味精。又炒了一会儿，我放了一些水，盖上盖子让它烧。

终于，青菜烧好了，我把青菜盛起装盘。接着，我端了出去。 吃饭时，我品尝着自己炒的青菜觉得特别好吃。我高兴得笑了。
