学习压力作文

看着面前如山的习题与试卷,我从最初的不满,到现在的无动于衷。

漠然地从中抽出一本,毫无意识地在手中舞动。

今天有些奇怪,意识不自觉地脱离课本到了那遥远的天际之外。

天上会有多少星星?银河系有多大?地球在宇宙又是怎样的?……一个个地疑问冒出,却又得不到丝毫回应。

我叹了口气,将精神又集中在了面前的习题上。

却没有意识到,之前精神上的疲惫一下子消去了不少。

'禾木,陪我去玩会儿吧!'好友拉着我的手臂撒娇地说。

'我的作业还没有写完,要不你来帮我写?'我挑了挑眉,冷声说道。

好友看着与之前已经减少了十分之九,但还是如小山般的试卷,惊恐地看着,一边双脚不自觉得颤抖往后退着。

'那禾木,你继续写你的作业吧!我先去玩了!'好友一下子跑出教室,声音随风传到了我的耳中。我无奈地摇了摇头,手指飞舞着。

'对了,禾木。记得,累了,就停下脚步。那,我先走了。'好友跑回了教室,说了这句莫名其妙的话就走了。

今天不知为何,明明作业还是和以前的每一天一样多,却早已写完了。

我看了看试卷,将它们整理好,放在了一个文件夹中。

马上收拾好了书包,手表的指针指向了4点30.怎么办?爸妈一般都是5点才下班。

突然间,我背着书包,迷茫地看向四周。对了,好友不是说停下脚步嘛,那今天正好有时间就听一次她的话好了。

慢慢地,走在回家的路上,我新奇地朝四周看了看。

这条熟悉的道路,慢下脚步来却截然不同。身旁的一切就像是一个全新的世界,吸引着我的视线。

为什么会这样?我不明所以地回了家。

次日下午,好友照样问我'要不要休息一下?'半天没有得到回应,失落地迈出教室。

夕阳下的学校,回荡着一句'等我一下',随后又寂静了下来。

在之后的日子里,我一旦累了,就会想起好友的那句:累了,就停下脚步。

如何减轻学习压力

一、学习压力何其多

考试给学生带来了很重的学习压力。学习压力过大一方面可以造成学生认识与情绪方面的困扰,包括焦虑、紧张、悲伤、疲乏、烦闷、易怒、注意力不集中,以及记忆力减退等;另一方面,还会导致学生的学习兴趣、学习的恒心和毅力、抉择的果断性、做事的信心,以及忍耐挫折的能力都会有所降低;此外,学习压力过大,还会引发一些不良的生理反应,比如,眼睛疲劳、视力下降、头痛、耳鸣、胃肠不好、肌肉酸痛,以及失眠多梦等。压力过重或者没有压力都会给学生的学习造成不良的影响,只有适中的压力,才会转化为学习的动力,取得最好的学习效果。学生只要以一颗平常心对待考试,紧张而又轻松愉快的驾好学习的小舟,就能安然地渡过这一小段稍为有点不平常的航程,继续驶向更远大的理想彼岸。那么,如何缓解考试前夕的学习重压呢?

二、解决方案

1、运用语言和想象放松。学会幽默:幽默是精神健康的调节剂,学会幽默,以良好的心境应付周围的一切。通过想象,训练思维“游逛”,如“蓝天白云下,我坐在平坦的绿茵草地上”、“我舒适地泡在浴缸里,听着优美的轻音乐”,在短时间内放松、休息,恢复精力,让自己得到精神小憩,你会觉得安详、宁静与平和。

2、分解法。请你把生活中的压力罗列出来,一、二、三、四??,你一旦写出来以后,就会惊人地发现,只要你“个个击破”,这些所谓的压力,便可以逐渐化解。

3、尽情发泄:心中的烦恼、忧虑不要积在心中,应设法及时宣泄,想哭就哭。医学心理专家认为,哭能缓解压力,让人类情感抒发出来要比深深埋在心里有益得多。

4、一读解千愁。在书的世界遨游时,一切忧愁悲伤便付诸脑后,烟消云散。读书可以使一个人在潜移默化中逐渐变得心胸开阔,气量豁达,不惧压力。

5、晚餐时以清淡食物为主。避免吃辛辣、油炸食物,或是停留在胃中时间较长的高蛋白高热量食物,以免增加胃肠的负担。

6、尽量在晚间11前上床入睡。因为11时到2时这个时间是人体经脉运行至肝、胆,若这个时间没有得到适当的休息,时间久了这两个器官的不健康就会表现在皮肤上,如粗糙、黑斑、青春痘、黑眼圈的问题。而且睡眠不足会影响第二天的听课效率。

7、勇担责任,增强学习动机,提高学习兴趣,加强学习的积极性和自觉性,从而改变学生的厌学消极态度:遇到困难不要退缩,不要逃避,知难而进,勇于战胜它。

8、着眼当前,知足常乐:一方面要集中精力做好当前的工作,不花时间追忆过去。另一方面不要把期望值放得过高,应量力而行,立足现实。

9、学会休息,劳逸结合.坚持运动:生命在于运动,运动使人精力充沛,充满活力。

10、正确地认识自己,正确对待成功与失败。不为失败找借口,要为成功找方法。分析原因,找出不足,进行弥补。客观、合理地设定自己能力的目标,并对学业上的成功和失败有正确的归因。弄清楚自己的学习能力状况,掌握高效的学习策略和方法,从而提高学生学习的效能感和自信心。

11、 穿上称心的旧衣服。穿上一条平时心爱的旧裤子,再套一件宽松衫,你的心理压力不知不觉就会减轻。因为穿了很久的衣服会使人回忆起某一特定时空的感受,并深深地沉浸在缅怀过去如梦般的生活眷恋中,人的情绪也为之高涨起来。与此同时,当人们穿上自己认为非常“顺眼”的衣服,自我感觉良好时,就会重新鼓起面对现实的信心和勇气。

学生本人应该树立学习信心,避免外界不良因素的干扰,化压力为动力,制定合理的时间表,科学安排作息、娱乐时间。恰当运用减压的方法缓解觉得过重的压力。比如:在家可以利用边做家务边听音乐的方法来消除在校学习带来的疲劳;课余可以参加适当的体育锻炼缓解紧张的神经;或者课余找个信任的人倾诉心事,聊聊天。这些都是减压的良方。只有保持健康的身心,才更有利于夺取最好的考试成绩。

Pressure may not be the source of power for students

Nowadays, students are facing much pressure than ever before. The explosion of knowledge as well as the population, are throwing great pressure on most students. Throughout our school lives, we are facing the same issue----pressure, which might vary in degree in different periods.

When a child begins to go to school, he is likely to get comparison. Ranking is essential to students, even in kindergarten. Kids are learning all kinds of things, which seems to be a competition between different families. However, the so-called all-round development is robbing children’s freedom and put great pressure on them . I know a little girl who always gets nearly full score in English but is still forced to have many lessons during the holiday. She once ended her composition with “what a happy Saturday!” But I knew she wasn’t really happy. She had been taught to wrote in that way. I can’t imagine how many kids are living their school lives like this, but I am sure she couldn’t be the only one. Little time for fun she may have, she’s not lonely in the big city, as a busy bee.

While in some poor areas, students are also studying under great pressure. “Knowledge can change the destiny of a family!” They are taught to study hard the first year in shool. As they grow up, they are taught that entering a good university means a bright future. But for the bright future, they have to face great pressure, from the school, the society, their classmates and parents. They are taught not to be satisfied with what they achieve, because they can’t imagine how outstanding those children in big cities are. “Time is the only thing

you can use to make up our shortage or resources.” “If you don’t push yourself, you will never know how excellent you are.” Some students can make good use of pressure, while others have mental problems. The great pressure stop some from focus on study. They don’t have confidence in themselves and become negative. When the pressure is more than they can stand, sinking, depression, and even suicide arise.

Most students find university lives quite different from what they have expect. Universities are not heaven but another big challenge in students’ lives. “Only when I entered university did I begin to miss my Middle school life.” This is the voice of some students. All the pressure we faced in high school is following us, which is even greater. Besides that, we have to consider more about our future. We gradually realized that a good university doesn’t mean a good employment, which doesn’t indicate a bright and happy future, either. Poverty and the lack of social experience may deprive a student’s confidence. If university students fail to face the pressure properly,

Many students ,younger or older, living in big cities or in the villages, are facing great pressure. We can’t change the reality, the fierce competition and the explosive population in a short time, so we must learn to adjust ourselves and change pressure into power.
