教材分析:

本节课完成教材两位数加一位数(不进位)和两位数加整十数的加法。两位数加 一位数的基础是整十数加一位数和 10 以内的加法,两位数加整十数的基础是整 十数加整十数和整十数加一位数。本节课着重解决相同数位的数才能相加的问 题,也是后面学习两位数加两位数的基础。 由例题到“做一做”的编排,都遵循了由具体到抽象的原则,先让学生在计算两 位数加一位数的问题情境中,动手摆小棒,动脑想,4 人小组探讨不同的计算方 法,再让学生运用获得的计算方法进行口算,充分体现了整个知识的形成过程, 从教材设计上看, 有利于在教学中培养学生的抽象思维能力, 练习中安排的题目, 也是注意专项训练与综合训练相结合,同时注意变换练习的形式,来提高练习的 正确率,情境题既重视学生发现问题和解决问题能力的培养,又注意对学生进行 思想品德的教育。 教学方法:

Furnished Apartments and Houses

The word “furnished” means different things to different people. Normally, a

furnished apartment or house will include kitchen furniture such as a stove and

kitchen supplies, bed or beds, chairs, tables, lamps and sometimes, but not always, a

small supply of sheets and blankets. You certainly will want to have enough of your

own things so that you will feel familiar and comfortable. Your own pictures and

books will make the apartment of house seem more like “home” to you.

Rental Agreements

Do not sign any agreement or lease until you have studied it carefully or asked a

lawyer or some other knowledgeable person to read it. A lease is a written agreement giving you the right to use the apartment or house for a certain length of time in

exchange for rent. Rents are generally paid one month in advance, usually on the first day of each month. In addition, when you lease an apartment, you are often asked for the amount of one month’s rent to be kept by the owner. This money – called a

security deposit – will be returned to you when you leave if there has been no major

damage to the apartment or house during your occupancy. It simply assures the owner or someone who represents him, that if you damage the apartment or house, money is available for repair. Therefore, you should examine the apartment carefully before

you sign the lease.

In brief, before you sign any rental agreement, you should consider the following

questions:

1. Which services are or are not included in the rent (such as electricity, gas, heat,

or washing machine)?

2. If a company found the house or apartment for you, must you pay them for the

service?

3. Will the apartment be repaired? Who will pay for the repair?

4. How long is the lease?

5. What are the conditions under which you can end the lease?

6. Does the house or apartment allow children or pets?

7. Whether you are permitted to rent the place to someone else?

You are going to look for an inexpensive apartment. (Would you like to find it

through the agent, by yourself over the net or by noticing the newspaper
