Though we knew it was coming soon, despite rumors that Tim Burton mind end up working on something else in the meantime, Deadline is reporting that Warner Bros' new take on Dark Shadows, with Johnny Depp starring as the vampire Barnabas Collins, will start shooting next April. Burton will be directing from a screenplay re-written by Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter author Seth Grahame-Smith, as John August (Big Fish, Corpse Bride, The Nines) wrote the first draft. It was originally supposed to start production this year, but was pushed to January, now all the way back to April. But at least it's pretty much ready to go now!

adaptation, and his upcoming animated Frankenweenie and Addams Family movies, but alas he's set to head into the Dark Shadows next (had to make that pun). Dark Shadows is based on a 1960s gothic daytime serial that feature vampires, ghosts, ghouls, zombies, werewolves, parallel universes and time-paradoxes, that Burton described as "part campy melodrama, part dead serious—and decidedly odd—storytelling." I'm curious to see how both August and Grahame-Smith have reshaped the classic TV show into a modern movie that Burton is bringing to life with Depp. It will certainly be interesting to see.

篇五：总看到黑影浮动 我的眼睛怎么啦？

对着白色背景，发现看东西有黑影，眼前总是有一些小黑点，或者是象头发丝一样的东西在飘来飘去，这是怎么一回事呢？个旧爱尔眼科医院姚明君主任告诉我们，看东西有黑影是我们眼球中的玻璃体发生了问题，那么什么是玻璃体？

是位于眼球中后段的内容物。正常情况下呈透明的凝胶状态。其中99%是水，还有少量胶原、透明质酸等组成。玻璃体具有重要的屈光功能，并对眼球起支持作用。

在病理情况下，凝胶状态破坏，变为液体。这种情况医学上称液化，是璃体的一种变性过程。透明质酸因代谢、光化学作用发生解聚，胶原纤维支架塌陷浓缩，水分析出。同时，由于固体成分凝聚，或者有血液及其他有形成份侵入，使玻璃体的透明性改变，出现不透明体，称玻璃体混浊。这时就会看到眼前有点状或丝状黑影飘动，即是看东西有黑影的现象了。

不是单纯的一种，它可以由多种。那么，哪些会体混浊？多种眼疾可以引起玻璃体混浊，最常见的是老年性变性、近视性变化、玻璃体后脱离和生理性飞蚊症，此外视网膜脱离、葡萄膜炎、原发性家族性淀粉样变性、闪光性玻璃体液化等也可出现眼前黑影等临床表现。下面将几种会导致玻璃体混浊的常见疾病向大家作个介绍。

老年性变性

老年玻璃体飞蚊症的特点是起病隐蔽，症状轻微而且变化小。虽然病人主觉有飞蚊现象，客观检查上除玻璃体液化外，往往不能发现玻璃体中的混浊点，是一种无害的玻璃体混浊，无严重后果，不会影响视力，也无需治疗。

近视性变化

近视眼，尤其是高度近视者常有飞蚊症。患者感到眼前有飘浮的点状或发丝样混浊物，持续一段时间继而隐没消失，以后又可重现或持续存在，其数量及形态很少变化。一般也无需治疗。

玻璃体后脱离

玻璃体后脱离起病突然，患者主要症状有飞蚊与闪光感，有时可以看到眼前有黑圈。医生检查时可以发现视盘前有Weiss环。多为老年性玻璃体变性引起。值得注意的是少数玻璃体后脱离可引起网脱。因此，如果发现眼前黑影飘动并有闪光感，应及时到医院检查。 生理性飞蚊症

患者看亮处或白色背景时眼前可有细小黑点或发丝，但经检查后没有发现玻璃体内混浊物。这种情况属于生理性的表现，严格说不算一种疾病，也无需治疗。

视网膜脱离

发病概率较前述疾病要少，但却是一种可以致盲的凶险眼疾，发病前可以有外伤史或玻璃体后脱离病史。常突然于眼前出现较多黑影，并可有闪光感。随着病情的发展，可出现遮蔽感，部分视野缺损，若不经治疗，最终将导致视力丧失。所以一旦发生上述情况，必须尽快到医院就诊。

以上是最常见几种的可以导致玻璃体混浊的眼疾，有的更本无需治疗，有的却可以致盲，那么，玻璃体混浊到底要紧吗？

我们刚才已经谈到，玻璃体混浊的原因很多，程度也可有轻重不同。但是，令人欣慰的是，绝大多数情况下玻璃体混浊是不会引起视力下降的，甚至是无需治疗的。这些情况包括生理性飞蚊症、轻度的老年性变性和近视性变化。但是在少数情况下，出现玻璃体混浊是一些致盲疾病非常重要的预警信号。如能及时治疗，可以避免病情发展，挽救视力。比如视网膜脱离，一般需要手术治疗，但是如果在刚刚出现玻璃体混浊时就进行仔细检查，有时可以发现干孔，只要进行激光治疗，就可避免形成网脱，从而免去手术之苦。

如果出现玻璃体混浊前有明显外伤史，眼前飘浮的黑影较多、产生较快、较突然，同时

伴有闪光感、视力下降，这往往是此类疾病的表现，需要及时就医。

值得注意的是，以上所指的眼前黑影都是指那些在眼前飘动的黑影，如果你眼前的黑影是固定不动的，那么请立即到医院检查，这往往不再是玻璃体的问题，而是眼底疾病了。
