为预防未成年人犯罪,增强学生法律意识,推进平安校园建设,推进“六五”普法宣传。6月11日,我校组织初中学生在学校多功能厅举办了“六五”普法报告会, 1500多名师生参加了会议。

报告会由高文军校长主持,陕西省“关爱明天”普法先行法制报告团团长陈静主讲。报告会的主题是“加强未成年人的法制教育,预防和减少未成年人犯罪”。陈团长的讲座生动幽默,深入浅出,用一个个发生在大家身边的生动鲜活的案例把法律知识讲解的透彻,让同学们易理解易接受。他还采用提问互动等形式,使报告会的气氛异常活跃,并列举同学们日常生活最容易碰见、甚至很有可能发生在自己身上的例子,为同学们提供最实用有价值的法律知识,帮助同学们保护自己,免受法律侵害,同时告知同学们哪些是违法犯罪行为,让同学们避而远之。同学们个个聚精会神听报告会,许多同学还拿起笔作记录。

此次报告会给学生们留下了深刻的印象,也让大家明确了法律常识对学习、生活、工作的重要性,同学们纷纷表示要做一个学法、懂法、守法的好学生。

力克群雄 勇夺冠军

——米脂县第二中学参加米脂县“体彩杯”足球联赛报道 足球是一项世界性的运动,也是最具有影响力的体育活动。为了能够使更多的同学感受到足球的魅力,落实好学校足球特色活动计划,推动校园足球的蓬勃开展,5月22日下午,我县教育局举行了2015米脂县第二届“体彩杯”校园足球联赛开幕式。出席开幕式的有副县长李庆华、教育局局长李富民、体委主任李有亮等领导和各参赛代表队300多人。

经过一周多紧张激烈的比拼,我校足球男子组、女子组在这次比赛中,力压群雄,苦战了七场比赛,最终双双夺得了冠军。这是校园足球队的光荣,也是米脂县第二中学的光荣。这成绩的取得,是教练和队员们辛勤努力的结果。

本次足球联赛不仅使队员们的球技上了一个新台阶,还增强了学生的团队精神,希望队员们能够再接再厉,在以后的足球比赛中再创佳绩。

远离白色粉末,拥抱七彩生活

——米脂县第二中学禁毒宣传活动报道 为了普及毒品预防知识,增强学生禁毒意识,提高学生自觉抵制毒品的能力,进一步加强和规范学校毒品预防教育,6月18日,米脂县公安局走进米脂县第二中学举办了“远离白色粉末,拥抱七彩生活”主题禁毒宣传活动。 学校针对学生的心理、生理和认知特点,通过生动形象的图片,让学生“识毒、明毒、拒毒”,切实做好预防工作。此次图片展从毒品知识、毒品对个人和家庭的危害、禁毒法律法规、中国的禁毒斗争等几个方面宣传禁毒知识,广泛宣传党和政府禁毒立场和决心,揭示毒品的巨大危害,展示我国禁毒斗争的成就,动员社会各界和人民群众积极参与禁毒斗争,营造“有毒必肃、贩毒必惩、吸毒必究”的浓厚氛围。

禁毒工作的关键是预防,预防的关键是教育,教育的关键在于青少年。通过此次禁毒图片展,同学们充分认识到毒品的危害,他们表示要从我做起,不吸毒、不沾毒,时刻保持警惕,主动地参与这场禁毒的人民战争,为早日彻底消除毒品尽一份力量。

米脂县第二中学开展“素质教育大讨论”活动

为进一步推进素质教育,认真贯彻米脂县教育局2015年“素质教育大讨论”的活动精神,米脂县第二中学在校委会领导下,做到早动员、早发动,争取把各项工作走在全县的前列。6月25日,学校召开了全体教师素质教育大讨论活动动员会,成立了校长任组长的领导小组,制定了实施方案,米脂县第二中学素质教育大讨论活动拉开了序幕。

为更好的促进这项工作的有效开展,学校以理论学习为先导,统一印发了素质教育大讨论学习笔记。本次讨论以体、音、美教学为突破口,以反思讨论为载体,展开素质教育的学习和讨论。活动中,教师们能够充分结合自身工作实际与教师专业发展,边讨论边思考,认真书写学习心得,对体、音、美教学提出了可行的意见和建议,效果明显。

东北师范大学“一米阳光”支教团在米脂县

第二中学开展公益支教活动

7月22日,由东北师范大学35名大学生组成的“一米阳光”公益支教团队,来到我校开展为期15天的暑期公益支教活动。我校组织了本次活动的启动仪式,学校老师与支教团志愿者成员进行对接, 高文军校长对支教活动中的学生安全、住宿饮食等问题进行了悉心嘱咐和周密安排。

活动得到了家长们的积极支持,学生踊跃报名参加活动。志愿者们结合各自专业和特长,不仅开设了语文、数学、英语等课程的兴趣活动小组,还充分根据学生的兴趣爱好开设了音乐、班队、美术、朗诵、书法等兴趣课程,并对学生的心理健康进行了辅导教育。

教学设计备写与检查细则

教学设计是教师课前预设的教学方案,是课堂教学的重要依据和蓝本,编写教学设计是教师依据课程标准认真钻研教材、整合教学资源、选择教学内容、确立教学目标、选用教学方法、设计教学思路的过程。为了加强教学管理,规范教学设计备写,实施有效教学,提高教师业务水平,提升教学质量,根据上级有关要求,结合我校实际,特制定我校教师教教学设计备写与检查细则。

一、教师教学设计备写:

(一)教学设计备写总体要求

全体教师坚持以“集体备课、资源共享、个人加减、课后反思”的备写思路为准则。

(二)教学设计备写的基本原则

1、科学性:观点正确、内容无误,所引用的材料翔实可靠。

2、适用性:真实地展现教学过程,方便于教师运用,具有实用价值。因此,准备怎么教,安排怎样学,就怎样编写教案。

3、规范性:结构完整、款式规范、语言通顺、书写工整。

4、简化性:内容要简练明确,不要冗长复杂、教学步骤要眉目清楚,不可杂乱无章、教学语言要规范、简明。

5、灵活性:模拟教学设计并不等于课堂教学,教师可视课堂实际情况的变化,灵活掌握、变通运用,不可照本宣科。

(三)教学设计书写的环节

1.教学内容(课题);

2.教学目标(或称教学要求、教学目的,说明本课所要完成的教学任务)

3.教学重点、难点(说明本课所必须解决的关键性问题和学生易产生困难和障碍的知识点)

4.课型(新授课、自读课、复习课、练习课、试卷讲评课等);

5.教法、学法(达成教学目标师生采取的方法措施)

6.教学具准备(师生课前要准备的教具、学具)

7.课时安排(说明用几课时完成)

8.教学过程(或称课堂结构说明教学进行的内容、方法步骤)

9.作业设计(作业内容、作业提示、要求)

10.板书设计(简洁、直观、形象再现教学内容的图文)

11.教后反思(记录课堂的得失、原因分析、改进对策、努力方向)

(四)教学设计的表述与书写

教学设计的语言表述要求准确、简练,详略得当。

教学设计的书写要求字迹工整,图表美观、规范。

(五)教学设计节次

原则上和教师自己所带学科的上课节次相等,复习课、试卷讲评课、练习课等都必须备写教案。(节假日、大型集会活动和考试等占用时间另算)

二、教学设计检查要求:

1.学校要求全体教师在备课组活动集体研讨的基础上按时认真备课,提倡超周备课。

2.学校要求全体教师持教案上课,防止教案与课堂教学脱节,杜绝使用旧教案和教案搬家,严禁借别人教案或无教案上课等不良现象存在。

3.学校对教师教案进行定期月查和不定期的抽查,对全体教师的教案检查教导处至少每月检查一次,检查后及时汇总,并发布检查简报,并将检查结果作为量化常规考核项目的重要数据,并作为绩效工资考核的重要依据。

4.对检查中教案按时备写数量足,环节齐全、书写整齐,备写详细等表现突出的教师,在学期绩效考核中每次加2分;对检查中教案备写存在节次不够、书写潦草、备写不认真等问题的老师及时通报批评,并在学期绩效考核中每次扣2分。

米脂县第二中学“控辍保学”实施方案 根据省、市、县关于“控辍保学”的工作安排要求,为进一步提高我校义务教育巩固率,降低辍学率,让“该入学的一个不少、已入学的一个不走”,切实保障未成年人的合法权益,保障我校施教区内学生教育健康发展,进一步提高义务教育质量,真正做到“适龄生进得来、在校生留得住、辍学生劝得返”,切实保障未成年人的合法权益,特制定本实施方案:

一、指导思想

以党的十八大以来教育相关会议精神为指针,认真执行《义务教育法》有关规定,统一认识、高度重视,强化领导、精心组织,明确思路、分清职责;本着对学生负责,对家长负责,对社会负责的原则,动员和组织社会、家庭、学校等各方面力量共同参与,严防死守,齐抓共管,相互配合,确保实现控辍保学目标。

二、工作目标

以年级组为单位,保证入学率,提高巩固率,降低辍学率。2014—2015学年的各项目标任务为:适龄儿童入学率达100%以上,“三残”儿童入学率在98%以上,留守儿童、困难家庭子女入学率达100%;寒假期间,各部门同志要进一步增强责任感和使命感,从讲

政治、讲大局、讲责任、求实效的高度,按照省、市、县、有关“控辍保学”和今冬明春的要求和精神,必须完成以下工作:

(四)加大对辍学生、易辍在校学生和流动学生的监控力度,随时家访。

(五)加强与家长的沟通,了解学生思想动向,全力做好“控辍”和“劝返”工作。

(六)学校要创建“温馨校园”,努力营造文明、平安、温暖、和谐的校园。

(七)学校要加强对学生心理健康的教育,建立和完善心理咨询室,建立学生心理矫正档案,切实纠正学生不健康心理。

(八)建立家校共育制度,成立家长委员会,调动家长参与控辍保学。

三、工作职责

寒假、春节和春季开学期间是中学生流失的高峰期,各班主任要认真贯彻落实《米脂县第二中学控辍保学工作》,将“控辍保学”工作前移,将“控辍保学”关口前移,切实把好“控辍保学”第一关,认真组织学生入学。各年级组高度重视,加强领导,落实责任。各年级组长是“控辍保学”工作的直接责任人。要认真落实家长、班主任、科任老师责任,认真组织学生入学。

校长负责组织对《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》等法律法规的宣传、贯彻和落实,统筹安排“控辍保学”工作,确保入学率达标,提高巩固率,降低辍学率。

领导小组成员是本校“控辍保学”工作的直接责任人,要通过召开家长会、发放宣传资料等方式向家长宣传《义务教育法》等法律法规,协助班主任组织动员适龄少年儿童入学。对可能流失的学生,尤其是贫困生和学困生,加大工作力度,确保适龄儿童少年都能按时到校。对学生入学情况进行清理,建立辍学学生台账,进行家访动员,按规定时限逐级将辍学生名册上报辍学工作领导小组。对劝返不回的学生,

在3日内上级教育主管部门报告。对去向不明的学生,第一时间向公安机关和乡镇人民政府报告。

班主任负责了解每天学生的到校情况和学生的思想状况,建立留守儿童少年、学困生、辍学生等特殊学生台账。学生没有到校要与家长及时联系、沟通并及时报告学校。

科任老师要不断改进教学方法,不断提高自身业务素养,用生动的课堂吸引学生,用优质的教育留住学生。课前对学生的到位情况进行清点,发现有未到堂的立即告知班主任,并配合班主任做好家访工作,确保学生不流失、不辍学。

四、工作措施

要扎实做好开学的各项准备工作,仔细开展各项检查,做到“九个到位”,确保新学期有序、平安、和谐开学。

(一)做到学生到位

做好学生的报到注册工作,对未按时报到的学生,学校要及时与家长联系和沟通,防止学生流失;做好转入、转出学生的登记备案工作,完善转学手续;关注学生身体健康,及时掌握学生的健康状况;重视学生的心理健康,了解其精神面貌和思想动态,针对性地开展思想工作,促使学生尽快收心,尽早安心,全身心投入到新学期的学习生活中去。此外,学校还要主动和当地公安部门联系,将本施教区内

排查出的辍学(失学)未成年人劝返复学工作层层落实,摸清去向,跟踪到人。

(二)做到教师到位

要确保科任老师以及行政、后勤、安保等教职员工按时到岗到位,全面了解他们的生活、工作条件到位情况及其思想状况。让全体教职员工以饱满的激情和昂扬的状态投入到新学期的工作中。

(三)做到校舍到位

要仔细检查各类教学及辅助、生活、办公、学生需求东西的准备情况,确保校舍和室内设施设备安全、完好、齐备、干净、整洁。

(四)做到课程到位

要严格按照教学计划和课程设置要求,提前安排好课程,保证开足开齐国家、地方、校本课程(含环境保护、心理健康教等),关注音、体、美等薄弱课程的开设情况;要按照课程要求提前作好上课准备,写好授课教案,保证教学和授课的有序进行。

(五)做到教材到位

要主动与教材发放部门对接,确保学生在第一节课就能使用新书和作业本。

米脂县第二中学 学校社团建设方案

一、指导思想

为进一步推动素质教育,提升学生自信,实现学校特色办学、以培养学生创新精神、实践能力为重点,促进学生全面发展和多元化成长以及教育均衡发展的目标,建设健康、文明、和谐的现代化校园文化,成立各种学生社团组织、引导学生的自主管理、自主发展、自主成功,我校决定广泛开展以“自信·体验·成功”为主题的校园文化活动。结合我校园文化建设工作重点,制定本方案。 二、社团组建目的:

1为丰富校园文化生活,构建健康和谐的文化氛围,推进素质教育深入发展,营造优良的校风,保证学生的自主性,提高学生的积极性,鼓励学生的创造性,力求活动的成效性,让更多的学生获得成功的体验。真正把社团办成学生喜爱的家园、乐园和学园,使社团活动的开设与发展成为学校打造品牌的亮丽窗口。

2扩大学生的学习领域,满足学生学习的权利,提供多样的学习渠道,培养学生的自主管理、交往合作能力,配合学校开展各类展示活动,为学校的各项大型活动培养人才。并在老师的组织下参加各类竞赛活动。 三、社团定义:

是指具有共同志趣、爱好的学生自愿组成一个团体,由专业的老师指导,按照共同的时间、内容、活动的方式,有组织地进行活动。 四、社团内容:

社团活动包体艺类、学科类、科技类及其它。 五、活动时间:

每星期五下午第二节课后时间。学校为每个社团小组提供专门的场所用于培训、交流。 六、社团人数:

学生社团至少15以上人,最多不超过30人,如有特别需要的社团可向学校申请增加人数。针对我校七年级和八年级学生。 七、社团领导小组: 组 长:高文军

八、具体措施:

1、宣传到位:做好社团活动的宣传发动工作。班主任利用班会、晨会课向学生宣传。社团活动本着学生自愿和教师选拔、推荐相结合的原则。

2、全力支持:学科老师不得挤占社团活动时间,以保证学生如数准时地到达训练地点。每次活动开始,指导老师一定要先清点人数再开展活动,没到的学生要弄清去向并在点名册上写明。各班主任、任课教师要全力支持,学校将在期末对支持社团活动的班主任进行考核加分。 3、精心辅导:各社团指导教师要与社长等社团干部协商拟定一学期的活动计划,提前备课,认真组织活动,做到活动主题明确,记载本填写完整过程清楚。学生活动时老师不干其它有碍于指导的事,不允许让学生放任自流的自由活动。活动时间未到,学生不得提前脱离活动状态(如果特殊情况需要延迟或临时改动活动时间必须提前告知教务处,并且提前通知学生)。 4、关爱学生:要关心爱护学生,加强安全工作,保证活动场地、设施、器材等的安全性,防止意外事故的发生。专用活动室负责老师要做好活动室内物品保管、门窗关锁、使用后的清洁卫生等工作。

5、成果展示:加强对活动内容和形式的研究,定期举行各种形式的展示评比活动(校园文化艺术节、科技节、运动会、歌咏比赛等),通过这样的活动,不断创新内容和方法,使社团活动的水平得到进一步的提高。每个学生社团必须有自己的品牌节目或作品,以便于紧急活动的需要。

6、注重管理:把实施活动的过程纳入学校教育教学的常规管理中,在规定的活动时间内,具体分管领导、老师带上安排表到各社团活动地点进行巡视、检查,既重结果的考核,更重日常过程的管理。指导老师组织社团活动将纳入教师的课务工作量。

7、加强考核:将参加活动(包括展示和比赛)的情况作为对指导老师的考核与评价的主要标准,在期末结束时对社团的成绩、困惑、改进等方面做好总结工作。经考核合格的,指导老师的辅导工作在教师绩效中体现。

8、评比表彰:每学期学生社团要进行成果展示,由德育处、团委根据日常巡视、材料考核、竞赛展示等情况组织评比,评比位居前列的将给予表彰奖励。

9、材料整理:指导师要制定切实可行的活动计划,认真组织开展活动。做到“六有”:有计划、有活动设计(教案)、有名册、有记录、有成果展示、有总结。
