从太空遥看地球，地球是一个披着蓝色面纱的美丽行星，然而地球上真正美丽动人之处却是蓝色面纱下绚丽多彩的生物圈。它是地球上所有生物的家园，生物圈中的生物生机勃勃的生命活动创造了至今为止人们尚未在其他星球上发现的奇迹。

实际上，生物圈是一个巨大而及其复杂的生态系统。它是由无数个生态系统所组成的，这些生态系统基本可归为:陆地生态系统、淡水生态系统和海洋生态系统。构成生物圈的各类生态系统，在结构和功能上都有各自的特点，起着特殊的作用，共同维持着生物圈的正常功能，这就是生态平衡。因此我们要保护生态平衡，尽全力不让别人破坏它。

生物圈中的一些资源是可以再生的，可长期贡献给人们，但是由于人们不加节制的开采滥用，从而加速了地球上矿产资源的枯竭。人们以为自己的利益升高了，自己的生活自然会更好了，但实际上是给大家及自己的后代带来了灾难。大自然是多么的美丽，既有千山万水，高楼大厦，又有花草树木，蓝天绿草，可人们还是不甘心，为了更好的生存，就不断的利用自然和改造自然。但是，不合理的利用和改造自然是大自然遭受到了破坏，也给人类的今后带来了灾难。

如果生物圈被破坏，即使人类能够侥幸活下来，没有了其它生物，人类不仅立刻失去了食物来源，而且，因为生物平衡被打破，生物多样性失去，造成空气污染、水污染等一系列连锁反应，

人类就会慢慢地灭绝。人不是主宰地球的生物，不能称霸于其它生物，因为我们与它们和谐相处。

我们的大自然是如此美丽，我们应尽我们的能力来保护她。作为一名初中生，我们能做的不是什么惊世大事，而是身边随手的事。少扔一块纸巾，口渴时路过商店忍忍口，少浪费一个铝罐或塑料瓶，少吐一块口香糖，多走几步路少用机动车，这些都是我们容易做、应该做的事。

保护环境，从你我开始，从随手小事开始。一切并非人类慷慨地为了整个地球，自私一点说，人类保护环境是为了人类自己。
