Sometimes I use the Internet to look for some information for my study. And sometimes I listen to music to relax myself. But my favorite activity is playing basketball with my friends. Why do I like it? First, playing basketball helps me keep healthy and strong. I always feel energetic and I can take part in a number of other activities to enjoy myself and help others. Second, I can make many new friends while playing basketball. That makes me happy. What’s more, I can learn how to do well in a teamwork and learn a lot from others. That helps me to get on well with others. These are all very important for me.

Last year I took part in the school sports meeting and ran the 100-meter race. After I started to run, I fell to the ground and hurt my leg badly. My friend Li Hong took me to the hospital. After the doctor examined and put some medicine on my leg, Li Hong took me home. He not only paid for the medicine but also took care of me.

I felt very thankful to him, so I will remember it forever.

Everybody has an unforgettable day in the life. Someone is happy and someone is sad. I went to the zoo with my classmates on that day. I was so excited that I got up very early. I quickly took my bag, brought hat and sunglasses and then ran to my school. All my classmates were talking happily. We got on the bus together. Thirty minutes later, we arrived there. Our teacher showed us around and we followed him everywhere. We saw lions, pandas and many other animals. They were very cute and funny. We took many pictures. While we were feeding animals, our teacher told us some knowledge about animals.

I think I learned a lot from my teacher on that day and we enjoyed ourselves vary much. I’ll never forget that wonderful day.
