With the development of education,there are more and more university students stepping into the campus schoolyard where students continue their studies to deeper directions.Moreover,a large number of students dream of owning their campus life which is full of various things such as knowledges,abilities,emotions,communications etc.Exactly,nothing else is more beautiful than the free campus life.

Just as every coin has two sides there are two different sorts of opinions about the campus life.On the one hand,some student believe that the campus life is filled with interesting things that they have never gone through in the high school.At the same time,they seize the opportunity to improve themselves and widen their knowledge.On the contrary ,others are bored with the campus life,for there is nothing to do every day except having lessons.

Here comes my experience.Fortunately,I became a college student last year when I was twenty years old after the entrance examination.In my argument,it is exciting and nervous for a freshman to arrive in a new environment because it seems everything is unfamiliar with him.However,there is no need to worry about it and we can just take it easy.We are able to adapt to it as long as we try our best.

As far as I am concerned,I firmly believe that campus life will become meaningful and colourful if we fully and reasonably deal with it.What is more,a nice planning is needed before we go into the college.That is

because we can realize what should be done during our campus life.How I hope that all the college students enjoy themselves and realize their dreams in the campus life.

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder.

Hello everyone.Today I'm glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

1．对比

正反对比就是要巧妙地运用对称的英文句式来表达互为补充的意思，因此恰当地运用反义词语往往是必不可少的。如果一旦所要表达的内容具有这种情况，就应尽量选用这种对称的句式并选用适当的反义词语来加强语句，实现语句的亮点。

1） 如“很多人很快就会发现，他们在物质上是富裕了，精神上却很贫乏。”可以这样表达：

Many people will soon find themselves rich in goods, but ragged in spirit. (注：句中rich in 与 ragged in, goods 与 spirit 具有正反对比的关系和效果。）

(注：句中 the advantages 与 the disadvantages 具有正反对比的关系和效果。）

3）如“他们注意到了这些说法中的一些道理，但他们却忽视了一个重要的事实。”可以这样表达：

（注：句中have noticed与have ignored, a grain of truth in the statements与a more important fact具有正反对比的关系和效果。）

3. 重复

英文一般讲求简洁，因此为表达强调偶尔使用重复可以使语句的强调内容得到突出。英文的重复又根据被重复词语在语句中的位置分为句首重复、句尾重复、首尾重复、尾首重复等。

1) 如“现在是忘掉过去一切的时候了。现在是言归正传的时候了。现在是为未来而奋斗的时候了。”可以这样表达：

Now is the time to forget everything in the past. Now is the time to get down to business. Now is the time to work hard for the future.

（注：此句为句首重复，重复部分为句首的“now is the time to”。)

2) 如“我们渴望成功，而且正在为成功而努力工作。”可以这样表达：

We long for success and we are working hard for success.

(注：此句为句尾重复，重复的部分为句尾的“for success”。)

3） 如“我相信我们能够成功，我相信我们也一定会成功。”可以这样表达：

这里说的倒装不同于前述非修辞性的语法结构倒装。非修辞性的语法结构倒装是语句的语法结构所限定的，没有自由选择的余地，只要运用需要倒装结构的句型就要采用倒装结构。这里所说的倒装是指修辞性语义结构倒装，是进行强调的一种手段，它利用了语句句首(或句尾)的特殊位置。如“充满着风险与机遇的改革的新时代正向我们走来。”可以这样表达：

5．转义

转义是一种对词语灵活运用的修辞手段，主要有比喻、拟人、夸张、反语、婉转等。比喻又包括明喻、暗喻、换喻、提喻等。

1) 如“过去的经历就像图片一样总是在脑海中萦绕。”可以这样表达：

What had been experienced in the past was always looming in memory like a picture.

(注：此句采用明喻。明喻的特点是使用了like一词。)

2) 如“我们的英语老师就是我们最好的英语辞典。”可以这样表达：

Our English teacher is our best English dictionary.

To rise early is a good habit which we should develop. Why? Because the best time when we can pursue our studies is in the morning. In addition, early rising is also good to our health. I hope that everybody our knows the reason why we must rise early.

Love: lovers are every where, especially in campus. But is that true love? Will they be together at their rest of life? Not really. But at least they will gain a wonderful experiment and have a nice memory.

Money: things in university town are much cheaper than what in the central of the city. But why our money in pocket missing so quickly? Because it is easy to shopping than earn money.

Na?ve: we are na?ve for we never left school to go out and going

through the hardship of life. So we are easy to be threat and easy to sympathize others without any consideration.

Obligation: in campus life, we have more and more identities : student, workers , member of some organizations. So we need a high level of obligation.

Practice: we learning all the time, but is all the knowledge we learned useful? If we don’t practice and use what we learned, these knowledge will lose its value. College will be the first step to use knowledge.

QQ: it’s a common chat tool used by almost every student who use internet. We find it very useful in campus life. We shared information, jokes, even happiness and sadness by it.

Regret: people regret because they think they should have made a better choice .some students can’t help wasting time to play or sleep rather than study or go out for a part-time job in their free time in college years. So, we should learn to not make a bad decision to make ourselves regret.

Scholarship: the best way to earn money in college is to win scholarship. We can get money as well as confidence. So, there will be endless powers to drive us fight for scholarship.

Travel: free times in campus life allows us to have some trips or tours. We can take many photos, hug nature and forget all the pressure and troubles a while.

Union：campus life can’t be colorful without any union activity. Being a member of one of the unions can improve our abilities. At the same time, we also can make many friends in the unions.

Value: values are vary from person to person. What we go through during college years influence our values in life and world.

Wander: it’s a enjoyment to wander at the beautiful campus after a meal. We will be fond of the beauty of the sunset, at the charm of the red clouds, and the perfume of the cute flowers.

Xmas: college students love Christmas very much. Every time when Xmas arrived, party will started, friends will come together, and many students will get gift or best wishes.
