抗击特大冰雪灾害工作小结

自2008年1月中旬以来，持续肆虐的强降雪使我县遭受了史无前例的冰雪灾害，强烈的冰冻给我县人民的生活造成严重的影响，我县的基础建设遭到极大的破坏，农村公路和公路桥梁破坏特别严重，路面结冰、路基塌方、山体滑坡、涵洞破损、桥梁桥面结冰严重，桥梁断裂等事故到处发生。灾情就是命令！为确保道路安全畅通，滞留车辆尽快通行，我站紧急启动应急方案，一场迎战暴风雪的抗灾大行动在我县县乡公路上拉开了帷幕。

一、 成立抗灾领导小组全面抗击冰雪自然灾害。 根据上级部门的部署和安排，元月22日，我单位成立了以XXX负总责的抗灾工作领导小组，并分成二个工作组下分别带领路政、养护、安全、工会等科室人员下驻各县乡公路，对重要路段指派专人24小时值守，指导除冰保畅通工作，发现险情及时告之过往车辆和行人。同时对全县28座桥梁都指定专人负责，实行安全责任制，重要桥梁开展了洒盐除冰、扫冰工作，危桥实行封闭，严禁通行，以防发生交通安全事故。我单位广大干部职工接到灾情报告后冒着严寒，赶到出险路段进行除险，并在路陡弯多的农村公路和公

二、 冰雪无情，抗灾更显真情。

今年的冰雪灾害给我县交通行业造成了重大损失，截止到2月20日，此次冰雪灾害共造成我县农村公路垮塌桥梁2座，桥面结冰150处，路面结冰里程1500公里，山体滑坡800多处，倒塌挡土墙5430处，涵洞损害1800道。面对灾情，我县人民积极开展生产自救，我站也根据自身实际积极开展生产自救，将冰雪灾害所带来的损失降到最低点。我单位广大一线人员共疏通已中断的县道12条计110公里，乡道14条计80多公里，桥梁5座，涵洞150多处，清除倒塌的挡土墙300多立方，清除路面结冰100多处，最大限度地减少冰灾所带来的损失。元月30日至31日，我县又普降大雪，最深处达150mm，县城交通全面中断。2月1日，县政府办下发紧急通知要求各单位立即开展铲雪除冰工作。当时正值我站召开全站职工大会，会上刘站长紧急部署，动员全
