专家针对中学生文字语法错误居高不下指出

2008年上海中学生第22届网上作文初赛中，有文字（语法）的文章高达98%。上海《中文自修》杂志等单位15日举行“规范汉语研讨会”，众多教育专家就此话题展开热烈研讨。

《咬文嚼字》主编郝铭鉴指出，功夫在平时，中学生在日常学习中就要养成咬文嚼字的精神，不能平时依赖电脑智能输入法，到真正考试的时候就只能因忘字而写错别字了。

据上海外语教学与研究出版社汉语分社社长彭东林介绍，不久前，他们针对上海市中学生作文竞赛的一项调查结果显示：在300篇获奖作文中竟出现字、词、成语、搭配、句子等方面的差错265个，其中错别字就达141个。

彭东林说，由于网络语言盛行，一些学生把“创造”文字当成时尚，同音错别字、形近错别字、不符合规范的字被认为是理所当然。此外，用打字代替写字也使许多学生变得与纸笔越来越疏离，能不写字尽量不写字，因此，写字时常常提笔忘字或错字连篇。

针对这一现象，华东师大中文系应用语言学教授李明洁建议：汉语的字词句篇都有着明确的规范标准，它们共同构成了汉语规范的一条基准线。学校教育应该改变语言知识教学的错误倾向，因为母语的理性认知只有通过教育学习而不是自然习得而获取。

语言学专家李行健、教育家于漪希望广大中学生热爱已有几千年历史的汉语，用心血保护我们的民族之根。

白领过度依赖电脑易得精神病

危险方式1：

极度缺乏体育锻炼。在932名被调查者中，只有96人每周都固定时间锻炼，68%的人选择了“几乎不锻炼”。这极易造成疲劳、昏眩等现象，引发肥胖和心脑血管疾病。

危险方式2：

有病不求医。调查显示，将近一半的人在有病时自己买药解决，有三分之一的人则根本不理会任何表面的“小毛病”。许多上班族的疾病被拖延，错过了最佳的治疗时间，一些疾病被药物表面缓解作用掩盖而积累成大病。

危险方式3：

缺乏主动体检。932人中，有219人从来不体检。

危险方式4：

不吃早餐。随着工作节奏加快，吃上符合营养要求的早餐已经成为办公室白领的奢求。被调查者中，只有219人是有规律、按照营养要求吃早餐的。不吃早餐或者胡乱塞几口成为普遍现象。

危险方式5：

与家人缺少交流。有超过41%的办公室人群很少和家人交流，即使家人主动关心，32%的人也常抱以应付的态度。在缺乏交流、疏导和宣泄的情况下，办公室人群的精神压力与日俱增。

危险方式6：

长时间处在空调环境中。在上班时，超过7成的人一年四季除了外出办事外，几乎常年窝在空调房中。“温室人”的自身肌体调节和抗病能力下降。

危险方式7：

常坐不动。被调查者中，有542人的工作习惯是一旦坐下来，除非上厕所，就轻易不站起来。久坐，不利于血液循环，会引发很多新陈代谢和心血管疾病；坐姿长久固定，也是颈椎、腰椎发病的重要因素。 危险方式8：

不能保证睡眠时间。有超过6成的人经常不能保证8小时睡眠时间，另有7%的人经常失眠。

危险方式9：

面对电脑过久。31%的人经常每天使用电脑超过8小时。过度使用和依赖电脑，除了辐射外，还使眼病、腰颈椎病、精神性疾病在办公室群体中十分普遍。

危险方式10：

三餐饮食无规律。有超过1/3的人不能保证按时进食三餐，确保三餐定时定量的人不满半数。有病不能乱吃药，该吃什么药；怎么吃;应注意什么？ 直接关系到您的病情和健康

电脑族抗疲劳的最佳方法

了解了长时间使用电脑可能造成的伤害，你是不是也坐不住了？这里教你几招简单的方法，将颈、肩、腰、腿一一活动起来。

1.损害：长时间面对电脑，使颈椎处于向前屈的劳累状态，颈后肌处于强直状态，导致颈肌慢性劳损，从而发展成为颈椎病。

对策：颈部由前向后、再由后向前做绕环动作，顺时针和逆时针的方向交替。然后交替做上下点头、左右摇头的动作。每隔1至2小时重复几遍。注意动作要缓慢、柔和。

功效：对颈椎病可起到预防、缓解的效果。

2.损害：长时间使用键盘、鼠标，使肩部肌肉处于紧张状态，易压迫血管，从而导致血液供给不足。 对策：自然站立或坐姿。左肩先向前环绕，重复10次左右；右肩同样动作，重复10次左右。左臂向对侧平举，右臂屈曲勾住左肘，尽量将左臂向身体方向牵拉。然后再换右臂向对侧平举，方法与左臂相同，如此交替进行5次左右。

功效：通过对肩部韧带的拉伸，改善肩部及两臂的血液循环，从而缓解肩部的疲劳。

3.损害：长时间保持坐姿，背部肌肉得不到必要的活动，腰椎骨盆长时间承受全身的重量，会导致椎间盘组织弹性减退和脊椎骨质增生。

对策二：双手向上伸展，做伸懒腰的动作。隔20分钟做一次。

功效：可以加速血液循环，舒展全身肌肉，消除腰部肌肉过度紧张，纠正脊柱过度向前弯曲，具有良好的保健作用。

4.损害：坐的时间过久，下肢持续屈曲，缺少活动，腿部肌肉的张力和收缩力就会下降，造成静脉血液回流不畅。

对策：坐姿，双脚或单脚足尖着地，足跟上抬，然后放下，如此反复进行30至50次。

功效：可以促进下肢静脉血液回流，预防下肢静脉曲张。

以上是一些局部针对性的锻炼方法。建议电脑一族还是应该抽时间进行一些全身性的有氧运动，以改善电脑综合征。

★怎样在使用电脑中预防肩背酸痛

1.现象：键盘太高，敲键盘时要提起双臂，令肩膀的肌肉过于紧张，造成酸痛。

改善方法：将键盘的位置降低，以自己坐下时手肘的水平位置为宜。如果不能降低键盘的位置，就要调高座位了。

2.现象：电脑屏幕放得太低，观看屏幕时要垂下头来看，时间过久便会令颈背受到过大的牵拉，引致疼痛。 改善方法：把电脑屏幕抬高一点，使颈部不需要下弯超过35度为准。另外，不要把头向前伸得太厉害，这也是造成肩背酸痛的关键所在。

新商报讯（记者张一朔）随着生活水平的提高，高价电子学习工具已成为中学生不离手的“小秘书”，然而身边武装多部电子学习工具，知识的接受能力反而一天不如一天，这令许多家长苦恼。“30名中学生当中，不依赖电子学习工具的仅有2人。”前天，大连中学生家长 QQ群的家长们自发在网上做了一次调查。

“儿子的书包里装着三部电子词典，一共花了1000多元，可他不仅没长进，反而越来越差。”昨日，家长王先生告诉记者，许多家长跟自己有同样的困惑，孩子为了可以方便、快捷地查阅资料，要求购买各类电子学习工具。课堂上，其他学生都在为一些诗词、名句努力思考时，自己的孩子可以迅速找到答案。节省了时间，本是好事，可长时间使用后，却收到了不好的效果。

裴女士告诉记者，她尝试过离开电脑，但是发现无论是工作、娱乐，还是与人交流，都非常不便。
