一、 教材分析:

本单元旨在使学生掌握有关中国首都北京名胜古迹的基本词汇和表达方式。学生要学会思考、谈论、讲述和写作在自己国家旅行的事情。李明的好朋友Danny和Jenny来到中国了。他们在中国展开了探索之旅,学生要学习谈论旅行方式,还要学习如何制定旅行计划。本课主要学习李明的旅游打算,邀请Danny和Jenny来北京旅游。

二、学生分析:

五年级学生有了一定的英语基础,词汇量和语言交际都有了明显的提高,一些句式也 基本掌握。就本课而言,除几个生词外,大多数学生能读出课文,并进行简单的语言交流。I want to … 及 There be … 句式学生以前有过接触,估计难度不大。

三、教学目标

1. 知识目标:学生能听懂、会说、认读、书写单词travel , interesting , places 。 学生能认读、理解并运用基本句子:I love to travel .

2 . 能力目标:学生能描述北京的名胜古迹,说出自己的旅游打算。

3. 情感目标:通过学习,增强学生对祖国的热爱;激发学生的学习兴趣,培养他们运用语

四、教具准备:课件、词汇卡片、录音机。

一)趣味热身,激情导入

1. Greeting :Hello, boys and girls. Today I’m happy ,because I have some beautiful pictures .Do

you want to see?

(出示幻灯片:故宫,长城,天安门,颐和园,水立方,鸟巢,北海公园)

二)新知呈现,自主学习

1. I love Beijing , I love to travel .

(出示词汇卡片travel), What mean? (出示幻灯片,在北京旅游的照片,猜测travel 的意思) 领

读拼读单词,板书:I love to travel .

2. 听音,跟读,(第一次听,第二次边听边读。)

3. 自读课文,思考问题:(幻灯片出示问题:What does Li Ming love to do?

三)小组合作,语言操练

1. 自读课文,思考并回答以上问题。

2. 同桌合作,针对以上问题进行问答练习。(注意单三形式)

3.选出三组同学进行表演。

四)思维拓展,情景运用

一位外国友人来到中国旅游,向中国小朋友了解中国北京的情况,我们如何向外国朋友介绍自己的祖国。

教材分析:

本课是冀教版英语五年级上册第三单元A Travel Plan的第一课。在本课中,Li Ming 计划去北京旅行并邀请Jenny和Danny一起去。要求学生能就旅行进行对话和用英语介绍北京。 学情分析:

五年级的学生经过两年的英语学习,积累了一定的英语知识和技能,部分学生的表现力很强,对英语学习保持有浓厚的兴趣。少数学生慢慢脱离英语课堂学习的轨道,学习兴趣不高。为此在设计教学过程中,我由易到难设计几个不同程度的活动,让低中高不同程度的学生都能在这堂课上有所收获。

教学目标:

一、知识与技能:

1.学生能听、说、读、写单词love, travel, interesting, place。

2.学生能认读、理解下列句型:

I want to go to Beijing.

I want to Danny and Jenny to come ,too.

2、 播放第一部分课文朗读,学生认真听。
