有实验表明:人的一只手上大约粘附有40多万个细菌,而人在1小时内至少会有3次用手去碰自己的鼻子、眼睛和嘴等部位,如果能做到勤洗手,普通的洗手液或香皂即可起到消毒的作用。

手是人体的“外交器官”,人们的一切“外事活动”,它都一马当先,比如从事各种劳动:倒垃圾、刷痰盂、洗脚、穿鞋、擦大便等,都要用手来完成。因此,手就容易沾染上许多病原体微生物。

外出旅游、参观学习、执行任务,手经常接触一些物品,都会把手弄脏。如果饭前便后不洗手,就可以把细菌带入口中,吃到肚里,这就是人们常说的“菌从手来,病从口入”,所以要养成勤剪指甲,饭前便后劳动后洗手的习惯。

播放动画,教师说故事导入:小明生病了,躺在医院的病床上,很难受。医生帮他检查了身体,原来是因为小明在吃东西时,不讲究卫生,用脏兮兮的小手直接抓着吃,所以生病了。

3、认读洗手歌。

除了洗手用品,老师还带来了一首洗手歌呢,想不想学一学啊?学会了洗手歌之后,我们也学会了洗手了。

教师小结:为防止二次污染,洗好的手应用一次性消毒纸巾擦干,或是每天消毒的专用毛巾擦干,或是用自动干手器烘干。如果都没有这些条件的话,让湿手自动“晾干”,也不失为一种好方法。

设计意图:

俗话说“病从口入。”坚持科学洗手,不仅能让我们美观大方,心情舒畅,还是防止病从口入的十分有效的方法。洗手看似简单,殊不知这里面还有许多的学问。同学没有认识到洗手的重要意义,也没有养成洗手的良好习惯,不知道如何科学地洗手。于是我就萌发了让

学生走向生活,去调查研究身边的洗手现象,了解洗手的学问,养成科学洗手的习惯。

三年级八班 陈羿汐

上课了,教室乱糟糟的,老师突然推门进来,双手背在身后大声地说:“同学们,快出去站队!”我一听,心想:现在是上课时间,怎么突然出去站队呢?同学们都很诧异。这时,老师扶了扶眼镜笑眯眯地告诉我们:“我们要去卡饽花啦!”我们听后又高兴又紧张,迅速出去站队,找到自己的位置站好了等着老师发号施令。

我们来到了一楼餐厅,老师指着水池说:“同学们快去把手洗得干干净净的,回来我们就进厨房卡饽花啦!”其实,我现在的心情又激动又紧张,激动的是我们可以亲手卡饽花了,紧张的是万一我做的饽花不好看怎么办呢?我边走边想:先不管这么多了,进去再说!我们走进厨房一看,啊!有一块好大的面板再等着我们呢,还有一大块光溜溜的大面团和一盆白花花的面粉。大面团好像在得意地说:“你们快来捉我呀!”这时,我们挽起衣袖就开始揉面,按一按、揉一揉,有趣极了!我的同学陈勇锦揉了一块很大的面团,可是黑乎乎的,孙硕看到了,就指着水龙头对陈勇锦说:“你快去洗洗手,看看那块面就像加了黑芝麻似的。”哈哈,我一听就乐了,谁要是吃到这块面团可就遭殃喽!所以,我们一定要勤洗手,讲卫生。这时,我看到孙健硕自己站在那里没事做,我走上前去问他是不是不会做,他点点头。我突然

想起来,我可以带着他去找指导员李贺啊!李贺正在揉一个小面团,我看到那个小面团调皮的跑到地上去了,我迅速地捡起小面团心疼地说:“多可惜啊!”

最后,我们做了好多饽花,有小元宝、小锁、小猫头鹰等等。时间过得真快啊,我们要回教室了,想想今天卡饽花真是太有趣了。我们可以自己动手做,还可以尝到自己的手艺,边玩边学,我们今天的收获太大了!

三年级八班 何金泽 今天,天气晴朗,风和日丽。“站队了,同学们!”韩老师双手叉腰,站在讲台上神秘地说。我心里充满了疑惑,心想:这到底是要干什么呀?老师带领我们来到餐厅门口,我才恍然大悟,原来是要去卡饽花呀!顿时,我心里无比激动!

来到餐厅后,我们就排好队去洗手了,把手洗得干干净净的。我们走进厨房,首先映入眼帘的是一块大大的面板,面板上有一块光溜溜的面团儿,犹如在向我们招手,仿佛在说:“快来捉我呀,快来呀!”指导员李贺说:“大家先别动手,老师还没说开始呢!”还没等指导员李贺说完,我们就开始抢面了,不一会儿,那一大块面团儿就被我们抢的面目全非了。开始做了,有的同学先把面团搓一搓,有的揉一揉,有的按一按,大家忙得不可开交。有几个同学没有饽花卡子,

站在那里急得像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转。刚做了一会儿,我听到张文浩大声说:“你怎么能吃生面呢?”原来是小馋猫吴哲涵没有忍住,抓了一块生面放到嘴里了,还说真好吃真好吃。这可把我们逗乐了!时间过得真快,我们要回教室了,我们做了好多小锁,小元宝。

通过这次有趣的卡饽花活动,我知道了团结就是力量!看到满满的收获,我心里乐开了花!

三年级八班 黄义翔 在一个阳光明媚的上午,教室里乱糟糟的,老师突然推开门走进来,双手叉腰生气地说:“站队了,同学们!”我想:这节课不是上语文吗?怎么要出去站队呢?老师看到我们一脸疑惑的样子才告诉我们,原来是要去卡饽花啊!我们一听可开心了,丁约翰高兴地跳起来说:“狂欢吧!”还有的同学挥舞着手臂说:“我不是在做梦吧!”

我们很快站好队来到餐厅,把手洗得白白净净的。走进厨房里首先看到一块好大的面板,上面还躺着一块光溜溜的面团,它好像在说:“快来捉我啊,你捉不到我吧?”我们就像一群猛兽一样扑上去,老师看到我们开始动手了,便迅速走过来说:“别着急,还没开始呢!”我们已经等不及了,

朝老师笑了笑就继续揉小面团了。我揉了一个小面团儿按在卡子里,可是好像面团太大了,卡出来的饽花太“胖”了。这时,我看到高之栋揉了一个大面团儿正放在手里搓来搓去,我想:万一掉到地上怎么办啊?说时迟,那时快,果然调皮的面团一股脑全摔地上了。唉!我看到后好心疼啊。最后,我们一起揉面一起放到卡子里,做出了好多形状的饽花,有小元宝、小金锁。

时间过得真快啊!我们该回去了,在这个活动中,我学会了团结协作可以收获那么多有趣的东西!

像一个调皮的小娃娃一蹦一跳的,突然一不小心就掉到地上了,陈勇锦心疼地说:“你怎么这么不乖呢,这可怎么办?”我看到后,走上前去帮助他一起揉了一个新的面团,我们俩一起做了好多饽花,开心极了!

很快,老师告诉我们该回教室了,我们依依不舍地放下手中的面团,迅速站好队。想一想,今天的收获真多,团结就是力量!同学们,你们说对吗?

我学会了7步洗手法

我的老爸是一名医生,他经常教给我许多医学小知识,这些知识对于保证我们的健康生活都非常有用。前些天,老爸又教会了我7步洗手法,老爸说这可是每个人都应该学会的技能。 首先,我们来到洗手池旁边,把自己的双手淋湿并涂抹上洗手液,手指并拢,两个掌心互相搓洗,这样就清洁了掌心的细菌和脏物。然后用手心对手背,沿着指缝相互揉搓,来清洁我们的手背。第三步是掌心相对,双手交叉沿指缝相互揉搓清洁指缝。第四步是一手握另一手大拇指旋转揉搓,双手交换清洗拇指。第五步是半握拳,把指背放在另一手掌心旋转揉搓来清洗指背。第六步是把指尖合拢在另一手掌心,双手交换旋转揉搓,清洁指尖。第七步是用手掌揉搓,清洁手腕。

我一边认真看着老爸洗,一边自己模仿着。因为是第一次这样洗手,我老是漏这漏那的。老爸耐心地给我纠正着动作并告诉我每一步清洗的目的和要求。老爸还告诉我洗手过程中要认真揉搓双手15秒以上哦,因为稍不注意就会使细菌“漏网”。我又重复洗了一次,这次我吸取了上次的教训,认真的记着老爸教我的动作要领,慢慢的洗、认真的洗。终于完全的做了一次合格的7步洗手法,看着自己干净的双手,我的心里乐开了花,我甚至都不敢去摸其他东西怕把自己的手弄脏呢。

老爸告诉我,通过这7步认真的清洗,双手上的细菌可以去掉百分之九十以上。这样就可以杜绝那些可恶的细菌和传染病通过我们的双手沾染我们的身体。我一定牢牢记住这7步洗手,并把它教给我的同学们,使大家都有一个健康的身体来好好学习、天天向上。
