Frank Woolworth was born in Rodman, New York, in 1852. His family were very poor farmers, and there was never enough food to eat. Frank decided he did not want to be farmer. He took a short business course, and went to work as a salesman in a large city.

教育公共基础知识:个体身心发展的五个规律
个体身心发展的5个规律这个知识点在考试的时候经常会出现单选题,一般的形式是给你一个描述,问这个是违背了身心发展的哪个规律,或者是这个规律对我们的教学启示是什么。所以这个知识,我们要做好规律—启示的对应,需要我们理解记忆,这样考试的时候就游刃有余了。这5个规律分别是顺序性、阶段性、不平衡性、互补性和个别差异性。
1.顺序性。因为是身心发展的规律,所以包括两个方面,一个是身体,一个是心理。它指的是,我们的生理和心理的发展都是遵循顺序的,是一个从简单到复杂、从低级到高级的过程。从生理方面来说,刚出生的小孩不会跑,但是如果正常发展的话,有一天是会跑的。即跑是一个复杂的动作,我们在会跑之前要首先会爬、会走、然后才会跑。这是一个从简单到复杂,循序渐进的过程,孩子也好,家长也好,再着急都是没有用的,因为这个过程是必须经历的。就像我们刚出生的时候,所有的人,在生理方面都是先发展头部,然后是躯干,最后再是四肢,这个顺序是不能打乱的,既不能跨越也不能回退。从心理方面来说,记忆是一个心理现象,我们也不是刚开始学习的时候就会意义记忆的,刚开始学习的时候我们更多用的是机械记忆,是死记硬背。思维同样,也不是谁刚开始的时候就会抽象逻辑思维,这种复杂能力的发展是需要我们一点一点,一步一个脚印逐渐发展的。所以这个顺序性就告诉我们,身体和心理的发展都是一个简单到复杂,低级到高级的过程,对我们的教学启示就是循序渐进,不能拔苗助长,也不陵节而施(“陵节而施”的“陵”就是跨越的意思)。
2.阶段性。阶段性强调的是个体在不同的阶段面临不同的发展任务,下一个阶段有区别于前一个阶段的总体特征。每个人的成长都是分阶段的,分别是乳儿期、婴儿期、幼儿期、童年期、少年期、青年期、成年期和老年期。老年期这个阶段的人和少年期的人,我们很好区分,因为他们都有所在阶段最主要最明显的特征,具有不同的质,也就是我们通常说的量变和质变。一个正处于婴儿期的孩子,在这个阶段里各方面都会发生着细微的变化,这种变化不断的积累,就是我们说的量变,当量变达到一定程度之后,就出现了质的变化,出现了新的质,即发展到了幼儿期,然后再继续量变、质变、再量变、再质变从而实现不断发展。阶段性中最常考察的点是每一个阶段要面临不同的发展任务,比如说童年期的孩子主要任务
就是玩,少年期的学生主要任务是学习,而成年期的人主要任务就是挣钱养家,也就是说之前所说的每一个阶段有自己要完成的任务,这个时候如果把成年期赚钱养家的任务放到童年期,那就是违背了我们所说的阶段性,在教育学上这叫做“一刀切”(就是在这个人的不同阶段都让他去完成同样的任务)。所以阶段性对我们的教学启示是在某一阶段该做什么做什么,要有针对性,绝对不能“一刀切”。
3.不平衡性。不平衡性说的是两个层面,第一个层面是个体同一方面在不同的年龄阶段发展速度是不同的。举个例子,比如说身高这一个方面,身高在不同的年龄阶段发展的速度是不同的,在青春期和新生儿期的时候发展速度是最快的。这就体现了我们发展的不平衡性,同一方面在不同的阶段发展速度不同(注意:在做题的时候,千万不要看见“阶段”这两个字就选择阶段性,你要看好题干强调的是什么,如果在强调不同阶段的发展速度不一样,那这叫不平衡性,如果强调不同阶段的总体特征或发展任务不同,那就是阶段性)。不平衡性还有第二个层面,说的是不同的方面,不同的方面在发展的起始时间、成熟时期等都是不同的。比如身体和心理是两个不同的方面,一般来说,都是生理的成熟先于心理的成熟。神经系统和生殖系统也是两个方面,这两个方面神经系统从我们出生后就开始发展,而生殖系统要晚于神经系统的,体现了不同方面发展的起始时间是不同的。这都体现了发展的不平衡性。
4.互补性。互补性和不平衡性在一点上是一样的,即互补性也是个体自己不同方面的互补,而不是你和别人去互补,有的同学一直认为互补性是用我的长处去弥补对方的短处,这个认识是完全错误的。同样也有两层含义,第一层指个体某一个技能受损以后,另一个机能会弥补你缺失的这部分机能,生活中最常见的例子就是盲人。盲人的眼睛看不见,视觉机能受损,可是他们的听觉和触觉要比正常人灵敏的多,这就叫互补性,是机能之间的互补。另外还有第二层含义,就是心理和生理之间,比如身残志坚,生理机能上有缺陷,但是可以用顽强的意志去战胜困难。生病的时候保持一个良好的心情,有助于身体的恢复,这就是心理和生理之间的互补。那它对我们的教学启示是我们每个人都有很多的方面,学生当然也是,有可能他在某一方面的能力相对较弱,但是肯定会有另一方面去弥补他的这个缺失,我们在教育学生的时候,不要根据学生的一个方面做得不好就否定他,应该仔细去观察和了解,找到他的长处,用他的长处去弥补他的短处,用几个字概括的话,就是扬长避短、长善救失。
5.个别差异性,指的是人和人之间有差异,每一个人已有的知识和经验、能力、兴趣爱好等等都是不一样的,这都叫个别差异,当然这些是属于个体差异了,实际上,如果从大
方面来看的话,群体上也会有差异,比如男性是一个群体,女性是一个群体,这两个群体之间也是存在差异的。所以说,当面对很多的学生的时候,因为学生之间是存在差异的,所以如果用同样的方法去教育他们往往是没有针对性是不奏效的,我们要做的就是四个字,因材施教。
这五个规律分别是顺序性,强调一个简单到复杂,不能跨越也不能回退,启示是要循序渐进,不拔苗助长;阶段性,强调不同的阶段有区别于其他阶段的本质特征,面临不同的发展任务,启示是不能一刀切,要有针对性;不平衡性,强调同一方面发展速度在不同阶段不同,不同方面发展的起始时间和成熟时期不同,是个体内部的,启示是要适时而教,抓住关键期;互补性是机能之间的互补,生理和心理之间的互补,启示是长善救失,扬长避短;个别差异性包括个体之间的差异和群体之间的差异,是人和人之间不同,启示是因材施教。这部分的内容在考试中是很多学生容易弄混的知识点,所以在学习的时候一定要多做题,多总结,灵活掌握。

根据省教厅川教资〔2015〕3号通知精神,为做好我区2015年秋季教师资格认定工作,现将有关事项通知如下:
一、认定权限和范围
(一)认定范围。户籍在东坡区行政区域内人员。
(二)认定权限。负责受理初中、小学、幼儿园教师资格。
二、认定程序
(一)网上报名。
网报时间:2015年9月10日—2015年10月15日。
网报地址:中国教师资格网(www.jszg.edu.cn)。
(二)指定医院体检。
体检工作严格按照《四川省申请认定教师资格人员体检办法》执行。
体检时间:2015年10月8日—15日.
体检地点:眉山市三医院。
注意事项:1.必须空腹;2.体检时请带上本人身份证原件和两寸免冠近照一张。 申请人应在规定时间到指定医院进行体检,其它医院的体检证明现场确认时均不予受理。
(三)现场确认。

(4)指定医院出具的体格检查合格证明一份。
(5)普通话水平测试等级证书原件和复印件一式一份。
初级中学教师资格:二级乙等及以上;小学和幼儿园教师资格:二级甲等及以上。
(6)《申请人思想品德鉴定表》一式一份。
国家正式单位在编职工由工作单位出具思想品德情况鉴定意见;其他人员由户籍所在地街道办事处、乡镇人民政府出具对本人的思想品德情况鉴定意见。(思想品德鉴定表见附件1)
(7)近期二寸半身正面免冠彩色照片一张(证书使用)。
(8)师范教育类专业毕业人员免教育教学基本素质和能力测试,但应提交以下材料: ①教育教学实习鉴定表复印件一份。教师在职提高学历的可免交;
②教育学、教育心理学课程考试成绩单复印件一份。
(9)非师范教育类专业毕业人员要参加教育教学基本素质和能力测试,还应提交以下材料:
①《四川省教师资格认定教育学、教育心理学等课程考试合格证书》原件、复印件各一份。
②四川省申请认定教师资格人员教育教学基本素质和能力审查表一份。(见附件2,此表用A4纸双面打印,在教育教学基本素质和能力测试时提交)
(四)教育教学基本素质和能力测试。
1.测试对象:
(1)非师范教育类专业毕业人员。
(2)申请认定另一类教师资格人员。其中申请认定的教师资格任教学科与其所学专业一致,且又从事该层次学校和该学科教育教学工作的,可以不参加测试,但必须提供近两年的年度考核表。
(3)在职教师申请教师资格种类与其岗位不一致人员。
(4)教师资格专家审查委员会及学科(专业)评议组根据认定工作需要,要求测试的其他人员。

地点:东坡区教育局五楼会议室
3.测试内容:
教育教学基本素质和能力测试的题目将提前一周公布在东坡区人民政府网站上(http://www.dp.gov.cn)。
