请问，我们应不应该以貌取人？能不能因为萤火虫的小就忽视那一抹光亮？能不能因为一个人一贫如洗就忽视他高尚的品格？能不能因为一个人地位卑下就忽视他深远的思想？

当然不应该。

可你似乎回答的忐忑。

是的，我们每个人从小受到的教育便是：不要以貌取人。可是真正到了现实社会中，又能有多少人能践行这一点？貌，不仅仅是指一个人的外貌，更是囊括了金钱、地位、权利及其他许多方面。不以貌取人，这个连孩子都知道的常识，在如今的社会中却屡遭碰壁。究竟我们应当以什么来取人，成为了一个值得深思的问题。

我想看待一个人，最重要的应当是看他的品格与思想。80后大学生李灵在大学毕业后，没有留在大城市工作，而是毅然的返回了家乡，办起了一所希望小学。由于免除所有学费，七年来，她已经欠下了不少外债。为了替学生搭建一个阅览室，她在暑假里只身来到郑州，买了辆破三轮车，回收教辅书和儿童读物。烈日下，她着三轮车，穿行在大街小巷之中，只为了那一本又一本的旧书本……那辆破旧的三轮车承载着无数孩子的未来，她贫困，但却没人能因此而看不起她。一贫如洗的表象却掩不住她崇高的内心。李灵就像是大山深处一只虽小，但却不断闪烁着光亮的萤火虫，一只点亮大山孩子心灵与未来的萤火虫。又有谁能够忽视这份光亮呢！

社会飞速发展，人的价值观也随之变化的很快。但时代变迁，我们看待人的准则是否就应当随之改变？“宝马女”、“凤姐”这类人的出现将一个个以貌取人、以金钱取人、以地位取人的价值观带到我们面前，这难道就应是我们取人的价值观吗？我想，不是的。为乡民奉献出一生的西藏乡长尼玛卓玛；哥哥出车祸后弟弟赶去结清农民工工资的信义兄弟；多年无偿献血、资助学生的郭明义；无数留守农村为孩子普及知识的志愿者……还有许多许多，虽籍籍无名但都为这个社会奉献出自己一份光亮的普通人，他们都告诉我们什么才是真正应当被取的：是思想，是品格，是奉献的精神，还有更多更多的正能量。

别因为萤火虫的小，而忽视那一抹光亮；别因为一个人的贫穷，而忽视他高

尚的品格；别因为一个人的地位平常,而忽视他美好的内在。别以貌取人，取的应当是一个人优秀的品质。
