活动过程：
（一）warm up（热身活动）
1、课前提前播放歌曲《Time for bed》。
2、和小朋友热情的用英语打招呼。
3、用free talk的方法，问小朋友问题和互动（What do you do in the morning？How`s the weather ？What day is it today？）
4、使用单词卡片复习生活会话的词组。
5、数字手指操，协助小朋友复习生活会话的词组：One one brush my teeth。Three three comb my hair。Five five wash my face。
（二）presentaion（词组以及句型的呈现）
1、使用Cody面具让小朋友复习brush my teeth,wash my face,以及明白get in bed和rest my head四个动作的意思。
2、使用mommy面具比手表说：“It`s time for bed。”
