古人云“工欲善其事，必先利其器”。也就是要想有所成就，同写书法一样，必须何意、称心的精致工具。在书法艺术创作中所必需的必备工具是传统所称的“文房四宝”-----笔 、墨 、纸、砚。在英语教学中也存有“文房四宝”，他们是具有普遍和神秘的物品。

一、英语教学中“文房四宝”之首——笔

笔是事物的行为表现，师生交流的媒体，信息传输的通道，知识传播的表现体。它在书法中占重要的地位，在英语教学中“文房四宝”之首。在生活中它处处表现出独特性、普遍性等特点，是人们认识世界、了解和分析社会的重要工具；体现历史的传播、历史的知识重要侍者。就俗谚“好脑筋，不如破笔头。”在英语教学中它也是频频现身，如粉笔、铅笔、红色原子笔等它在英语教学中也是因人而异。我的用法却是精简和实效。

（一）粉笔在英语教学中的应用

在英语教学中粉笔可谓是“防盗门的钥匙”，没有了它英语教学就何谈教学啊！在实际教学中粉笔的应用应灵活和有趣，使其发挥它最好传播知识的效果。首先精简板书，主次分明，并运用各种色粉笔把主题、要点、重点、难点等区分出，使其直观，让学生一目了然，达到精讲英语的目的。在就是趣用粉笔，引起学生学习英语的情趣高涨。在现实教学生活中，我发现好多吸引学生的方法。

在书法中起到至关重要，是书法的构著者。在英语教学中，它是一枚可爱、活泼的“引蛋”，没有了它教学就变得空洞，没有醒目内容，没有亮堂的内容，学生就变成空想家，一无是处。知识也就无法的传承，历史就变成传说。

（二）铅笔在英语教学中的应用

铅笔历史悠久，据说古希腊、罗马就有类似铅笔的文具出现。自铅笔问世以来，由于它体积小，便于携带，书写方便，价格低廉，受到诸多行业的欢迎并得到广泛使用。体现在教育上，则是学生使用铅笔写字由来已久。它由来已久并成为自然而然的不言而喻的事，并非没有道理。对于学生来说，用铅笔其好处首先在于写错了马上就能改，方便快捷。

在英语教学中，铅笔的应用是教学更容易掌握学生的学习情况了。首先让学生学会怎样使用铅笔，也就是把自己把握不大的用铅笔做或使用铅笔写。再就是老师每天进行检查，做到培养学生学习的习惯。

二、英语教学中“文房四宝”——墨

墨是传统书法艺术的书写原料，离开了它即无字形，离开了用墨的方法，则形成不了书法艺术的深度和广度。因此，掌握好用墨的干湿浓淡，充分发挥好其对比作用。合理的运用好英语教学中“文房四宝”墨（黑板和多媒体），也就能把英语教学丰富化，使学生学习英语的热情高，也就是能感染学生。

（一）黑板在英语教学中的应用

课堂是学校教育的重要阵地，而黑板则是课堂教学绝不可少的媒体工具，被用以呈示教学内容和组织教学活动。因廉价易用，黑板占领了几乎所有的学校与教室，数百年来，始终牢牢地统治着学校的讲台，而如今另一种形式的具有高科技性能的“黑板” “粉笔” “黑板擦”出现了，并带着其它更理想的功能，构成了真正的现代化教学体系

随着时代的发展和信息化进程的加快，英语教师运用多媒体教学课件，在课堂教学中充分利用现代化多媒体的教育优势，引导学生学习知识，提高技能。教学质量的衡量不是教师给学生呈现了多少知识，而是学生掌握了多少方法。教师可以在黑板上现场演板，让一些难点知识和重点知识呈现的过程更加清晰。引领学生看清楚、听明白，沉浸在探究知识的过程中，这样的课堂才能吸引学生。教师在黑板上清晰工整的工作态度还会感染每个学生，这样学生听课的热情就会很高。

（二）多媒体与黑板的有效结合

多媒体教学在课堂上给学生提供大量的知识信息，但它也相应的会使学生的大脑处于高度紧张的状态，使学生进入疲劳期，使得学生对自己接触的信息无法消化”，对身心健康极为不利。 它在教学中因为不断地变换屏幕，使学生的注意力集中在画面，不能掌握知识的重难点。多媒体教学有时候过于强调程序化，对学生应掌握的内容一股脑的淌出来。而教师应根据学生的英语学习情况灵活设计和调整，在黑板上板书难重点内容，同时对部分课堂练习教师可以

采取活动的形式，激起学生的学习积极性。引导学生积极思考，从而激发学生学习的兴趣，提高他们的认知效果。教师在运用多媒体的同时，也应该在黑板上适当板书，有效地控制课堂教学进度。只有这样，学生才能利用老师书写时，进行思考、消化等并主动构建知识体系。

三、英语教学中“文房四宝”——纸

只是人生的一面镜子古人语“纸，木之影，人之镜也。”只在历史长河中起着传播知识、表述感情的重要媒体。在英语教学中纸的运用，是提高基础教育教学的首要方法。在实际的教学中值一般包括导学卡、纠错本、纠错卷等。只要在教学中把三纸分运用好，就可以完善弥补学生平常生活中的错误，提高学习质量。

四、英语教学中“文房四宝”——砚

文房四宝，最后意趣——砚。在书法创作中，砚的作用当然不如笔、纸、墨，它的优劣，都要通过墨才体现出来。在文房四宝中，却数其最为昂贵，具有书画之外的情趣。所以历来书画家都以品味为先，实用尚在其次。却也是的，书画之道，也不全在于作品的成败，还有修身养性。一方好砚，本身就可以激起书画家的创作冲动。哪有一好的情，英语教学也就不难了。

（一）多关爱、多交流。

“只有用爱来交换爱，只能用信任交换信任。”马克思曾经说过。情感是一种伟大的力量，不仅具有教育、鼓励和高兴的能力，还可以改变人得心理，有助于塑造自身人格。在英语教学中也应该多关

爱、多交流。因为爱和交流可以有效地消除师生间的“情感障碍”和“心灵的鸿沟”，充分使教师的的教育如春天的小雨，滋润学生的心田。只有教师多的关爱、多的交流，才能使学生打开心扉，才能找出学生的弱点，加以弥补，使其进步。

（二）多鼓励、多表扬。

中学生正处于非常敏感的年龄阶段，教师稍不注意，就可能会伤害到他们而不自知，所以平时在教学过程中要遵循“能表扬则表扬，能不批评则不批评的原则”。以鼓励和表扬为主，对后进生不仅不能歧视，而且给他们获得成功的机会，以便鼓起他们的自信心和学习热情。在组织课堂教学中，因人而异。对于掉队的学生，要帮助其分析原因。对于基础薄弱、学习上一时有困难的学生，充分理解他们的情感以及在英语学习上渴求进步的需要。对他们提问时，适当降低难度，使他们有机会答对，对他们所取得的每一点进步，都要及时给与鼓励，让他们看到自己的进步。

如：学生回答问题有紧张、忧郁、恐慌时，采用鼓励如：please don’t be shy！” 回答正确时对他说：“great！” “very good ！” “well done” “you did a very good job！” 对较差的学生教师可用夸奖语调加以肯定，对于回答不上来的学生也不要批评，应说：“try again.” “thank you all the same。” “don’t worry。”“take it easy。”等；同时也可用一些身体语言，如：微笑，点头等，以减轻学生的心理压力。

笔 brush

In numerous pen products, the Chinese brush can be regarded as the most special one. Traditional Chinese brush not only is the ancients’ essential tools, but also have different fascination in expressing the special charm of Chinese calligraphy and painting.

We often use the rabbit hair, sheep hair and combination hair, which are the most important ones. The rabbit hair is tough, resilient and short, it can be used to write small words. The sheep hair is soft, weak and long, it can be used to write big words.

The combination hair is made of hard hair and soft hair.

墨 inkstick

The inkstick is the necessary in ancient writing. Chinese calligraphy and painting’s wonderful artistic conception can be carried out by this unique material.

Before the artificial inkstick was invented, people used the natural inkstick as the writing material. The artificial inkstick appeared in Han Dynasty and was made of pine wood.

The good inkstick is strong and tough, has black bright color and light fragrant flavor.

When we use the inkstick, we should add in clear water gradually, mill slowly and keep in the box after use.

纸 paper

The paper was one of the four great inventions of ancient China, and it contributed to the cultural transmission a lot.

Before the paper was invented, people used turtle shells and animal bones, bronze, bamboo, silk and stone as the materials to write.
