A Leader plays an important role in every field. Most people want to become the leader of their own fields to prove themselves. In my view, to be a leader is better for the individual.

当大人们都忙家务的时候，我便去找邻家的小女孩玩儿。她比我大两岁，经常穿一件小红褂子，编着麻花辫，一笑起来，眼睛就像被清水浸过的黑葡萄。小时候我常常像小尾巴一样跟在她身后，一口一个甜甜的“姐姐”，这主要是因为她有一件让我十分羡慕和渴望的手艺——她会做桂花糕。

（二）成长见证归宿的可贵

分班之后，如同一只断了线的风筝，随风飘荡，不知去向何方。

笔记本的背面有一幅图画，茫茫的沙漠里寸草不生，只在角落里有一顶小小的帐篷，一颗浑身是土的心缩在里面休息。

边上写了一句话：给疲惫的心一个避风的港湾。每坐在教室里抚摸这句话，看身边人来人往教室里又空无一人，总觉得有些心痛有些迷茫，好像找不到家的孩子。

每个人都有归宿么？我为什么找不到。

还是就像老师说，分班是一种必然，是你们成长必经的伤痛。

最后一个学期的体育中考。远远地看着原班的队伍，觉得自己像越飘越远的小船，无限的失落，仿佛站在家门口依依不舍的看自己的窝慢慢后退，又涌出那个埋在心里的问题，归宿在哪里。

然而跑步的时候，在弯道却听见了原班主任的声音。猛地回头去看，是好熟悉的影子趴在操场的铁网上着急地大喊我的名字给我加油。突然想哭，那是曾经骑着自行车满校园找我的人，那么亲切，他撑起的一片天空，是曾经的归宿，现在呢？

最后一段路，终点线上站着的是原班的队伍。和我们的班主任一样，原先的同学们，熟悉的不熟悉的甚至没有说过几句话的人都大声喊着我的名字。是那些人，我看到他们扯开嗓子喊，急得都跳起来，比自己跑步还要卖力，突然感到无比的幸福。冲过终点线，泪像汗一样湿了校服。

“细节决定成败，每一步的用心铸就成功！”我站在这阻挡在我与这次象棋决赛赛场的木门前，老师叮嘱的话语盘旋在我耳畔，让我焦躁而又紧张的心略微的平静下来。

“嘀”的一声提示音划破了被冻结的时间，厚重而古典的木门在我面前缓缓打开，点缀了空气中的庄严与肃穆。一副并不美丽的画卷在我眼前展开——暗红色的灯，深褐色的棋台，还有，对手脸上轻蔑的笑。

早已闻名了对手的强大，我第一次充分感到自己的渺小，才落座，脸上已然满是汗珠。

又一声青涩的提示音放出，比赛终于开始了！

对手抬手，以迅雷之速落子，仿佛面对我都不需要思考。“用心走好每一步就好。”我强压心中的紧张，鼓励着自己，心里也放松了许多。

恢复了一丝暖意的手伸向棋盘，我开始努力的向这苍白的对局中注入一丝生气。全神贯注的在脑中搜索着每一步的走法，以比对方慢十倍的速度落子，嘈杂的空气中弥漫着我绵长的思绪。

木棋触台发出的清脆响声不断响起，随着棋局的发展，渐渐，对成功的渴望，对对手的畏惧全部消逝。眼前的景色穿越时空，变成了昔日楚汉争霸的古战场，我迎着略带血腥气味的微风排兵布阵。每下达一次命令都是艰难的抉择，但是每当我走出一步，我内心中的自信就更增长一分，因为这一步我已走到了最好。

缜密的思考在我心中把我心中所积累的战术练成了一条线，眼前的局势逐渐明朗，而分析每一种战术也使我不断向胜利迈进。

战局继续发展，终于，每一步积累下的微弱优势形成了不可逆的浪潮，我指挥有压倒性优势的军队冲向了敌人的主帅。笑容在对手脸上凝固，掩藏不住绝望与痛苦。

当我终于戴上那我梦寐以求的，散发着炽热光芒的金牌时，我知道，这是对每一步的认真态度带给我的荣耀，让我在这铸就了无数成功，而又折杀无数希望的赛场赢得了最后的胜利。

在此后的人生路中，那耀眼的金牌便铭刻在了我的心中，让我明白了走好每一步的重要。而那荣耀之光，也驱散了我面对人路上坎坷的恐惧，一直，一直在指引我前进的路。

鲁冰花的淡香总是凝在我的脑海，久久无法散去。我想鲁冰花化为春泥滋养茶树，给予茶树的那种力量，那种再生，那种不断延续，才能真正做到 “零落成泥碾作尘，只有香如故”吧！

春，又是鲁冰花开的季节了。

家乡茶园里一株株摇曳的紫色麦穗般的鲁冰花好像大地一道道的皱纹。这茶园洋溢着鲁冰花的精魂，一抹一抹的淡香像缥缈的歌声一样回荡回荡，荡起了我漾漾的回忆??

想起了茶花的清香，想起了那个满是穿着白绸缎少女般的茶花的季节。那个季节，姥姥匆匆忙忙地走了。只记得妈妈匆匆忙忙回老家的身影，所留下的空白。不晓得他们怎样，一个月后，妈妈回来了，拖着疲惫的身子。

“天上的星星不说话／地上的娃娃想妈妈”

清明的夜晚满是凄凉。

月光静静地如流水般泻下来，万物在黑暗中因为有了银色的轮廓而若隐若现。

我和妈妈坐在茶园，空气中充满着鲁冰花忧愁的淡香，思绪万千。

“妈，你想姥姥么？”我望着妈妈那模糊不清的脸，不知是否写满了忧伤。 “想啊。姥姥含辛茹苦，一把屎一把尿的把我们带大，怎能不想呢？现在我脑海里全是一幅幅我和妈妈的图片，一个个我和妈妈的故事。”颤颤颠颠的声音传入我的耳畔。

“哎，她就这样辛辛苦苦了一辈子。”

“天上的眼睛眨呀眨／妈妈的心呀鲁冰花”

放眼望去，夜好像在流泪，晶莹的泪珠无声地从天际划过，瞬间即逝，又似乎在掩饰他的悲伤。月夜，妈妈在茶园同鲁冰花带我寻觅，见证了一个又一个的小小感动??

那是一个饥荒的年代的春天，刚从茶园做完农活回来的姥姥，一手擦着脸颊的汗，一手拿着锄头，招呼着孩子们，给他们讲鲁冰花的故事。妈妈和她的四姊妹围坐在姥姥旁边，姥姥拿着鲁冰花，讲道“这鲁冰花呀，可不是像狗尾巴草似的杂草，她谢了以后可以作花肥，这样就可以换到食物了，所以你们可不要乱拔哦！”“知道了！”姥姥径直走到了厨房，小心翼翼地从柜子里取出一小袋红薯干，对孩子们说：“你们真懂事！你看这就有食物了”。妈妈和她的四姊妹蜂拥而上，像一群饿狼，狼吞虎咽，瓜分了所有红薯干，全然不知他们的妈

妈还没有吃一点东西，只知道这红薯干真香啊。

这是一个发生在细雨绵绵的春天的真实故事。那时，茶园满是紫色的鲁冰花。年幼的妈妈在茶园的池塘边玩耍，一不小心滑了一跤，“扑通”一声跌入水中。在池塘边洗菜的姥姥循声看过来，不会游泳的妈妈正在池塘里拼命挣扎。姥姥慌慌张张地跑过来。顾不得一切，“扑通”一声，不会游泳的她也跳了下去，挣扎着伸手去拉她的女儿。好在邻居的出手相救，母女都获救了。被救后的姥姥看着苏醒的女儿笑着哭了。

姥姥给妈妈织毛衣，纳鞋垫；姥姥给妈妈讲故事，唱歌谣；姥姥同妈妈跳房子，采茶花??

鲁冰花的淡香同感动，同悲伤一起升腾。

“夜夜想起妈妈的话／闪闪的泪光鲁冰花”

妈妈愈发感慨道：“五姊妹都远走高飞了，剩下他们??到临终，我们才??妈，在这儿，曾给我讲过鲁冰花的死，茶花的生??”泛着银光晶莹的泪珠在晃荡，哽咽地说道，“??真的很像鲁冰花??”她泪流满面。

我的眼也不禁湿热，泪滚落到那鲁冰花香芬芳四溢的泥土上。

春，也是鲁冰花落的季节。

鲁冰花的灿烂是短暂的，因为鲁冰花只为了它的凋零，它的重生，为了给予茶树力量，为了使茶树更加繁茂。正是鲁冰花的精魂成就了穿着白绸缎少女般的茶花，正是鲁冰花的淡香造就了茶花的清香，正是不起眼的鲁冰花成全了茶花的梦??鲁冰花的生为了它的落，多么壮美，又是多么崇高伟大的一生呀！
