半糖主义

想起这个词，源于今天看到的一首诗，唐代诗人孟郊的《乐府杂怨》：忆人莫至悲，至悲空自衰。寄人莫剪衣，剪衣未必归。

----思念他的时候，不要太过伤心了，否则自己的形容也会憔悴；送给他远行的礼物的时候，不要倾注心血为他裁置新衣，他就算收到了，也不会为了感激你的情意而回来的。

几百年前的人，竟有如此透彻的爱情体验！我折服。想想，诗人的观点，不就是我们今天的“半糖主义”吗？----爱不能太满，爱不能太甜，仅一半，甜一半，就足够了，否则，空自衰。我盯着这首诗，反复揣摩着它的含义。一会很是羡慕，觉得一个人若真能做到“莫致悲，莫剪衣”，那可算得上是情场高手，一会又觉得要做到这点似乎难得不可企及：爱情本身就是情感和爱欲的极致体验，能人为控制的，莫不是打了折的爱情？想到这里，我有点怀疑古代诗人和现代半糖们发出这些爱情箴言时的真实用意和客观态度：他们是不是撕心裂肺不顾一切地狂爱过？他们是不是被爱情深深刺伤过？因为伤了，痛了，才下意识地用结果来否认整个过程----爱的过程，幸福甜蜜的过程，当然也包括痛苦的过程。他们用智者或先人的口吻来教育后来人：爱不可太投入，爱会受伤，爱只能半糖。

不管这些训导如何深刻，我还是顽固地想，如果有朝一天他们再次遭遇天雷勾地火的爱情，是否仍将奋不顾身？

半糖主义是一种理想。要想让甜蜜的爱情退减一半的浓度，我看靠的不是理性，而是日积月累的损耗，也就说，很多时候不是我们在理性地“半糖”，而是爱本身在自然平淡。爱情是何其感性的东西，我们可以控制自己的行为，却怎么可以控制自己的情感？感情只可以转移、替代、或随着时间的流逝而消亡，而相爱中的人，怎么舍得转移他怎么舍得让别人替代他？爱得深燃得快自然也就消

退得快，两个人的爱就那么大一块，你享用完了，自然就该退场，如此而已吧。 所以，我还是相信为他剪衣为他悲喜更符合爱情的本意。爱就爱个酣畅淋漓。一段爱结束了，仅仅代表着你们不会再天天纠缠和牵挂，不会再相互折磨，不等于你从他心里永远消失，不等于你曾经给他的美好，你送他的那些礼物，你为他缝织的一针一线的爱，会灰飞烟灭，不会的！那些曾经百分百的浓情，此刻只是沉淀在他灵魂的神龛里，平时不会去触及，但若遇某个特殊的时候，比如一首歌，一句笑话，一条小巷，一碗小吃，一切爱恨心酸，又会泛滥成灾。

我认为，这才是爱的本质，半糖主义们，是不能体会的。

在挽回爱情的过程中，比较痛苦的过程莫过于“降低需求感”的过程，也就是不主动联系他。乍一听，你觉得很简单，只要不做就好了嘛。但是，现实情况是，当挽回对象在向你、向你的朋友，或者在社交网络上，发一些若即若离的消息，你就会开始动摇了。

对方给你一点点信号，你就开迫不及待地花上100%的努力去做到最好，让对方满意，你没有发现，这样的感情是不健康的。你不需要非要等到他的短信你才能睡觉，你也不需要非要每天知道他在干什么，就算你们在一起了，你还是原来的你，你有你的生活，有你原则和喜恶，不是非得围绕着他生活的。

“每天形影不离，你反而会没有兴趣，爱的秘诀就是，保持刚刚好的距离”就像这首歌里唱的一样，爱情不是一个人的，而是两个人的，如果你一个人做到了100%，那么另外一个人就没有必要做任何的努力了，对男人来说，这是一件倒胃口的事。相反，你每次都只做50%，那么他也要做50%才能得到你，这才是平衡，这才是一段健康持久的关系应该维持的样子。

挽回时，你的心态可能不一样的，但是不能因此就成为两人里面地位比较低的那一个。男人只会对通过自己的努力得到的东西才会珍惜。

很多朋友来挽回学院求助之前，其实已经进行过“挽回”了，通过不停口头解释，口头承诺，认错等等的方式，对方还是坚持要分手，这种情况下，才来挽回学院求助的。通常我会觉得很可惜，错过了最佳的挽回时间，而且做了很多增加需求感的事情。

想要通过哀求对方，给对方承诺的方式来挽回是白费功夫的，这种关系很快就会在遭遇分手。一旦挽回成功，你只能每天都活得小心翼翼地，生怕对方有一点点的不满意，在这样的感情里，一方永远感受不到爱，终究会被压垮的。
