La mondialisation est-elle favorable au développement?

On dit que nous vivons pour l'instant dans le village terrestre,il faut attribuer ce phénomène à la mondialisation. La mondialisation est un processus d'integration et d'interaction entre les pays ,les entreprises ainsi que les personnes ;quand au développement,c'est à dire un processus d'un changement positive de petit à grand,de simple à complexe,d'inférieur à supérieur. N'importe quel domaine,le développement est irrigué par la mondialisation.

Le développement bénéficie de la mondialisation?N'a-t-elles pas un risque pour le développement?Donc,premièremet,on doit expliquer les manifestations représentatives des avantages de la mondialisation;deuxièmement,il y a des risques existants et des inconvénients dans le procès de la mondialisation;troisièmement,comme elle est un processus inéluctable,on doit tenir l'opinion objective et prendre des actions effectives.

D'abord,on devrait parler des avantages: la mondialisation permet la répartition rationnelle du capital、de la technologie, des produits,des marchés,des ressources humaines dans le monde entier et privilégie la libéralisation de la commerce et de l'invertissement;en outre, la création d'un marché mondial commun dépend de la libre circulation des marchandises et des capitaux.

Elle favorise la création de la grande culture du monde et facilite également le mélange et l'innovation des cultures variées , permet à l'individu d'admirer des formes de la diversité culturelle (à travers ce qui est vu dans les films "Hollywood" et "Bollywood" par exemple),de plus,elle provoque des

événements internationaux tels que la Coupe du Monde de football et des Jeux Olympiques .Encore, les émissions et la communication cuturelle 、artistique、philosophique et religieuse deviennent plus faciles à traver la technologie de l'information et des transports par exemple l'Internet et les avions ; l'Organisation mondiale de la Santé a estimé le nombre de personnes qui ont toujours effectué des vols à tout moment compte plus de 500000. En terme de langue, l'anglais est la langue la plus courante; selon une enquête: à l'échelle mondiale，environ 35% des mails , des télex et des télégraphes écrits en anglais ;près de 40% des émissions de radio en anglais; environ 50% des données sur Internet en anglais.

Elle favorite la coopération de la politique internationale et réduit des conflits internationals parce que tous les pays sont obligés inévitablement de coordonner comme l'impulsion nouvelle dans les domaines politiques en raison du développement de la mondialisation selon le principe philosophique: “la base économique décide la superstructure” ,les états-Unis ,les union européenne jouissent du statut supérieur entre les forces du monde en raison de la force de son économie.

En revanche,il existe des inconvénients dans ce procès; la mondialisation aggrave le déséquilibre et l'instabilité dans l'économie mondiale;par exemple,dans le centre-ouest des états-Unis ,elle a rongé son avantage concurrentiel dans l'industrie et l'agriculture , en abaissant la qualité de vie;en outre, l'écart entre les riches et les pauvres est élargi. Les règles actuelles sur l'économie mondiale ne sont pas tout à fait raisonnables, la plupart d'entre elles sont favorables aux pays

développés; de plus,de nombreuses règles des organisations nationales sont établies particulièrement par les pays développées .

Elle conduit à la dégradation de l'environnement; plusieurs pays développés pillent les ressources des pays en voie de développement et y établissent de nombreuses usines sans respecter les règlements et les lois ,endommageant l'environnement local.

Cependant,la culture importée était un grand risque car il existe la possibilité de remplacer la culture locale, résultant une diminution de la diversité . Le problème est plus fort: des plus grand pays comme les états-Unis, peuvent dans le domaine culturel conduire les coutumes et les valeurs estompées aux petits pays. Ce processus est également parfois appelé américanisation ou McDonaldisation .

La fuite des cerveaux des pays moins développés, l'immigration illégale, le térrorisme, le trafic illicite des drogues, les pertes ou les fermetures de nombreuses entreprises nationales sont également les résultats des inconvénients.

Comme c'est un processus inéluctable et interdépendant;ainsi que les pays développés devraient tenir compte des intérêts environnementaux, culturels et économiques des pays en voie de développement; comme la création de la Cour pénale internationale appelle la diffusion de la justice dans le monde,ce monde a aussi envie d'équilibre. Les pays en voie de développement devraient renforcer la coopération mutuelle et saisir l'occasion pour contre les défis;comme par exemple ,créer de l'entité économique nationale par l'absorption ,la digestion de la technologie et l'innovation de pointe étrangère; réduire la dépendance économique

de sorte d'assurer l'indépendance politique; soutenir l'existence multi-culturelle, maintenir et développer leur propre subjectivité culturelle.

Dans la première partie,on a vu des manifestations représentatives de l'avantage de la mondialisation,en

et particulier dans des domaines et les économiques,cuturels,techniques scientifiques;les relations

communications entre les individus deviennent plus étroites et faciles grace à elle.

Dans la deuxième partie,on a vu des inconvénients potentiels dans le processus de la mondialisation;les pays développés peuvent acquérir beaucoup plus d'intérêts que les pays en voie de développement,ceux-ci se trouvent dans une situation inférieure.

Dans la troisième partie,on a vu que quelle opinion doit-on tenir et quelle action doit-on prendre.

Enfin,on sais que la mondialisation est un processus inévitable selon le principe économique;comme les pays,les entreprises ou les individus,on doit apprendre à s'adapter à ce procès ;on peut profiter des aspects bénéficiés et prendre des mesures pour éviter les mauvais parts.En plus,on est obligé de s'intérroger:notre société ne pourrait pas se développer comme maintenant sans la mondialisation? Peut-être on ne sait pas la réponse car le monde ne pourrait pas à refaire;pour chacun,il faut en profiter positivement et faire ce que l'on doit faire.

Ladies and gentlemen，

Hohhot, named the" Chinese milk", is the capital city of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, It has a population of 2860000, the urban population of 2080000, and Hohhot is political, economic, cultural, commercial, education, scientific research center of the Inner Mongolia. The city and Baotou, Songyuan, Erdos, together known as northern China economic growth of four dragons.

My hometown has a very beautiful name——Hohhot, which means blue city. And the city is as beautiful as its name suggests. It is the capital of the Inner Mongolia, and is the political, economic and cultural center of the province and one of the key metropolises in China. With an area of over 17224 square kilometers and a population of 2.86 million, it is a beautiful city situated in the hinterland of the Northeast plain of the country, As a cultural city, it is proud to be the home of a number of noted universities and institutes of science and technology including Inner Mongolia University, which has national prominence.

Hohhot is not only noted for its historical relics such as the Last Emperor's Palace but also for its wide streets, lush greenery and pure fresh air. Bows upon rows of high-rises are standing among the boundless and immense grassland. Therefore, Hohhot also has been nicknamed "City in the Grassland". The scenery of the city is full of touching beauty, which leaves visitors with a memorable experience.

The campus beautiful day

Last Thursday, we had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our spring outing. We came up with several choices such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to an amusement park. Finally, we decided to go mountain climbing.

The next day, we set off early in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and a beautiful view. However, when reached the top, we were shocked to see litter here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. Then we

started to pick up the litter. Afterwards, we put the rubbish into the nearby recycling bin and non-recycling bin respectively.

We were tired but happy.

A Happy Time

The weekend of the National Holiday, I went to Florida and had a happy time. Ji Hong, Liu Zhenguo. Pan Yi and I went there by car. It was fun. We went to the Sea World, Universal Studio and the beach.

There are a lot of sea animals at the Sea World. We watched dolphin, manatee, sea lion and whale shows. They are all dancing and splashing white flowers of water onto the audience. The whales are especially naughty. They made half of the people in the stadium wet all over. The shark stadium is very large and people just stand in the glass tube surrounded by all kinds of sharks. They open their mouth as if trying to engulf us or communicate with us. Who knows?

The Universal Studio is where Hollywood films are made. It was real fun to ride in the movies, just like you were in the film yourself. In "Back to the Future", we rode through the time tunnel, went through the vocanoes, dinosaurs and all kinds of planets. It is made so real life and so horrihle that everybody

sereams. It was very exciting. Our car went directly into the dinosaur's big mouth. It is all made by hitech. We went to see how the horror films were made. I was chosen to show the effect and was so scared. It was not so funny. I don't like horror films. We went to the beach and saw the sea for the first time. I admire her vastness and greatness. The sun threw her remaining rays onto the sea. The sea lies there silent, tolerant of everything.

My campus life

Hello everyone. Today I'm glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school. For instance, I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time. But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class .And then even worse there would be nobody remind me, except my teacher! So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them .The change of life is great and it's wonderful : I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful. Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years. Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity .I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers, also has the best students (laugh).I consider it to be a honor that I've got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

We call the Yellow River our "Mother River" and we also see the Chang, jiang River as our "Father River" since these two rivers are the source of the civilization of Chinese people. How to make Cola Chicken Wing

When refer to chicken, one will remind of various dishes of chicken, such as: spicy diced chicken with peanuts (Kong Pao Chicken), chicken soup and Fried Chilli Chicken. Chinese love chicken so much that they have invented hundreds of patterns to process chicken. And if you like to taste one of the best parts of chicken, chicken wing is priority. Cola chicken wing is popular in home cooking because it is not only easy in processing, but delicious in taste.

Before beginning the process, one must ensure that he is properly prepared. Better chicken wing is compact in meat with a unbroken shape, smooth or glabrous, and moderate in fat. Choosing wings is the foremost step，so it should be treated with heart. A bottle of cola is used to adhere to the surface of wing, and if you like, any flavor is accepted.

The first step is spreading salt on wings after them are totally cleaned, and to sustain the fresh, salt should be covering wings for at least 20 minutes. After tasty pickled, wing should be cut slightly with 5 to 6 times to flavor it.

While the wing is salting, preparer can boil the water, then, put wings into boil water for one minute, which means to remove the blood in chicken. Then, fishing out wings and put them into a frying pan with edible oil covering 3/4 of

wings. Preparer needs to fry both sides without stop to ensure wings heated evenly, and when both sides become golden yellow, wings can be fished out. The last step is combining chicken wings and cola. Putting wings in a saucepan with cola covering wings, then boil them until wings are hardboiled. Fishing out them, a tasty dish of chicken is accomplished.

In summary, Cola Chicken Wing is more like a sneak than dish in home cooking. But I suppose no one can refuse its fragment. If one would like to show off in the presence of friends or families, more practice is necessary.
