1. Honesty
What is honesty? Honesty means speaking the truth and being fair and upright in act, it will be reflected in our day to day behavior. Honesty is a good habit. Considered a virtue, it is admired in every country and every culture. He who lies and cheats is dishonest. Dishonest is generally looked upon as an evil, and is despised and condemned by the society.
As the English proverb goes, honesty is the best policy. Honesty is important for our study, it will help us get the real ability and learning, prevent us from cheating. But to my surprise, some people consider honesty as a stranger and want to kick it away, some people try to get benefits by dishonest means. For example, when some students can't do their exercises, they copy from their classmates. From copying, they learn to lie. From acting a lie, they learn to cheat on tests or examinations, in order to get good marks.
The same thing may be said of a merchant who tries to get rich by deceiving customers and selling fake products. When those poor quality products caused heavy losses to the society, they didn't realize that they had done something guilty, or rather, they were proud of their so-called wisdom. Those people may succeed for a time, but sooner or later, they will be caught. In the end, no one will believe them and no one will trust them, dishonesty will bring them nothing but trouble, disgrace, and failure.
Honest is our personality. Honest is an attitude of mind. If we want to be succeeding in our life, the first qualification we should have is honesty. It is honesty that brings people together and makes people trust us. It is honesty that brings us the pleasure of being respected and loved by others. Sincerity, knowledge, support, open communication, and honesty will take us far in our future life.
Sometimes, it takes a lot of courage to be honest. But for those who live this way, the potential rewards are great. We require complete honesty in everything we do. We make commitments with care, and then live up to them. When we live our truth, we seem to have tremendous courage, to be able to face whatever situation. It seems that nothing can stop us. And our positive energy will influence the people around us.
Be honest in our study. Be honest in our life. Be honest can create more aliveness. Be honest can create more love to others. Be honest can create more contribution to our society.
Let us keep up the honesty.

Good afternoon Ladies and gentlemen, my dear friends.
My name is Tian Xincheng.
I had an unforgettable experience which I would like to share with you. I used to think that everyone was as happy as I was.
Later, however, I met a fifteen-year-old boy who changed my mind and heart. Once, I went to a village for my holidays that was where I met him and we became good friends. He was wearing an old worn-out coat which was the poorest-looking clothes that I have ever seen! His eyes were so bright and
expressive, as if they were able to talk. He is the eldest among the children in his family, One day I invited him to take a walk along the river bank. He started talking a while after. He told me that he was expecting to go to school, but that he couldn’t. His parents had already decided that he should be a part-time labour the following year. As he told me this, He held up his tears, When he had no choice but to obey his parents or his sisters would have no money to go to school ! He spoke so slowly and so sorrowfully, At the moment, I couldn’t control my emotions and tears rushed out of my eyes. It’s unfair it seemed! Ever since, my mind and heart have changed.
Adversity comes to all of us, and it may happen any time. The most important thing for us is to deal with hard times, cope with changes, to hang in there, and not to be afraid, to feel like the morning sun is Just for you!

1. My Favorite Sport
It is known to us all that doing exercises can bring us a lot of benefits, so sports are the choices of many people. They use it to lose weight, to keep a good figure, to live a healthy and happy life and so on. There are so many reasons that I can not tell you any one of them. As for me, l like swimming and running best.
Among all the sports, running is one of my favorites. Running is widely considered to be one of the most efficient ways to lose weight and stay healthy, but it is not so good if you run on an empty stomach. If you run on am empty stomach, your body is forced to use the energy that is not available at that time. Secondly, it is a good way to help calm people down when they are not themselves. So when you get stuck with your work, just run, and you are sure to feel better after it.
I am fond of swimming, too. First of all, it is a good way to stay alive when flood is coming, and that’s why there are so many schools having this lesson in PE class. Besides, it is a whole-body movement, which can enable muscles of people’s body can get enough training. And lots of energy will be cost when people do it, so it is a healthy way to help people take off some weight. On the other hand, it is said to have the power of making people become thinner and taller. In my opinion, it is one of the most enjoyable things to go swimming in a hot summer . It can cool our body from head to toe. In a word, swimming can do great benefit
to us.
Above all, no matter what you like best, regular exercises are necessary for everybody, and we had better keep a good habit of doing sports regularly.
2 .My favourite festival
My favourite festival is Spring Festival. It’s in January or February. People in China celebrate it, and there are many things to do. We often celebrate Spring Festival by having a big dinner, visiting relatives and friends, getting some red packets and letting off fireworks. We often have a big dinner from the first day of Spring Festival to the last day. We often go to our relatives’ home and have a big dinner and also we have a big dinner at home. We often have many things to talk and we are very happy. After dinner, we watch the TV programs of CCTV. There are many plays, and we often laugh at them. At midnight, we don’t go to bed but wait for the new day. We always let off fireworks. It’s very exciting and interesting! At Spring Festival, we always visit our relatives and friends too. We go shopping with them, and children are very excited to visit their relatives because they can get some red packets from their relatives. There is some money in it and children can use it to buy toys, books or some snacks.

3. My Favourite TV Program
I like the program Animal World . First of all, I like animals,
especially small animals. Secondly, the host is able to make the program lively and interesting. Thirdly, through this program I know a lot of things that I haven't known before. I gain some knowledge about animal life, such as, different lives of various kinds of animals, the relationship between people and nature, people and animal, and the importance of animal protection.
I want to say that animals are part of nature as we are. They can not be separated from the humans. We must keep nature in balance.

All-Star. Manu Ginóbili is come from Argentina, he was born in 1977, he is Shooting Guard, and wear the number 20 shirt. Ginobili, Duncan and Parker called GDP by public. They are older than other basketball player, but they still have energy in the basketball court. They and Popovich guide Spurs to be better. They were selected by Spurs at the beginning and they never leave this team.
Spurs suits are gray and white. They are not bright, but they are low-key. I love Spurs not only they can win the champion, but also they are a special team. American always advocate individualistic heroism like James, Kobe and so on. But Spurs advocate collectivism, everyone can score, everyone can help the team to win. At the Final in this season, Spurs defeat Miami Heat, their record about the pass is more than 100 times than Heat in every match. They are a team, and they are most like a family.
