期中考试结束了，我们紧张随之而去，不安却又卷土重

来。成绩会考得怎么样？有的同学了的把脸笑开了花，似乎成

绩正在向她微笑；有的同学垂头丧气，脸部的表情一阵痛苦，

好像正在挨着爸爸妈妈的痛骂；还有的同学紧皱眉头，好像这

次的成绩不会超过他的想象，一个又一个的表情映入我们的眼

帘。

我也一样是这样子，我的成绩考得也不是很好。语文90.5

分，数学97分，英语91分，平均分不足95分。妈妈对我的

语文、英语成绩不满意，问我为什么扣这么多的分。我也觉得

这次的成绩考得不太理想，但却总不知道哪里错了，也许是阅

读题扣了较多的分吧。

考得好的同学不要骄傲，考得差的同学不要灰心。虽然这

周瑜嫉妒诸葛亮的才干，于是以借造十万只箭为借口，想要陷害他。不想诸葛亮立刻答应三天造好，并立下了军令状。

诸葛亮造箭并不用竹子、翎毛、胶漆这些材料，只是向鲁肃借了二十条船，船的两边排着一千多个用青布幔子遮起来的草把子。第一、二天，都不见诸葛亮有什么动静，直到第三天四更，江上大雾漫天，诸葛亮秘密地请来鲁肃，请他一起去取箭。诸葛亮吩咐把二十条船用绳索连起来，朝北岸开去。诸葛亮下令把船头朝西，船尾朝东，一字摆开。又让军士们一边擂鼓，一边大声呐喊。鼓声和呐喊声惊动了曹操，他不干轻易出动，只叫了一万多名弓弩手一齐朝江中放箭，箭好像下雨一般，很快便插满了船一边的草把子。船微微倾斜起来，诸葛亮又下令把船头掉了过来，让军士们仍旧擂鼓呐喊，令船逼近曹军水寨继续受箭。过了一会，船两边的草把子上都插满了箭，诸葛亮吩咐军士们齐声高喊：“谢谢曹丞相的箭”，然后便令二十条船顺水顺风驶回南岸。

后来，周瑜知道诸葛亮“借”箭的经过，自叹不如。

周瑜看到诸葛亮挺有才干，心里很嫉妒。便以军事为由让诸葛亮十天赶造十万支箭，诸葛亮说三天可以造好十万支箭，并立下军令状。

周瑜准备吩咐军匠们，让他们故意延迟，并让鲁肃去探听诸葛亮的计划，鲁肃见了诸葛亮，诸葛亮对鲁肃说“：你借给我二十条船，每条船上有三十个军士，船用青布幔子遮起来，还要一千多个草把子，排在船的两边，第三天保管有十万支箭，不过不能让都督知道。”鲁肃见了周瑜不提借船的事，只说诸葛亮不用造箭用的材料，周瑜很疑惑。

大家好！我是八年级的数学老师。很荣幸也很高兴能有这么好的机会学习和交流。就本次集体备课我想从以下几个方面谈谈：

期中考试已经过去，学生的应试成绩却不容乐观，大多数学生在11、12章知识点应用上失分较少。但到了13章全等三角形的证明和综合应用上则存在这样或那样的问题。学生在理解和应用上都很困难。特别是全等三角形的五种判定方法的理解和应用。除此之外学生在做证明题时，存在证明过程不会整理，已知条件不会灵活运用，隐藏条件找不出来等问题。因此应加强逻辑推理的训练，做到证明过程不仅会写还要严密，步步有理有据。让学生从常规练习，激发学习兴趣，低要求，慢中求稳，稳中求升。积极实效的做好考后总结、归纳工作。

因此在今后开展教学时，一定要从实际出发，既要满足于基础较好的学生，让他们能吃得饱，又要照顾到底子薄的后进生，让他们消化的了。这就要求我们在施教的过程中要因材施教、循序渐进。切不可循规蹈矩、急于求成。对此我深有体会，从课堂上看，在老师的引导下，学生能够按老师要求一起跟着来，课堂纪律可以保证。但仍有一部分学生注意力难以长时间集中，容易分心。个别学生对于老师的问题一问三不知。这就需要我们适当的调整课堂教学。实施“高效课堂”全面贯彻新课标理念。必须突出学生的主题地位，把课堂的时间、空间、学习过程都还给学生，教师应是课堂的组织者、引领者、参与者。评价一堂课是否高效 ，就要看能否充分调动学生的学习积极性、主动性，激发学习的认知需求，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，促进学生各种能力的提高和发展。

为了更好的开展今后的教学工作，我决定适当调整教法。鉴于学生的听课热情和应试成绩大致成正比。因此在教法的选择和实施上，要切实做到新颖、直观、高效、有趣。这就要求我们在课堂教学中时不时的问一下自己：课堂引入是否恰当，教学目标是否有效，合作探究是否有效，小组展示是否有效，精讲点拨是否到位，当堂训练是否有效，只有切实做到这九问，才能从根本意义上摆脱教法上的死板、低效。才能充分调动学生学习的积极性，做到真正意义的“高效”。

教学反思：

通过对期中考试试卷及学生应试成绩的分析，发现在教学过程中我还存在着许多不足和问题，有的学生学习基础差，学习被动，缺乏主动性和自觉性，作为教师没有照顾到，却常常抱怨费了力却不见效果。所以在今后的教学中，我一定要调整教学模式，让每一位学生在数学学习的过程中体会到成功的喜悦，让学生获得自信。要考虑到学生的基础，能力，再选择合适的数学体系方法指导和培养。

只要我们把足够的耐心和爱给予每一位学生，让他们爱上学习、爱上课堂。变“要我学”为“我要学”相信我们会在今后的教学上取得优异的成绩，真正做到让学生成才，让家长放心！

临近期末考了，我的心情又紧张又充满期待。

我紧张的原因是怕考不好。我经常错一些不应该错的题目而丢分。另外，我有一些题目确实不会做，特别是数学。这说明，我有时候做题目习惯不好，没有考虑周全；同时，我没有很好地掌握一些基础知识。如果我考不好，就拿不到“三好学生”，还会被妈妈骂，甚至可能会被禁止回老家过年。当然，我也会觉得没面子。

期末考试前的心情快要期末考试了。在五单元测试考试的时候，我本来以为我自己可以考一百分的，结果却只考了八十三分，在家里被扣除了两颗星。我觉得很难过。

我在考试后总结了一下原因。因为我之前没有好好复习，本来大小写字母我都会的，一到考试的时候居然有些都妄记了。还有一些汉字，老师明明在课堂上教过的，我却不是多笔就是少笔，总是出现一些低级的错误，几乎都妄了似的。

经过这次考试过后，我下次一定会更细心的！
