Beautiful songs, fabulous decorations, delicious foods, and the most important, really nice friends and sincere wishes. Yes, this is best Christmas Eve that I have never celebrated before.

On this holly night, I am so lucky for being invited by the nice couple Mitchi and Hiromi to attend their Christmas Party. With expectation and gratitude, I have participated in this big family. People there come from different places and are engaged in diverse occupations. While at this special night, we get together, share wishes and presents with each other. Blessing and enjoying are the main theme of the party.

The most impressive moment is the “Singing time”. At the very beginning, we listened to the ancient Christmas songO come, O come, Emmanuel, which represent the Jesus’ birth and his whole lifetime. All of us watched it silently and were immersed in this affecting story deeply at that time. Afterwards, we sang five Christmas songs together with the soft and pleasant melody. Each of us held a lighted candle, which seemed that our benedictions were all delivered through the sacred flame.

After exchanging the exquisite presents, all of us enjoyed the delicious Christmas food and shared best wished with each other. This is an awesome Christmas party. Thanks for Mitchi and Hiromi's hospitality and my best friends' wishes. Wish you a Merry Christmas and may this festival bring abundant joy and happiness in your life!

????Today is an official Christmas eve, everybody is busy for preparing for their family dinner. How warmly the special time is! I love this lively atmosphere eventhough i dont have family to celebrate together.

????I will celebrate it with my classmate whose from Korea and her boyfriend and other chinese girl. They will pick me up at 3pm, its almost time to go, but i would like to finish the last journal , in addition, i wanna say ;Merry Christmas' to your guys first before i go there.

而如今，圣诞节已经从一个宗教节日变成一个世界性的大众节日。人们在节日期间互相祝福，期盼欢乐的新年来临。圣诞节使得这个寒冷的冬日增添了一股暖意，也拉开了年底holiday season 的序幕。但是你知道关于圣诞节的英语(论坛)表述都有些什么吗？

让我们先来看一下跟圣诞有关的英语单词与短语：

Eve：平安夜，也就是圣诞节的前一天。每年的12月24日。这跟我们的大年夜有点相似（New Year's Eve）。

Christmas Day：圣诞节当天，每年的12月25日。相当于中国的大年初一。Everybody goes for various parties to celebrate the festival on Christmas day.（在圣诞节那天，大家都去参加各种各样的派对来庆祝节日。）

Boxing Day：圣诞节后的第一个工作日，即每年的12月26日，意即“重拳出击的那一天”。
