My dream—holiday traveling

I like traveling. During the last National Day holiday, I went to Beijing. The first day when I took off at the capital airport, it gave me the first feeling was clean and tidy. People in Beijing were very friendly. And on the second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave and tasted many famous snacks, especially the Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I also went to the XinDongfang Square; it was a very big shopping mall, so it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. Beijing is a modern city which made me really want to stay there. During the next several days, I visited the Tian’anmen Square and the Chang’an Ave. The Square is very beautiful. And the Ave is quite wide, straight and clean. Later, I went to the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace, which made me feel the emperor’s royal mausoleum, was very luxury. At last, I visited the Great Wall, and his great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are!

A seven day long holiday has flown away. Mourning my happy hours during the vacation, I've been looking forward to next holidays. People around me seemed to have enjoyed the vacation, too. Then, is it fair that people have the same amount of holidays regardless of their occupations? Nevertheless, different views emerge on the matter in question. Some people have the opinion that laborers should enjoy the same length of

holiday. They hold the view that people are born equal and should be treated equally. The same amount of leisure time may eliminate the unfairness among people who might be upset psychologically if otherwise.

First, people do different kinds of jobs featuring different labor intensity and so the time needed to refresh their physical condition varies. For example, blue collar workers may work longer hours before they get tired physically, while white collar workers such as doctors and teachers are more mentally stressed.

Secondly, different tasks and duties are required for different professions, resulting in the variety of holiday periods for people in different walks of life. Some employees cannot have their legal holidays and even have to work overtime, such as policemen, construction workers and people in the service line.

Like me, as a white collar do, all have many holidays in a year. Then factories have to employ considerably more workers because some of them are enjoying happy holiday. That’s obviously against the principles of doing business at lower cost and efficiency.

That’s a happy travel. At the same time, I hope I can enjoy every holiday like this. It is my dream.
