Good morning!

My name is Zhou Jiani, you can call me Kelly. I was born in Shanghai in year of 2002. I’m a sun-girl, I’m lovely and optimistic. At home, I’m a little good helper to my parents, I’m glad to help them to do some homework. In the school, I’m a good student to my teachers, a good friend to my classmates. I always actively take part in the activities of the school, and I’m also willing to help others. So, when my teachers and classmates need to help, they always glad to find me for help, such as take care of the class, write the blackboard, clean the classroom, festival decoration of the classroom and help others to buy some books…

I have a lot of hobbies, my favorite is travelling with my parents, enjoy the beautiful views and eat the different delicious food. I’m happy to share what I saw and experienced to my friends. I also like sports. I like swimming and skating.

Now, I will leave my school and go for junior high school. I want to say thanks to my parents, my teachers and my classmates in the past 5 years. And I very hope I can study in the new school, to learn more and more.

请各校认真领会市教体局《关于组织观看2014年秋季安全第一课的通知》精神，制定可行的观看“安全第一课”方案，要保证各校（园）在校（园）学生都能观看“安全第一课”，并按照“安全第一课”所授安全知识向学生进一步普及。

请将家长观看的作业布置下去，让由网络条件的家庭按照观看方法和要求收看，并引发《家长观看回执单》，回收并存档，做好统计备查。

各校要认真对待这项工作抓好落实，将学生观看“安全第一课”时间电话报教育办，教育办将组织人员按照各校上报时间进行督查。

各区市教育（体）局，高新区社会事务局,局属各学校，有关民办学校：

为进一步提升广大师生的自救技能，提高家长的安全监管意识和能力，营造“人人学安全”的良好氛围。新学期开学之际,青岛市教育局联合中国教育学会，依托“学校安全教育平台”，推出2014年秋季“安全第一课”专题教育，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、活动主题

用知识守护生命

二、参加对象

全市中小学生及其家庭

三、活动形式

观看安全教育视频短片为主

四、活动时间

2014年9月1日(星期一)-9月15日(星期一)

五、观看内容

视频内容主要包括“交通安全、预防溺水、防震自救、消防安全、预防性侵害、防恐安全及日常需注意的安全事项等教育内容。

本次专题活动特别推出《安全第一课》家长版，目的是让家长积极配合学校加强对孩子的安全教育。

六、组织办法

1.学生观看：由学校统一组织学生在“学校安全教育平台”

（青岛市学校安全教育平台：qingdao.safetree.com.cn）上观看，此主题会放到平台“专题中心”栏目，并在平台首页提供明显入口（学校参与流程见附件1）。

2.家长观看：由学校布置为家庭作业，在“学校安全教育平台”（青岛市学校安全教育平台：qingdao.safetree.com.cn）—“我的作业”中完成，针对家长视频，平台同时提供手机版本，以便于家中无电脑或工作繁忙的家长学习（家长参与流程见附件

2）。

七、有关要求

1.高度重视。各单位要充分认识利用这一契机强化安全教育的必要性和重要性，抓住时机，周密安排，严密组织，切实把2014年秋季“安全第一课”上好，提高师生安全技能，加强家长安全监护意识，为全年学校安全教育工作打牢基础。

2.精心组织。各单位要召集有关人员认真研究，对2014年秋季“安全第一课”的时间、内容、形式、组织管理等做出周密安排，制定具体可行的活动方案，确保活动覆盖到每一所学校、每一名学生和家长。

3.加强督查。专题教育活动结束后，各区市教育（体）局要对所辖学校2014年秋季“安全第一课”的专题教育开展情况进行督查，市教育局将对2014年秋季“安全第一课”的专题教育情况进行数据汇总和通报。
