今年暑假补课共25天时间,为了充分利用这一宝贵时间,使学生在此期间学有所获,达到预期的补课效果,特制定如下计划。

一、 补课内容

以SEFCⅢ中moudle5-8中的基础知识部分为主,结合使用集体印发的复习资料,依据学生情况进行必要的语法及练习题的讲解,同时进行必备的单词听写和作文训练。

通过此安排,计划在本次补课结束后完成第一轮复习,即对于8个模块的课本基础知识的巩固记忆和提高。

三、 补课方式

以高三英语课本内容依托,以讲练结合的方式进行。其中课堂上重点以理解课文内容知识和讲解语言点为主,课后学生主要结合《优化设计》,《英语周报》以记忆和做相应的练习为主。

四、作业布置及检查

每天都给学生留适量的作业,并在第二天逐个检查,对于记单词检查是逢早读必考。然后批阅,从而及时了解学生掌握情况。

五、课后辅导

对学生中存在的普遍问题,由课代表汇总反映,然后利用自习时间到班上讲解,对于个别学生的个性问题,进行个别辅导。

六、对学生的管理和思想教育

由于在假期,大多数学生的思想和情绪可能不是很稳定,加之经过整整一学期的学习,好多学生也比较疲乏和烦躁,所以做好学生的管理和思想教育工作也是不可期间的一项主要任务,因此,我们在上课的同时,还要严格要求、管理,并及时开导学生,以确保补课的应有效果。

假期学生补课的反思

徐州市田家炳中学 邱旭(221200) 我通过大量的调查发现,各阶段学生假期花销对比,无论是小学生、初中生还是高中生,假期花销主要分为五大类:课外辅导费、才艺培训费、夏(冬)令营、家长兑现承诺、高科技电子产品。其中,补课费所占比重明显高于其他项支出,在排行榜中居首。

今年我们江苏省教育厅规定,所有学校(幼儿园、小学、初级中学、高级中学,私立学校也不例外),都应与6月底前放假,下学期9月2日正式开学上课。为确保全省中小学师生度过一个愉快、祥和、平安的假期,要求严格执行“五严”规定,假期间,任何学校及教师均不得安排返校日或返校活动,不得以任何形式、在任何地点组织上课、补课和变相上课、补课,也不得介绍、组织学生参加社会办学机构的各类培训及补习活动,不得安排学生大型集体活动;并要求各地中小学合理布置学生的假期作业,学生每天的书面作业量要与平时的要求相当,不得布置教师不批改的书面作业。这样一来我们江苏暑假有两个月左右时间。于是乎给假期补课提供了一个充分理由和充裕时间,随着暑假到来,针对中小学生的各种辅导培训班、补习班火热登场。放假前后,我们县城大街小巷各种暑期教育机构和个人辅导班也火热登场,它们各具特色的招生宣传广告,漫天飞舞,眼花缭乱,大都以名校名师为诱饵,甚至吹得神乎其神,形成一道独特的风景线。笔者暗访多家辅导培训机构和个人辅导班时发现,各种辅导培训班的报名情况十分火爆,而且中学生占了多数。或自愿或被迫,越来越多的中学生正在加入到暑假补习的大军中来。你再看那些学生们假期间背着沉重的书包,奔波与各种辅导班之间。

每年放假前,教育部、共青团中央、全国妇联联合发出通知,要求各地教育行政部门、共青团委以及中小学校,要引导学生合理安排暑期学习生活。我们江苏省教育厅、县教育主管部门等也于放假前下发各种通知或召开各种会议,要求各学校不得补课并进行安全教育,使学生度过一个健康、安全、文明、愉快和有意义的暑假。一边是教育主管部门的三令五申严禁补课,一边是补课依旧,夹在中间的是不堪其苦的学生们和无可奈何的家长们。补课已成为一个暑期里最沉重的话题之一,究竟学生为什么要补课?暑期该不该补课?这一直是让孩子们和家长们感到矛盾的一件事。这是一个不争的事实:对学生而言,有的科目是讲授新课,不补就学不到新知识;对家长而言,怕别人的孩子补了,自己的孩子不补,成绩会落后。

补课作为一种社会现象,也许很难用“对”与“错”来进行简单评价,但值得我们去思考。笔者做了调查,70%以上的学生家长想给自己的孩子补课,并且愿意为此“埋单”,这些都来自升学竞争的压力,现在社会竞争的异常残酷和激烈,社会要求学历高越来越高(如我们睢宁县招聘高中教师,要求学历最低

为硕士研究生;再如一些用人单位招聘时明确规定只招硕士研究生和博士生;我曾经还看到过新闻报道某市园林局招聘了好多博士生。)。于是每一位家长都希望自己子女将来有出息,学习就成了实现他们愿望的最佳甚至唯一途径;另外,对家长而言,家长的望子成龙和互相攀比心理,他们也不想给孩子补课,孩子累,他们也累。但没办法,看着周围邻居、同事给孩子报辅导班,都在补,自己的孩子不补,担心自己家的孩子落后于人,也会选择“跟风”报名;还有一部分家长认为孩子自制力差,自己在家里缺少学习主动性,学习效率不高,通过在辅导班或找老师补课则可以做到有计划有规律地学习;当然也有的确实是因为家长上班忙,无暇照顾孩子,孩子在家既孤独又寂寞,权当花钱找人看小孩了,这样家长放心,孩子也较安全,何乐而不为。30%以下家长不支持孩子补课,他们认为,放假就是让孩子好好休息的,况且现在的学生需要放松,轻松的学习,而不是每天面对课本。再者暑假补课,炎热的天气你能保证学生会认真听老师讲吗?另一方面学生家长认为,孩子学习的东西大体分两部分,一部分是基础知识,这部分必须牢固掌握,第二部分就是在基础知识的基础上发挥题。任何的中考或高考,其基础分占到60%以上,有时能达到70%,如果孩子基础分不丢,考上重点院校是没问题的。另外30%左右的发挥题,孩子不可能一点发挥不出来,因为这些题只是在基础题上发生了一些变化。其实,我们作为家长更应该关注孩子最基础的知识掌握怎么样,在这种情况下,我们不主张孩子补课。当然,孩子如果存在偏科的问题,应该先弄清孩子哪里不足,如果是孩子上课不注意听造成的,即使去补课也是解决不了问题的;再者学生家长认为补课花销太大。特别对于我们江苏高考模式和徐州市中考模式(当然模式是好是坏,是否科学合理,另当别论,不是我们老师和基层学校说着算的!),学生主要恶补数学和英语,平均每小时50元,每天按至少2小时,两个月少说也得5000元左右。对于广大的老百姓来说是一笔不小开支。许多家长一提补课,气不打一出来,深恶而痛绝之,但无奈。16.4% 学生想补课,一方面认为,假期太长,如果老是玩,既荒废学业也养成懒散习惯;另一方面,他们认为学生吃点苦,也是应该的,对自己也是锻炼和挑战;再一方面,他们认为平时学习主动性不强,补课是在老师指导监督下,既有学习压力也有学习氛围,也可以把落下功课不上去;当然其中还有“想补课”,不是真正想补课,而是烦家长一天到晚唠叨,出去补课实际上是一种解脱。

笔者认真地梳理、思考后认为有这样一些因素的共同作用,阻碍了“补课禁令”的推行,使补课有广阔市场。

1:中国目前应试教育体制是造成学生假期补课的主要原因。

《青年文摘》上曾经刊登过一篇这样文章,正在上小学的女孩对奶奶说:“我真羡慕您,想像您一样。”迟暮的老人让青春年少的孩子如此羡慕,十分不解。女孩解释说:“看您现在活的多自在,不用写作业、不用补课,也没有

升学的压力,想去哪去哪,自己的事自己做主。”女孩这样的解释让我们感到既心酸又悲哀又无奈!众所周知,“禁补令”是为减负而推出。但是,单靠一纸“禁补令”却无法达到减负目的。问题到底出在了哪里?笔者认为,从经济学角度考虑,有需求就有市场。学校的应试教育、家长的望子成龙、高考拿分说话、“一考定终身”、 “万般皆下品,惟有读书高”等等,??如果这些不改变,“禁补令”就没有在现实环境里生存的土壤环境,再好的政策也没用。根源在哪?答案很简单:应试教育体制。

毋庸讳言,考试制度相对于我们这样有几千年文明史而且人情观念相对较浓厚的国家,那怕是目前有“拼爹”等的不正常现象而言,考试制度还是一种比较公平的制度,对于选拔人才有着其他制度不可替代的优势。然而目前我们国家却在高考的指挥棒下形成了痼疾严重的应试教育制度,其带来的负面影响也不容忽视,学生假期补课只是其中的一个副产品。从根本上来讲,中小学生课业负担过重源于现行的考试制度,在每个学生都无法回避的应试教育的大背景下,除了高分数和高升学率,很难再找到一个更有说服力的评价标准。所以,学生假期补课不过是应试教育的衍生产品,应试教育制度不改变,“禁补令”就不可能从根本上禁止。面对激烈的升学竞争压力,只要还有包括高考、中考在内的各种考试,学生假期补课就很难叫停,假期补课才成为一个全国性的普遍问题。而如果现有僵化的应试教育制度不改变,无论教育管理部门如何禁止,学生假期补课的现象都不可能消失,因为高考和中考直接关系着学生的未来,而要考高分,就不得不加倍努力提高应试技巧,假期补课也就成为理所当然。 2: “不愿输在起跑线上”的错误观念也是其中原因之一。

当前社会特别是教育界有句很盛行的口号是:不要让孩子输在起跑线上!这成了许多家长共同关心和忧虑的问题。由于中国的教育资源有限且不均衡分布,从而造成了择校等教育领域的不公平现象,很多孩子由于家庭的、经济的原因成为教育不公的牺牲品,不能跟另外一些孩子公平起跑。再加上近年来中国的就业竞争异常激烈,考上重点大学、重点高中,就意味着为日后的就业竞争增加了获胜的砝码,名牌大学的毕业生比一般大学的毕业生更容易找到好工作,这种现象已经是不争的事实(好多年来,部分单位在招聘条款中设置“院校门槛”,非985院校、非211院校不要)。如我们睢宁县,成绩好的初三学生家长担心孩子能否考上徐州市第一中学,认为考上徐州市第一中学,就能考上名牌大学;较弱些初三学生的家长担心自己孩子能否考上睢宁高级中学,非睢宁高级中学不上。而小学生家长不惜重金给孩子选择新世纪中学,上不了新世纪中学,想法设法选择第二中学,而且求哥哥拜姐姐,把小孩编在实验班。正是因为这样原因,所以,绝大多数家长(除非边远农村或家庭非常贫困)支持学生补课,正是在这种教育资源分布不均匀和就业压力大做出的无奈选择,那怕是目前 有“拼爹”等的不正常现象而言,绝大分老百姓还是相信知识能改变命运。据新闻报道2013年全国各地有近100万应届生不参加高考。高中生弃考,

无论何种原因,都值得我们深思;若到老百姓和广大学生认为读书无用时,认为知识改变不了命运时,那是多么可悲和痛心的事。2013年大学生签约率低和就业困难,被称为“史上最难”的就业年,这也无疑助长了补课之风的盛行。有调查显示, 90%的学生都报名参加了假期补习班,而在一些较好的学校,学生参加补课几乎是100%。在“不输在起跑线上”的压力驱动下,为了能在以后激烈的就业竞争中出类拔萃,学生时期的补课就成了实现目标的主要途径。 3:逐经济利益也是学生假期补课屡禁不止的重要原因。

不可否认,学生假期补课费用不菲,经济利益也是导致虽有明文禁令,但事实上或明或暗的补课形式、各色各样的补习班却屡禁不止。还没到假期,各种社会办学广告就在各中小学门口大肆散发,其中有些还用不实许诺引诱望子成龙的家长们;而假期一到,一些社会上所谓有名气的补习班的“生意”就异常火爆。经济利益的另一个表现是教师补课费收入扶摇直上。据悉,一些在假期补课的教师补课收入相当可观,一些重点学校教师的补课费每小时收入几百元很平常。教师在暑期补课挣“外块”早已是一个公开的秘密。一个暑假下来,补课教师少的赚五六千,多的三四万元都不稀奇。正是在利益的驱动下,假期里许多补课班遍地开花、越办越火,尽管禁止补课的文件年年在下达,社会上各种明的、暗的补课班也的确从未停止过。

4:教育主管部门监管不力,也是一个因素。

尽管各级教育主管部门下发好多禁止补课文件,也召开多次禁止补课会议,但没人去落实,只是靠他人去检举或举报,而相关的官员不积极更不主动,令“禁补令”就只能停留在教育主管部门的红头文件上和口头上说说而已。若教育主管部门的相关人员严查、重罚,甚至重处,查到一起,处理一起,杀一儆百,绝不姑息,我相信会有一定效果的。如山东省教育厅的做法,值得我省借鉴。山东省教育厅刚刚出台的《山东省普通中小学管理基本规范(试行)》要求,严格控制学生作息时间。走读生每天在校学习时间(包括自习)小学不超过6小时、中学不超过8小时。晚间、双休日和其他法定节假日不上课。今年暑假前,山东省教育厅专门下发通知,要求坚决制止中小学校假期加班补课行为,对违规办学行为的处罚措施,采取通报批评、取消评优资格等一系列措施制止违规办学行为。对造成严重影响或重大损失的,要追究相关责任人的行政或法律责任。山东省在这之前就有因补课相关学校校长和老师受到处理。 针对目前“补课风”,笔者提出一些不成熟的建议。

1:政府应真正改变应试教育模式,真正贯彻素质教育。

给孩子假期补补课,其实是‘人之常情’,每个家长都很难‘免俗’,即使是我们搞教育工作的人自己也是如此。从深层次上说,这既与中国重视子女教育

的儒家传统文化有关,也和社会就业压力大、社会用人制度仍十分注重学历等现实因素有关。假期补课问题看起来很小,实际上要解决却十分复杂。改革应试教育、提倡素质教育的口号已经提出好几年了,但是素质教育至今还是停留在口头上的一个模糊概念,因为近年来所标榜的素质教育成功的典范仍然是以考上名牌重点大学为标志,这无疑使应试教育披上了素质教育的美丽外衣而变本加厉。在素质教育口号下,学生实际面对的是更残酷的考试竞争,所接受的是更严格的应试教育。我们江苏每年高考成绩出来后,都会在报刊上刊登全省文理状元及各市文理状元,社会就会随之出现追状元风,在这样的情况下,应试教育无疑更受追捧。过于僵化的应试教育体制不变革,学校教育追逐升学率的风气就不能从源头上予以遏制,学生假期补课的“禁补令”就只能停留在教育部的红头文件上。也就是说,学生假期补课是中国应试教育体制的必然产物,学生真正的压力来自于教育体制,即便是教育部通过强制手段实现了禁补,其他替代补课形式也会滋生。因此,教育主管部门与其在打压补课之类形式上劳神费力,还不如敦促、建议政府尽快彻底地改革现行的应试教育体制,真正贯彻素质教育。华中师范大学教育学院范先佐教授认为,中国教育的很多问题表现在教育,实际上却是社会多方面问题的折射,要解决补课问题,需要整个社会的综合作用。只有通过用人制度、社保制度等各方面的配套改革,通过社会发展缩小城乡差距,通过改革人才选拔方式等等方面,才能减去教育身上附加的“沉重”,才可能根本改变补课热。很显然这样问题的解决,只有靠政府。 2:教育主管部门应做好教育资源合理均衡配置。

教育部门本身不能无所作为,教育主管部门首先要做的,就是促进教育资源均衡分布,尽可能将投入重点放在薄弱学校和农村学校,缩小学校间教育水平差距,补课热、择校热等一系列教育热点、难点问题才会有所缓解。如南京市的一些做法值得我们借鉴。2010年底,《南京市中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》明确提出,确立未来十年南京教育“高水平推进教育基石工程,加快建设现代化教育名城”的战略发展主题。“要推进优质教育资源均衡化,全面提高教育质量,培养造就一支高素质的教师队伍是关键,而农村学校尤为如此。”南京市教育局局长吴晓茅说,推进教育均衡不仅是政府的职责,也应该是学校的责任,而培育“造血功能”更是学校落实推进教育均衡的关键。一个是省级重点名校,一个是农村薄弱学校,如何使教育资源均衡发展,让名校带动薄弱学校?如南京第一中学与南京市六合区马集镇初级中学在2009年举行了“结对帮扶”签字仪式,两校成为了兄弟学校,签署了一份特殊的《拜师协议书》。南京一中六位名特优教师在接下来的时间里,将成为马集中学六位骨干教师的结对导师,在课堂教学、论文撰写、课题研究等方面提供指导和帮助,以此来为马集中学培养更多具有“造血”功能的骨干教师。马集中学作为一所农村学校,如何使其拥有一支高素质的教师队伍,南京一中在其中发挥了重要作用,在推动马集中学培养“造血”功能上下足了功夫。近几年来,南京一中
