Of all the ways ,I think the most effective way is to share our happiness and sorrow with our friends ,which will help to make us feel better .I hope everyone can reduce too much stress in study and live a relaxing and happy life.

Firstly, we’re wanted to live up to our parents’ expectations; Meanwhile, we students also do hope to pass the coming College Entrance Examination, admitted to a famous university; Another source of pressure is the catch-up trend between students, if we’re not diligent, we’ll probably leave behind soon.

If my approaches don’t work for you, why don’t you adopt communication with others, pouring out what you feel, perhaps this way can be most effective to release your stress.
