【摘 要】英语的写作能力是需要培养的，在教学过程中，英语教师要充分认识到中学生在写作能力上的差异，进行分层指导、因材施教，只有对学生进行分层教学，才能缩小城乡学生在英语写作上的差距

传统的英语教学模式不利于培养中学生写作实践能力。为了改变这样的教学问题，必须对英语基础课程教学进行革新，有效的推进英语写作新课程，全面提高中学生的英语写作能力。在课程革新的过程中，英语教师要树立与新课程教学同步的教学理念，学习并熟悉的掌握新的教学方法。

1. 英语写作能力的差异性

事物在发展过程中并不是平衡的状态，彼此存在着差异，英语写作上更是如此。这些差异是客观存在的，并不能改变这种状况，只能通过有效的方法缩短距离。在用同样的英语教材条件下，每个小学生学到的英语知识存在着很大的差别，这与英语的教学模式、教师的英语水平和学生的接受能力息息相关。一些乡村学校在接受小学教育过程中并没有英语这一科，而大多数市区学校都设有这门课。升学到初中时，

一开始对英语的接受能力上就存在着很大差别，由于对英语知识的缺乏导致了初中生在英语写作能力上的差别。

2. 因材施教教学模式

“因材施教”的意思就是要依据不同中学生的具体状况，在英语写作上采用不同的教育方式。这种教学方法需要英语教师要根据中学生的实际情况和自身的差异来进行不同的教学，能够让学生在英语写作上取长补短，全面提高中学生的写作能力。

“因材施教”在我国古代也是一种重要的教育方式，孔子可以说是“因材施教”的第一人，这项教育方式也是孔子在教育实践中得出的。孔子可以说是一位很优秀的教师，他能够在日常学习过程中了解学生，可以说出学生的自身特点和智商，依据不同的学生采用不同的教育方法，这种教育方式的应用培养了很多的人才。中学生在身心发展上有很大的差别，每个学生的学习兴趣不同，写作方式也有差异，尤其是中学生接受知识的能力上，因此英语教师要对学生有所了解，找出不足和优势进行因材施教，只有这样才能让中学生提高他们的英语写作水平。

3. 因材施教应注意的问题

一方面，英语教师要充分了解每个中学生英语写作的倾向和成绩，发现学生的自身优势，根据中学生的英语写作水平进行划分，有针对性的因材施教。了解中学生的写作兴趣是做好因材施教的前提条件。

另一方面，现在的英语授课都是在课堂上进行集体教学，都是大家一起学习很难照顾全面，让一些英语写作能力较强的中学生得不到很好的发展，写作能力较弱的学生受到心理压力。随着国力的增强，国家交流也逐渐频繁，英语成为我国接触最多的一门语言，也是国家现代化发展过程中所需要的人才，这样的趋势下，教育部门把英语作为一个语言课程放到学校教育上。在英语教课过程中英语教师要对学生有一定的了解，对不同层次的中学生进行分层，根据他们的层别因材施教，重点培养学生的写作能力，这样才能为国家的发展提供英语方面的人才，促进国际交流，从而带动我国的经济发展。

4. 因材施教的优缺点

因材施教的优点是：根据中学生英语写作水平的差异进行不同的教育，不但方便教师对学生英语写作的管理，还能带动全体学生对英语写作的兴趣。教师可以在班级里进行分组的形式，让学生之间彼此帮助，充分调动学生对英语写作的积极性，全面提高中学生的英语写作能力。在课上教师要采用全英语式的教学，还可以借助于多媒体，这样可以增强中学生的求知欲，产生对英语的兴趣，有了兴趣才会用心

学习，通过对英语知识的认识，才能更好的进行英语写作。

因材施教的缺点是：中学的一个班级人数会比较多，城乡学生在英语写作能力上有很大差异，简单的进行分层并不能找出太大的差异，如果进行更多层次的分层指导，会增加教师的工作量，每节课英语教师要根据学生的层次进行备课、授课，要在一节课上采用不同的教学方法，可以让中学生根据自身需要进行知识接收，弥补不足、提升写作水平。

5. 结语

By contrast, how about these intelligent children separated from others? they could not get more opportunities to make new friends and be confined in such a narrow scope, either mentally or physically. in china, there are several special schools or classes sponsored by famous universities, called: juvenile class, which means they just eol intelligent children with very high iq. most of these children are very young but accepting overwhelming study burden. they do not study with the same age children, yet separately. they are in spotlight, and become the focus of society with high expectation. however, not all of them could be successful in the future, even some children get serious psychological problems under such pressure. they lose the rights of sharing happiness they should have.

Then, to be a successful person, s/he should be an ordinary person first. if the children are deprived of spending time with their friends and classmates, they will lose happiness. then, they could not grow up normally and healthily. in my opinion, children should not be separated but study together.
