Several days ago i saw a post of a two week critical pedagogy training program in a local newspaper,and i really want to attend it in the second term.

I have been teaching English for about ten years,During these 10 years,I came across a lot of difficulties in teaching,but luckily ,every time I overcame it very well,and my students also made a progress in their English,and I was named the excellent teacher at our school.Everything goes well,but in the first term of this year,i think a lot,the world is changing,my students are changing,everything is changing,it is clear that my old way to teach is out of step with the times.In the Internet Age,our students,they can get information very quickly and are eager to learn something new.And this demands me to create a new way to teach,to combine the old knowledge with the new things ,and that’s why i am eager to attend the training program.

theory and improve my teaching skill.After i come back school,i will apply this new method to our students,if the new methods do work and our students really improve their English,we can share the new method to other teachers,that would be the good way to make use of the school teaching resources.
