“随着管理科学的不断发展,人性假设分别经历了“经济人”、“社会人”、“自我实现人”向“复杂人”的转变过程,越来越突出人的社会需求、心理感受,重视人的非理性因素——情绪,管理科学已经逐步由理性主义管理向人本主义管理转变.过去的企业管理将人作为工具使用,忽视人的情感因素,而随着社会学者对情绪的不断研究以及“以人为本”理念的提出,我们的国家和企业更加关注员工自身的发展,越来越多的企业领导者都认识到情绪资本对企业发展的重要性.
本文运用了文献研究法、理论分析法等研究方法,以情绪与情绪管理相关理论为理论基础,分析了企业员工情绪管理现状及存在的问题,从企业、员工两方面入手,对企业员工产生不良情绪的原因进行了着重研究,并剖析了摩托罗拉、3M公司和海尔对员工情绪管理的相关实例,归纳总结提炼出员工情绪管理的相关策略和方法”
