Dear editor:
I'm writing this letter to complaint about my neighbor.
Every day, the young man next door go home very late at night, each time when he back to his home, he would shut the door heavily which always make a big noise. Besides, he always speak on the telephone loudly, which makes me cannot sleep well.
Every night, he will hold a party, the music is very loud, rubbish can be seen everywhere.
I was tried to communicate with him about this case many times, but it doesn't work. I hope this new paper could help me to give him some advise.
