Dear Ladies and Gentlemen in NASCA Cafe:
Once again I am very sorry to disturb you,and I understand the difficulties of service.Therefore I never made any institution or individual complained to a restaurant,but because of what had happened to me in this restaurant,I had to put my first time today to give your complaint.
In November 7,2013 at noon,we choose your restaurant to book a special lunch for us,because we trust your restaurant.Here is what had happened,so I have no choice but to describe it:
11:35,I called NASCA To Go book 5 meals,the waiter's attitude is very good,and I was very satisfied.After,about fifteen minutes.NASCA send the first three meals,when I saw these three meals,I funded out that by comparing these three meals to the previous meals,today’s a lot worse (less food and the color made people fell no appetite.I immediately informed the attendants,hoping thequality of following several foods could be better.I thought after raised,the following delivery lunches will have improved,but it let me down.I hereby solemnly declare that I am writing this letter is not to get what compensation.
Dear Members of NASCA Cafe restaurant manager,although I am very satisfied with the quality of lunch.
I sincerely hope to have your restaurant communicating in good faith and respond!
