我们两边分别对x求导 得 e^x+e^y*dy/dx=cos(xy)*(y+x*dy/dx)
移项 e^x-y*cos(xy)=[x*cos(xy)-e^y]*dy/dx
dy/dx= [e^x-y*cos(xy)]/[x*cos(xy)-e^y]

d(e^x)/dx+d(e^y)/dx=d[sin(xy)]/dx
e^x+(e^y)(dy/dx)=cos(xy)*(y+xdy/dx)
∴[(e^y)-xcos(xy)](dy/dx)=ycos(xy)-e^x
dy/dx=[ycos(xy)-e^x]/[(e^y)-xcos(xy)]
