九九重阳节是我国传统节日，古时候，每到这天，大家便要登高，插茱萸。而今天，我们也做一件有意义的事，那就是去敬老院献爱心，送温暖。

到了敬老院，迎面就碰上一群年迈的老爷爷，老奶奶。我们赶忙把准备好的礼品送了上去。“爷爷，您吃这；奶奶，给您毛巾。”“小朋友，谢谢你们啊！”

转眼间，寂静的敬老院立刻变成了欢乐的海洋。老人们好像年轻了许多，微笑着和我们交谈。

送完了礼品，就该表演节目了。首先上场的是女同学的舞蹈表演，那轻快的舞姿，就像几条丝带在空中舞动一般。大家都看得入了迷，几位老奶奶还随着舞蹈打起了节拍。

接下来的节目是男同学的诗朗诵，随着主持人的声音响起，阵阵响亮的朗诵声回荡在小院子里，那声音婉转起伏，时而像连绵的山脉，时而像波涛汹涌的大海。老人们不由得向我们竖起了大拇指。

一下午就在这歌声和欢笑声中度过了，转头看天，火红的残阳已烧红了半边天，我们只得依依不舍的离开了敬老院。

重阳节活动

成都高新实验小学5（4）班 . 林桁西

星期天是九九重阳节，又叫老年节。我们班家委会组织部分学生在家长的带领下去三圣乡的一座敬老院看望老人们。迎着朝霞，我们一路欢歌笑语，朝着美丽的花乡进发。

敬老院坐落在风景优美、充满鸟语花香的红砂村。一进门，我们便望见许多老爷爷、老奶奶笑咪咪地看着我们。领队跟院长商量了活动安排。

小演出开始了，首先文婧代表大家祝老人们节日快乐，我们手捧重阳节诗歌声情并茂地朗诵起来，诵毕，热烈的掌声久久回响；接着，殷嘉伟拉起了小提琴，乐曲优美动听，大家都称赞不已。

领队王孙懿铃的妈妈说我们男女生能不能来个集体节目，于是，女生们率先奉上《A little love》，我们男生则深情款款地演唱了另一首歌《We will rock you》。

最后，男女生合唱《感恩的心》，有的老人也情不自禁地跟着唱起来，大家互相鼓掌，整个敬老院成为了欢乐的海洋。我们捧上事先准备的>礼物送到老人们手里，他们一个劲地说：“谢谢！”

院长为我们介绍一位100岁的慈祥老人，满头银发，大伙儿都争先恐后地跟她握手、合影留恋，她也不停地对我们说：“好好学习，天天向上！”??到了该离开的时间了，我们依依不舍地跟老人们一一道别。

这次活动，给老人们带去了>温暖和快乐，让我感觉特别的>幸福和满足，我也深刻地认识到，对老人的关爱决不仅限于每年的这一天，它充满在我们日常生活的每时每刻，所以，让我们都行动起来，对身边的老人多一些理解、关爱和陪伴，让老人们不再孤单，让他们都能够安享幸福的晚年。
