起初，让开发者感到没有把握的是，这座填海而建的人工之都，是否少了一些人文味儿？毕竟，高科技虽然给生活创造了便利，但只有经历了风雨洗礼和文化沉淀，城市才能散发长久不衰的魅力。至少目前，松岛的50万新居民还陶醉在随时随地可拨打视频电话、中央垃圾自动回收系统等颇具“未来感”的生活方式中——看上去挺美，不是吗？

天空之城有望开建

1927年，德国导演弗里茨·朗在科幻默片《大都会》中，描绘了2026年人类社会的“颓废”景象——人类被分为两个阶层，富人住在梦幻般的富丽大厦里，日日享乐，而工薪阶层则长期被困在幽暗的地下城市，与冰冷的机器相伴。这个故事后来被日本漫画家手冢治虫绘成漫画，风靡一时。

而另一位动画大师宫崎骏的作品《天空之城拉普他》，却描述了完全不同的未来城市场景：在工业文明高度发达的“天空之城”消失后，绿色生命之树在废墟上繁衍，千疮百孔的钢铁设施与绿树繁花交错相生，构成了影片中最动人的画面。

不管是乐观还是悲观，“摩天楼”“云端”“绿色”这些关键词总是不断出现在我们对未来城市的设想中。

1989年，日本竹中建筑公司推出了一项有关未来建筑的宏伟计划——“天空之城

1000”。从外观设计图来看，这座“天空之城”显得雄心勃勃：高1000米、地面宽度400米，而其内部设计理念也绝非当今任何一座摩天大楼可比。

作为工业化以来目前为止世界上最大的都市集群，东京与世界上其他大型城市一样，备受绿地缺失和交通拥挤之苦，这也正是设计者寄望“天空之城1000”解决的问题：形象地说，就像抓住平铺地毯的中间部分把它拎起来一样，将原本在地面上开展的城市活动往高处延伸，成为“垂直都市”，把地面上多余的空地留给自然。

在“天空之城”内部，层叠着14个“空中高原”，面积总和为8平方公里。每一层都是独立的社区，中心是绿色生态空间，外围环绕着公寓和配套的商场、学校、休闲娱乐场所等公共设施。预计将有10万人在楼内工作，并容纳3500至3600名常住人口。

如果仅仅是一部科幻小说或漫画电影，“天空之城1000”在想象力上无可挑剔。然而，这毕竟是由建筑师提出的严谨科学的未来城市规划，它的功能性越复杂，越将面临建筑材料、施工方案等技术层面的挑战。

事实上，仅仅由于东京地质层过于松散的问题，就阻碍了“天空之城1000”计划的实施脚步。而即便真的建成，这个“庞然大物”还必须经得起当地常见的台风灾害的考验，其内部交通运转体系也仍需进一步完善。从上世纪末开始，相关实验就一直在竹中建筑研究所展开，据乐观估计，2030年有望开建。

美好生活与你相约

对于一个以“未来”为标的城市，几十年的规划设计时间并不长，也正因为科技的发展充满了未知，“未来城市”的标准和格局正在不断推进中。“天空之城1000”所倡导的理念代表了一种目前被广泛接受的趋势：以“润物细无声”的方式合理改造我们的城市、营造绿色生态环境，或许比推倒重建更为可取。

那么，真正的生态城，离我们有多远？

在距芬兰首都赫尔辛基30公里的图苏拉湖畔的一个住宅小区里，浓密的松柏形成一道天然的绿色围墙，一座老房子坐落在绿树环抱的庭院中央。目光所及之处，没有任何时尚的装修与装饰，色彩鲜艳的大型花朵艺术品是主人用旧耙子和旧漆桶自制的。“芬兰生态城之父”埃罗·帕洛黑莫就住在这里。

1．“首尔公社2026”

这个项目由韩国的Mass Studies公司设计，将在位于首尔市南部汉江附近地区建造。这座城市计划占地40万平方米，由1 5座1 6到53层不等的巨型“绿塔”组成，建筑表面被绿色植物覆盖。这些高达数百米的“绿塔”之间由高速公路连接，交通十分便利。该项目的建筑材料主要是玻璃和钢材。每座“绿塔”都带有几个球形隆起，这些巨大的球体内部将建有步行街、学校、医院等公共空间。“绿塔”上球体以外的部分将作为市民的居住空间。和其它一些新概念项目一样，“首尔公社2026”也将通过建筑结构中的太阳能发电装置实现能源自给。事实上，要在16年内完成这样不可思议的宏伟工程相当困难，但该方案本身足以 吸引全世界的注意力。
