一般雾都是跟纯牛奶一样，是乳白色的，而霾是灰色的，还有点儿呛鼻。我对雾，霾并不了解，所以我今天特意上网查了一下。哦，原来是这样啊，雾是有大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结的产物。雾的存在会降低空气透明度，使能见度恶化，如果目标物的水平能见度降低到1000米
霾也称灰霾，空气中的灰尘，硫酸，硝酸，有机碳氢化合物等粒子使大气混浊，视野模糊并导致能见度恶化。随着空气质量的恶化，阴霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。近期我国不少地区把阴霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为“雾霾天气”。
雾霾能使人“旧病复发”，因为雾霾里包含细菌，灰尘和病毒等污染物，再加上人为地工业废气，汽车尾气等，严重影响人们的身体健康。现在，我们班里的一些同学得了重感冒，做什么事都无精打采，一副病怏怏的样子。所以大家一定要保护已经千疮百孔的地球啊，保护环境，从我做起，让蓝天白云永远陪伴着我们！

这雾霾，因为人类不保护环境，乱排工业废水，使得原本清澈的小溪、小河变得浑浊，不再有可爱的小鱼们在水中欢快的游荡了;乱砍伐树木，使森林的树木急剧减少，大面积森林成为沙漠，难以抵挡风沙，这是多么严重啊!
大街上人烟稀少，没有几个人，也没有几辆车。出门的人统统“全副武装”，戴上口罩，围上围巾，戴上帽子，戴上手套。持续的雾霾天气使许多人患上了呼吸系统疾病，多数是老人和小孩。医院里人山人海，儿科门口挤满了上百位的患儿，这场面，堪比“春运”。据统计，近几天接诊人数中，近一半为呼吸道疾病患者，临床表现多数为发烧、咳嗽、流鼻涕，以及上呼吸道疾病，支气管炎，支气管肺炎、喘憋性肺炎最多。今年呼吸道疾病患者与去年同期相比，人数增加了三成。
据有关部门分析，这次雾霾天气主要是因为近期受逆温气候条件的影响、污染物不易扩散和冬季燃煤量大等导致空气质量变差的。长期的破坏生态也是恶劣天气的主要原因。所以，我们一定要保护环境，不要继续污染了。我们的地球现在已经变得千疮百孔了，我们不要再破坏它了!
这次雾霾天给人们的生活带来了极大的不便和危害了。为了预防雾霾带了的危害，我们要注意这几点：1、出门带口罩2、饮食清淡多喝水3、雾霾天气少开窗4、适量补充维生素D。这样我们就能与无情的雾霾抗争了!

雾霾天气是自然和人为污染环境所形成的，面对这种恶劣天气，我们只有采取各种措施尽量避免其给人们正常生活和健康带来的危害。
1.减少外出。抵抗力弱的老人儿童以及患有呼吸系统疾病的易感人群应尽量减少出门，或减少户外活动，外出时戴口罩防护身体，防止污染物由鼻、口侵入肺部，外出归来后，应立即清洗面部及裸露肌肤。
2.减少户外锻炼。雾霾天气气压低，能见度低，空气中悬浮大量尘埃等有毒颗粒，患有支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸道疾病患者，应尽量避免户外锻炼，以免诱发慢性病得发作或加重。同样大雾天气压较低，高血压、冠心病等慢性病患者不宜做户外锻炼，以避免诱发心绞痛、心衰。中等和重度霾天气易对人体呼吸循环系统造成刺激，尤其是在早晨空气质量较差。通常来说，若无冷空气活动和雨雪、大风等天气时，锻炼的时间

我想它长大了会是什么样呢？会不会长出小叶子，或者长出一个小花骨朵，渐渐绽开笑容。
我的豆子终于长大了，它把埋在土里的“头”抬了起来。
原来豆子并不象我想象的那样，长出小叶子或者是小花骨朵，而是顶着豆子皮从土里钻出来。
土把豆苗压得弯弯的，像一个驼背的老爷爷，恐怕要过几天才能直起身子来。 在游戏的活动后，老师询问一下同学的感受，认真观察，用心思考。并问下同学你的常胜秘密是什么？
二、写作：
要求：要像放电影一样的把刚才的事写清楚。
场面描写；也可以写自己的心理活动；也可以从旁观者的角度。要起一个好听的名字。写在随笔本上。
三、展示：把题目写在黑板上，根据题目选出展示作品；同学们推荐展示的作品。
四、朗读：自己读或者是推荐读。
五、布置作业：修改成文，写在作文本上或是作品集上。
六、小结：在失败的时候，挫折的时候，低落的时候，不断地勉力自己，给自己信心，每个人都有一个成功的人生。
