This phenomenon simply suggests that the increasing use of the mobile phones in people’s life.Most people have cellphones even the little children in our society,it is no exaggeration to say cellphones have changed human’s life in every respect such as working,studying,entertainment and so on .Therefore,how to make a balance between the cellphones and our daily life so that we can use this modern device to help us do the meaningful affairs is a big problem in our human’s mind.

As we all know each coin has two sides.It is obvious that we have experienced the advantages of using cellphones.firstly,we make a call and send a text message with cellphones to contact with our friends and relatives conveniently who are far away from us.secondly,there are many application softwares such as QQ,we-chat,micro-blog and games for communication and for fun .Thirdly,we use cellphones to search the information what we want and we also can use them to help us with our studies.So

many advantages that I cannot list all of them.

However,it is not difficult for us to find the disadvantages when we benefit from the cellphones at the same time.On the one hand,a great deal of people are crazy to play games on cellphones so that they forget to work and study even give up having a rest at night.On the other hand,some people use cellphones to do something immoral like cheating other people’s money.The negative influences have ruined our daily life more or less.

We’d better develop the strong points and avoid the weak points when something has opposite sides.we should make full use of cellphones to help us with their advantages and try our best to evade their disadvantages.

As we know, too much using of the mobile phone will make us suffer from electric wave radiation which is thought to be harmful to user’s brains. Moreover, for students, they may spend too much time in playing with their mobile phones and don’t pay much attention to their study.

To sum up, the mobile phone is a double-edged sword. In my opinion, we shouldn't spend too much time on it and don't let it disturb us from our studies. We should make good use of it and avoid the negative effects.
