其实写作就像烹饪先得准备食材,造房先得准备建材一样,也要事先准备好素材。文章的素材,等要写文章的时候再临时去“抓”,就如同亡羊补牢了。其实素材是看储存在你大脑里的“仓库”的库存量的,假如你从不存入,又何谈提取呢?素材积累的越是丰富,那么写出的文章也一定就越加充实。 那如何做到有备而来呢.?

一、找好作文烹饪的大锅——生活

作文就是把日常生活中,我们接触到的,使我们受到启发,得到教育,进而产生了感想的人或事记录下来,发达为思想感情的一个过程。换句话说:我们写的文章,就是实际生活在我们大脑中反映的产物,生活是汲取写作材料的源泉。 但是生活就象万花筒,五彩缤纷;生活就象海边的贝壳,五光十色,千姿百态。我们每天接触的人或事是那么的杂乱繁多,是不是每个人、每件事都可以成为我们写作的材料呢?显然不是的。第一我们写文章要宣扬先进思想,批判落后思维,提倡与时俱进,开拓进取,所以生活里那些有教育意义的人或事能成为文

明写文章的素材。第二,我们写文章讲究的是有感而发,写你在生活中最有感受的东西。在这里,关键是“有感受”三个字。一天的生活中,一定会有使你得到某种认识、引起某种思考或受到某种启发的东西,这些就是有感受的东西,就能成为很好素材。

光有素材还不行,如果你学不会储存这些宝贵的感受,那么它也是镜中花水中月。感受每每都如浮云般轻轻掠过你的心田,再静静的离开仿如不曾来过,只因它原来是不经意的渗入。那么等你有一天需要提取时,将是一片空白的记忆。 要想留住那份触动心田的感受,最好的方式莫过于日记。它是一种不受时间、空间和写作形式所限的文体。主要是作者处处留心周围的事物,仔细观察周围的人、事、景、物的所见、所闻、所感,不拘形式地记下来。日记就相当于你大脑的一个“仓库管理员”,记录下有独特体验感受的记忆,成为你的素材集中营。

二、还原作文烹饪的味道——真实。

为学生打造一个真实的世界。一是对现实的告知,它比大道理更重要;二是告知的真实性,对邪恶的告知可以形成“预知”。试问一个连真实都不知道的人,如何去告知别人什么是真实呢?

首先,让学生了解最真实的自己。知道自己的优缺点,对自己有个全面客观的认识,知道自己在写作上擅长什么。比如说同样的写一篇关于母爱的文章,有的人善于记叙文,就从围绕母亲我做的能表达母爱的难忘事件来表达母爱的无微不至;有的人善于议论文,就从自己对母爱的看法着手,或者对母亲种种行为表现的态度起笔,说明母爱的深沉伟大。取己之长,避己之短。比如在修辞手法的

选择上,比喻、拟人、夸张、设问等,你不需要一一用尽,你可以根据自己的喜好来考虑。

其次,给学生一个最真实的评价。一个恰当的评价可以成就人才,使你积极进取,奋勇向前!一个过分的评价可能摧毁希望,让人一蹶不振,停滞不前。比如有篇课文《“精彩极了”和“糟糕透了”》说道:一个作家,应该说生活中的每一个人,都需要来自母亲的力量,这种爱的力量是灵感和创作源泉。但是仅有这个是不全面的,它可能会把人引入歧途。所以还需要警告的力量来平衡,需要有人时常提醒你:“小心,注意,总结,提高。”。“精彩极了”,“糟糕透了”这两种声音一直交织在耳际??它们像两股风不断地向我吹来。我谨慎地把握住我生活的小船,使它不被哪一股风刮倒。我从心底里知道,“精彩极了”也好,“糟糕透了”也好,这两个极端的断言有一个共同的出发点——那就是爱。在爱的鼓舞下,我努力地向前驶去。

试问这位作者如果只有来自母亲鼓励式的评价,可能永远无法取得进步,看不到自己的不足,进而盲目自大;换言之如果只有来自父亲严厉的评价,可能早就放弃写作了,更加不会精益求精不断鞭策自己了。我们老师就更应该慎重地运用评价。在作文评价中以鼓励为主,让学生保持写作热情,多关注学生的点滴进步,与此同时也不忘说明学生的不足之处,指引他们努力的方向。

最后,教学生抒发真实的情感。老师的义务就是教育学生求真务实,在写作上也是这个道理,一篇好的文章,抓眼球,推辞藻,都不如动人心。很多学生作文中常见有抒情不真挚的毛病。比如我们有些同学无论什么事情,动不动就写“热

泪盈眶”,动不动就“感动不已”,给人一种矫揉造作、装腔作势的感觉。抒情本是对事物有了深切感受,发自内心最自然不过的情感的表达。

讲解作文时老师可以用你的语言引导学生的勤动脑,使之独立思考,将作文要叙述、描写或者议论的,与内心感受交织起来写,自然结合。无论是欢乐还是悲哀,是愤怒还是激动的感情的表达,让眼中所见所为的事物与心中所感的思绪,应该是一致的。

比如说关于“我和书的故事”的写作,几乎所有的学生都写到:我爱上了阅读,书是我的知心好友,是我的智慧大师,让我很快乐,获得更多的知识??却说不出让自己快乐的具体事例,自己和书有过什么难忘经历体验,空洞的说辞,有时连自己都说服不了吧!为什么不勇敢的说出自己对书本真实的想法呢?从来不会觉得枯燥乏味吗?每一本书都给你快乐了吗?你是真心的热爱阅读吗?

三、变换作文烹饪的手法——新颖

在这里我把作文艺术比作了一种烹饪艺术。就拿烹饪来说吧,红烧肉你做的很好吃,可是你吃多了也会觉得腻,久了,可能连筷子都懒得动了。那你为什么不换个做法呢?可以做成水煮肉片,或者试试白切肉,蘸点酱汁,相信也不错啊!这样同样的食材,在你手中就变成了不同的菜式了,一定让人赞不绝口。

作文也是此理,同样是作文素材你可以用不同的手法去串联,成为独家创作。例如:写一次难忘的比赛,你每次都是写记得那是什么时候,在哪里那些人一起,怎样的一场比赛,结果如何。这次你可以先写出这场比赛的结果,再来回忆当时难忘的角逐场面,采用倒叙的手法。写妈妈的作文,你习惯写妈妈对你的关怀备

每天吃饭,妈妈都会做出一道道香喷喷的菜,趁着周末,我也想学烧一道菜,今后可以露露一下自己的厨艺。

为了学烧菜,我可没少下功夫。我先找来妈妈的菜谱,仔细看每道菜的做法,最后选了一道菜,既简单又爱吃的炒包菜。

我把洗净的包菜一片一片叠起来放在砧板上,再拿出刀分别把包菜、生姜、大葱切成细丝。准备就绪,我打开煤气,把油倒入锅里,当油烧热时,我把切好的生姜和大葱放入油中,只听“吱——”的一声,香味立刻飘了出来。我手忙脚乱地把切好的包菜也倒入锅中,开始不停地翻炒起来,可手中的锅铲一点也不听指挥。我侧着身子翻炒着,手却抖个不停,正炒着,不知怎么回事,一些菜竟然乐得“跳”到了我的手指上,“真烫!”我跺着脚,迅速把它们“请”回了锅里,再看看手指,红了一片!可我心想:马上就要成功了,可不能放弃啊。

我忍着疼痛,坚持着,看着锅里的菜快要熟时,我加了些盐和味精,轻轻地把我的“作品”展示到盘子里。

当一家人品尝炒包菜时,都夸我这道菜味道好极了,我乐滋滋的,真切地体会到了劳动带来的快乐。

BRITISH CUISINE

Traditional British cuisine is substantial, yet simple and wholesome. They have long believed in four meals a day. Their fare has been influenced by the traditions and tastes from different parts of the British Empire: teas from Ceylon and chutney, kedgeree, and mulligatawny soup from India.

British cuisine has always been multicultural, a pot pourri of eclectic styles. In ancient times influenced by the Romans and in medieval times the French. When the Frankish Normans invaded, they brought with them the spices of the East: cinnamon, saffron, mace, nutmeg, pepper and ginger. Sugar came to England at that time, and was considered a spice----rare and expensive. Before the arrival of cane sugars, honey and fruit juices were the only sweeteners. The few Medieval cookery books that remain record dishes that use every spice in the larder, and chefs across Europe saw their task to be the almost alchemical transformation of raw ingredients into something entirely new (for centuries the English aristocracy ate French food) which they felt distinguished them from the peasants.

Generally speaking, the British breakfast is much bigger than in most other countries. Many people like to have a fried breakfast which can consist of fried bacon and eggs with fried bread and possibly fried tomatoes or black pudding. Of course not everybody wants to eat a lot early in the morning and many people prefer to just eat roast and marmalade with tea or coffee. Cereals are also very popular. The most common is cornflakes. They are made with different grains such as corn, wheat, oats, etc.

In Britain, workers who stay with their family would certainly be given a “packed lunch” to eat for the midday meal. Some factories and schools have canteens where you can eat but the packed lunch is the most common thing to eat. A packed lunch normally consists of some sandwiches, a packed of crisps, an apple and a can of something to drink, for example, coca-cola. The contents are kept in a plastic container and one can take it with him when go to school or work. The quality of the packed lunch can vary from terrible to very good, it all depends on who make it and the price of it.

Things are changing and most British people eat meals from many different countries for example spaghettis or curry. In fact, we could even say that the British doesn’t eat much British food. However, the most typical thing to eat for dinner is “meat and two veg”. This consists of a piece of meat accompanied by two different boiled vegetables. This is covered with “gravy” which is a sauce made with the

juice that obtained when the meat was cooked. One of the vegetables is almost always potatoes.

Although some traditional dishes such as roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, Cornish pasties, steak and kidney pie, bread and butter pudding, fish and chips, remain popular, there has been a significant shift in eating habits in Britain. Rice and pasta have accounted for the decrease in potato consumption and the consumption of meat has also fallen. Vegetable and salad oils have largely replaced the use of butter.

Roast beef is still the national culinary pride. It is called a “joint”, and is served at midday on Sunday with roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, two vegetables, a good strong horseradish, gravy and mustard.

Many species swim in the cold offshore waters: haddock, plaice, cod (the most popular choice for fish and chips), turbot, mullet and John Dory. Eel, also common, is cooked into a wonderful pie with lemon, parsley, and shallots, all topped with puff pastry.

Fish and chips is the traditional take-away food of England, long before McDonalds, British people had the fish and chip shop. Fresh cod is the most common fish for the traditional fish and chips, other types of fish used include haddock, and plaice.

The fresh fish is dipped in flour and then dipped in batter and deep fried, it is then served with chips and usually one will be asked if you want salt and vinegar added. Sometimes people will order curry sauce, mushy peas or picked eggs.

Traditional fish and chips were served up wrapped in old newspaper. Nowadays, they are wrapped in greaseproof paper and sometimes paper that has been specially printed to look like newspaper. You often get a small wooden or plastic fork to eat them with too, although it is quite ok to use your fingers.

说起厨艺课那可是很特别,关于厨艺课的话呀!是三天三夜也说不完。就让我给大家讲讲我们班的厨艺课吧!大家可要洗耳恭听哦!

我们班的厨艺课一般在星期四下午第一节课开展是由李老师带我们去学抄菜。一到这一天同学们就兴奋得不得了,拿出之前准备地食物鸡蛋、西红柿等等总而言之是多得很琳琅满目、应有尽有。在老师的带领下同学们井然有序地来到食堂,等师傅一开门同学们便一窝蜂地往里冲,同学们有的忙着洗炒锅;有的洗带来的食物;有的洗菜板同学们各个忙得是不可开交。洗好以后炒菜组长开始分配任务,谁搅鸡蛋,谁切菜,谁又去??没有一个同学是闲着的。一切准备就绪。同学们便全都围在炒锅周围,把炒锅围得水泄不通。开始炒菜了,教我们做菜的师傅一次往每个组的炒锅里倒了少许油。同学们静悄悄地等候着油热熟。这时是食堂最安静的四周鸦雀无声只听见油炸的“噼啪”响的声音。油炸好了食堂又恢复了热闹。我们组要做的菜是“鸡蛋炒番茄。”我们先把刚搅好的鸡蛋倒进锅里看着嫩黄嫩黄地鸡蛋被炸成金黄色。然后把番茄片倒进锅里与鸡蛋一起翻炒,不一会儿香味四溢,香气像一个保护罩把食堂牢牢地罩住让同学们沉醉在其中。就在这时我们组的小云饿了,想趁机夹一块来品尝,没想到被眼疾手快地炒菜组长抓了个现行,小云瞬间打消了

这个念头。我们往锅里加上了点盐、味精一道美味可口的佳肴便出锅了。其他组的同学做的菜也相续出锅。同学们把一道道含辛茹苦做的菜端到了餐桌,看着那一盘盘五花八门的菜肴。我的口水真的是流下三千尺!

同学们一点也不自私,并没有舍不得把自己做的菜拿出来给大家而是大方地把菜摆在了一起让全班的人来分享胜利成果。有的同学打了个信号弹才“满意”地离开餐桌;有的同学巴不得整个身体都爬上去吃。看着同学们的吃样我不禁大笑起来。同学们分享完这顿丰富的胜利成果便去打扫卫生。然后才依依不舍的离开食堂。
