【摘要】：英语教师的语言艺术水平直接关系到课堂教学的质量。教师自然流畅的语调，抑扬顿挫的节奏能使学生置身于良好的语言学习环境，保证教学信息在传输的过程中发挥最佳的效果。

【关键词】：师生关系语言创新意识

语言交流在学生认知发展的过程中起着一种特殊的作用。因为教师不仅仅通过语言来有意传递信息，更重要的是它能有目的地影响学生的认知活动过程，促进和提高学生进行自我教育的质量。苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教师的教学语言修养在极大程度上决定着学生在课堂上脑力劳动的效率。”那么教师在语言艺术上应注意什么问题呢？

一、 语言要规范

英语教师的语言是一种专业语言，要在简明、准确、形象、生动、幽默、风趣和韵律、节奏等方面下工夫。英语教师必须坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。同时，相应的“体态语”要尽可能符合英美人的习惯，这种“仿真”，使学生产生新奇感，并置身于英语语言环境之中，以满足学生语言美之心理需求。英语教学的语言不仅要具有与其他学科一样的形象性与确凿性，还应追求语言的韵律感、幽默感、新鲜感。

笔者认为，作为一名英语老师，除了口语流利外，还要学点洋腔洋调，注重语意与语境、语调与语速相结合。自然规范的语音、语调，将为有效的口语交际打下良好的基础。当教师在课堂上讲英语时，具有节奏感的语调，听起来像外国人特有的那种韵味会让学生从听觉上感受到语言的另一种美。学生在欣赏中获得了令人陶醉的美感，就会增强说英语的欲望。 新课程标准下的英语课本知识接近生活，情景性强，是一个多姿多彩的百花园。英语教师们必须集言语、表演、造型等艺术手段于一堂，全方位地给学生施加影响，以创设良好的语言环境训练学生的听说能力，并带动学生积极地参与英语学习，使英语课充满阳光！每当上课铃响，英语教师都要精神饱满、面带微笑地走进教室，并亲切地向学生问候：“How are you? 教师的语言要能用丰富多彩的语词来进行说理教育，不能在正式的教育场合中随便使用谈家常所用的词语，也不能在和学生促膝谈心时使用外交辞令，有些语言词只能在特定的语言环境中才能使用。因此，教师应注意在不同的情况下对不同的学生说不同的话，并使语言的含义随语境的变化而变化，既要注意语义的转换，又要表现出语义在语境中的逻辑功能。说话时更不能搞老一套，贴标签，模棱两可，含糊其辞。教师的语言必须“客观真实”、“主观真诚”、“情境真切”。

二、语言要有情感性

“若要使人心动，必先使已动情。”教师要说服学生、感化学生，必须讲究语言的情感性，把握好语词的情感色彩。

语言的情感性有一定的技术参数。心理学家发现有的情感因语词刺激发生波动，造成皮肤血管收缩和汗腺的变化，导致皮肤导电率的相应变化。皮肤电反射强度即可说明语言符号的情感性效应的大小。由此证明，教师的语言艺术的情感性是客观存在的。只要教师满怀情意，单调的教学就能读得有声有色，学生听到的就不是枯燥乏味的数字，而似乎是种深情的诉说。

英语教师语言的情感性一般表现在语调的平、升、降、曲四方面。平表示淡漠、庄严、

悲痛和沉郁的感情；升，表示疑问、愤怒、惊异、召唤等语气

此外，英语教师语言情感还体现在语气的变化上，通过不同的声音和气息可以表达不同的语言。如“气徐声柔”，给学生以温暖感；“气满声高”给学生以喜悦感；“气短声促”给学生以紧迫感。

二、 语言要有激励性

激励性语言简洁明快，生动形象，感染力强，针对明显。例如，某女生因连续再次考试失利而流露出了消极情绪，她在作文中写道：“一切希望都是失望，一切理想都是幻想。”笔者阅后批道：“Be yourself on everything and everything will be yours”然后又附上“有志者事竟成；苦心人天不负，”这几句话给这个学生以极大的鼓励，使她重新燃起了自信之火。

英语教师语言的激励特征主要表现在对比激励和夸张激励两个方面。人比人，激励人。教师常在班上倡导比、学、赶、超的学风，比字当头，极富鼓动性，它能使学生心底的激情喷发而出，使一些纷繁难题峰回路转。这种“比”就像一杆路标，激励引导学生朝着目标前进。除了运用对比手法来激励学生外，适当的时候，教师还在有意识地用超出客观事实的说法来表达、突出、强调某种思想，从而激励学生在短时间内做出迅速的反应。

作为教师，如果你只是想要一种控制学生的力量，那么只需要一根指挥棒或几句指令性的话就够了。可以肯定，冷淡和空洞的语言，缺乏真诚和理智的语言不能解决教育中的问题。学生许多思想上、学习上的问题是不能靠教师指令性的语言去解决的。那种只会下指令或动辄伸手去刮人鼻尖的教育者，其语言不可能显示出教育的力量。

四、如何建立和谐的师生关系

在现代社会，和谐的师生关系应该是“民主、平等”的。不仅仅需要学生尊重教师，同时教师也应该尊重学生的个性与人格，使师生之间形成一个互相尊重、互相关爱的和谐关系。“把学生看作天使，教师便生活在天堂；把学生看作魔鬼，教师便生活在地狱。”“师生关系”是教学过程中最基本最重要的人与人之间的关系，是人际关系在学校中的具体体现。 当前学校教育中普遍存在的教育问题是学生难教，教师难做，师生之间缺乏亲密合作的和谐关系，教学活动得不到有效的开展。教师与学生的关系是在共同的教育活动中，通过信息交流与沟通逐步建立起来的。教师的教学对象是学生，教与学是一个双边活动过程，师生只有配合默契、合作愉快，才能产生良好的教学效果。在创建和谐社会的今天，创建和谐的师生关系，营造和谐的教学氛围尤为重要。

要建立和谐的师生关系，教师应当树立师生平等的观念，而不是“唯我独尊”。首先要以真诚的态度对待学生。所谓真诚，就是教师的思想感情要表里一致，既不掩饰自己的情感，也不粉饰自己的缺点，与学生平等相处，坦诚相见，使学生感到亲切可信，并消除防御机制。人都有自尊心和自觉能动性，只有受到尊重信任，其主动性，积极性和创造性才能充分发挥。苏联教育学家马卡柯说：“要尽量多的要求一个人，也要尽可能多地尊重一个人。”尊重学生意味着应当把学生当作平等的人，尊重学生的自尊心，以人为本，以学生的发展为本，不歧视、不讽刺挖苦，更不训斥体罚学生，真诚地与学生交朋友，平等对待学生，像呵护自己的眼睛一样呵护学生脆弱的心灵。有些时候碰到调皮捣蛋的学生确实令人气恼，但要注意处理的方式，不能一味粗暴责骂。遇到在课堂上开小差不认真听讲的学生，不是严厉批评，而是以眼神制止或走到其身边，轻敲其课桌表示无言警告，这比当众呵斥批评更有效多了。教师对学生应当尊重信任，才能以情营情、以情促知，师生情感互动，心灵沟通。

美无处不在。一定要有创新意识，树立正确的审美观，具备浓厚的美育意识，创设多姿多彩的美育情境，把大自然中的美、生活中的美、语言中的美、教材教法中的美化作阳光，变成雨露，深深地渗透到学生心里，让学生在英语学习的过程中感悟美、赏析美、体验美，
