一 文章安排

图表式作文是说明文的一种。一般可分三个层次(或四个层次)来写:

第一 按照题目要求描述图表反映的总情况,即概括大意。(也可以在第一段前加入几句引入正文,如下面的练习1,3部分)

第二 对数字进行仔细的比较,抓住特点进行分析、归纳并找出产生变化的原因。 第三 可写读图表后的想法、结论、评论或针对反映出的问题的解决措施。

三 图表作文写作常用的描述用法

1.句型

A 数据(Data)在某一个时间段固定不变: 在一系列的时间段中转变: changes over time

B 持续变化的data在不同情况下:

稳定:remain stable / steady/ level / stabilize

波动:fluctuate / rebound / undulate / wave ……

C 表示数据变化的单词或者词组

解读

图表作文是近年来高考常考的题型之一。图表作文的体裁多为议论文、应用文和说明文,内容多涉及前后变化对比、正反观点对比或产品介绍等。要求考生通过数据、文字内容分析,系统准确地表达出图表含义,并得出令人信服的结论。

一、图表作文的命题形式

1.表格式

将统计的数据或被说明的对象直接用表格形式体现出来,即统计表。这类题型一般以说明文和议论文居多,往往是介绍、说明某种情况或辩论某种观点、看法,但有时也可能是记叙文。

2.图像式

可分为以曲线形式表示数据变化的线形图、以条形形式表示数据大小或数量之间差异的条形图,以圆内扇形面积的大小表示总体中部分结构变化的圆形图等。这类题型一般以说明文居多,是一些关于生产、销售、发展进程等各种项目统计的示意图。

二、图表作文的应试策略

1.审读图表前的文字说明,弄清图表的性质,做到“四确定”。首先,确定文章的体裁;其次,确定文章的结构;再次,确定文章的时态;最后,确定文章的人称。

2.审读图表后的要求,寻找做题规律,要注意以下几个方面:

(1)词数:100左右。

(2)开头或结尾已给出,这就要求考生首先不能另行开头或结尾;其次,要细读所给语句的人称、时态和语言的表达风格,力求前后一致。

(3)内容完整,即要点齐全,写作时要注意详略得当和准确全面。

(4)行文连贯。行文必须做到形连和意连。形连要力求自我特色词汇的使用,以增加得分“亮点”。意连要求能涵盖高考书面表达中各种文体常用的一些特色词汇,如however;besides;instead;in the meanwhile;for instance;on the contrary;worse still;in conclusion;all of a sudden;as a matter of fact等,这样才能写出好文章。

(5)注意句式的变化,力求在语言表达正确的基础上追求句式变换,确保语言表达的高级性。常见写作技巧主要包括:简单句与复合句的交替使用;主动语态为主,适度穿插被动语态;大胆使用平行结构;适当调整句中定语、状语的位置,使句子表达多样化;三大从句与三种非谓语动词灵活使用;特殊句式(如强调句、感叹句、疑问句、省略句)点缀其间等。
